I brought in my Mercedes GLK after almost 6 months of not cleaning it. We have a dog so there was some hair, sand and general dirt in the car. I won't go back there even if it's the last existing car wash. I don't know if it was the owner or the manager, but they treat customers stupidly, the environment doesn't follow the hygiene requirements for this current pandemic moment and the quality of service doesn't come close to what they charge.

Edit: My wife took the car there, she paid $29 for the platinum package. The car is still INCREDIBLY dirty, crumbs everywhere (we have a toddler), they didn't wipe down the console, my wife emptied the trunk and it wasn't even vaccumed. Not to mention ALL of my spare change is now gone (but they left all the dust under the change). So total I'd say I paid around $45 for a very unclean car. Removing my previous 3 star review and making it 1 star. Just awful.

A little hard to get ahold of by phone, but totally worth the trouble. My car is 9 years old and the salt stains were horrible. GONE! Worse than the salt stains was the dog hair. My car looks brand new. I am very happy with the results. Great birthday present from my kids! Will request every year!

Went there because of all the good reviews but had a different experience. Detailing work left plenty of stains inside the car and bro tried to overcharge us a price of 140 when we were already aware the price was actually 120, then he switched to 120 like it was nothing. So right off the bat I felt like dude was suspect. Still let them do the job because everyone else seemed alright. He said it would take 2 hours, took nearly 4 and the inside of the car was better, but there was plenty of dirt I had to clean off with baby wipes I had In the car by my own hands. Which isn't exactly what I'd expect when paying for detailing. Plenty of excuses as to why stains were still there. Worst part? Went in with almost a full tank of gas, came back to LESS than half a tank. These dudes had their phones hooked up to my car listening to music that entire time or what...? I had a new device hooked up to my Bluetooth so that's the conclusion I'm coming to. When I stopped by to check on the car from a distance to see if they were done, I saw my cars lights flashing and the door wide open but didn't think much of it. Didn't notice until already on the road that my gas was gone. BEWARE. Price is 120, watch your gas and take pictures or your car inside and out. Or you know what? Just go somewhere else and avoid the hassle.

Review for the car wash. They just need to take more time on the car for washing/cleaning at 100%. Also the guy after the car wah tried to avoid drying the car so be sure to say "Hey it's not over!'. Last time I went, they forgot to vacuum my trunk. However, overall service is good for the price. They could be the best in the area with a little bit more time on the car.

Wanted to try these guys out since they are local. Only negative aspect was attention to detail, I had to point out 5-8 missed spots when I came to pick up my car. Not bad for a $120 detail since i usually pay $350 for a detail. Will bring my summer car to try their highest package and review again.

Great place to get your car cleaned from interior to exterior. I get my car hand washed but they have a drive thru part as well. Great customer service and great people. As long as they are open I will always take my car here. Car comes out clean and nice and dry. Many places don't do that for you. Go check them out. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Amazing customer service. Don’t rush these guys they do great detailing work and I rather them spend a deep 2-hour clean than a rushed 1-hour clean like most other places. A good vibe as soon as you enter the doors. It’s a bit hidden at the back so I’ve found a gem. Prices are competitive so they’re super reasonable. I’m going to be coming back for my rustproofing. Definitively give them a call!

Last minute booking after another place cancelled on me. Should have booked here first! Guys are all friendly and professional. Small business entrepreneurs who work hard and do a great job. My cleaning habits are OCD level. So are theirs. I could not have done a better job myself. They take pride in their work. Reasonable prices and fast service. The bathroom could use some paper towels. Other than that, no complaints. Would return and recommend.

Poor experience. First of all there was no one there to answer/receive the car when I went in. The one guy was on the phone forever and wasn't very friendly taking the car in. I expect my car to be spic & span when done but it was only 90% there. My settings were changed. Unbuckled the car seat and didn't put it back. Lost my floor mat (but they gave me another one). Their response was generally not client friendly - the standard rude/"we didn't do this" or "costs extra" response.

I wish I had the before and after photos of my truck. Since being in the construction field my truck(s) tend to get a little dirty inside and out. I dropped it off early morning around 830AM. The owner I believe his name was Cosmo worked on my truck himself until he finished! That is what i appreciate small business owners putting in work themselves! Cleaned from my engine bay to the rear trunk liner, waxed and buffed like my truck was brand new, just like the same day i picked it up from the dealership. I bought a used car and wanted it to feel new to me so I brought it to Superior Detailing for a clean. I was wildly impressed with the result. I was even looking at replacing some accessory parts but they looked like new after the guys were done with them. They were incredibly friendly and even took time to talk to my three year old, car fanatic son, about his favourite cars and colours. They were accommodating, worked in a timely manner and for an incredibly reasonable amount. I highly recommend them and will most definitely be back!

I have my Lexus rustproofed here every year and they do a very thorough job for a good price. They also detailed the truck after a brutal winter that left salt stains embedded in the rug, but they were able to get everything out after another company failed prior to me going to Superior. They 100% broke my side mirror and completely denied it and wouldn’t even give me the time of day to even discuss what had happened. As soon as I sat back in my car, noticed that the mirror was clearly chipped and cracked and it was definitely not like that before heading into the car wash.

The detail shop, not the car wash! Getting it straight before cosmic says your review is on the wrong page. Well this place has gone worse by the years. It’s all rushed work and no pride. When the job is bad they have excuses why they didn’t clean properly. They look at you like they are doing you a favour cleaning your car. Meanwhile it’s your hard earned money. These guys have always done a great job. I’ve had issues with a substance falling from the pipes at my condo that was yellowish/orange and I went somewhere who couldn’t clean it. These guys were able to get it out right away. I had gum stuck in my car and another place couldn’t get it out. These guys got it out in 5 mins. Best guys out there and extremely affordable. 5 stars

I was very impressed with their rating. I took my car here on Saturday afternoon. I asked them if they do Hand Car wash. He said they don’t do it on weekends and weekdays it’s depend how busy they are. I asked him if I will book in advance. He is like we don’t take appointments. Best thing is for you, just go in que and choose from package. I choose Platinum. Its best package they suggested and written so many things. Not to mention, the vacuum from inside is horrible. I asked the guy who was wearing cap there is still on floor. He is like I have already done it. I paid $30 with tip and they gave me service of $10 bucks. Don’t ever visit here!

Car was cleaned very well and nobody will beat their price in the city. Dropped it off at 10am had it back at 1pm as they said. all in all great place to get your car cleaned. After going here wouldn't go anywhere else. Best bang for your buck for sure. Iv had better work done these guys miss just a few small thing most detailers do like the door sills and deep in-between the seats. Rims could also be done better its my least favorite part about cleaning my own car so when I get it detailed i like getting then back spotless. Tires came back nice glossy black. Inside was shampooed nicely but they should dry them better left slightly wet for a couple a days. They seem slightly unorganized. When you get there it's unclear who you should talk to. It's like everyone and no one is the boss. Would be nice to walk into a clean office or somewhere to sit down and leave your keys. You kind of just hand them off to the first guy you talk to. Staff are all super friendly and professional. They know what they are doing. Can't say anything bad about the customer service. Top notch guys. Would get them to wear uniforms or even just a polo with company logo to class it up a bit. All in all great job would recommend to all my family and friends and I'm deff a life time customer wouldn't take my car anywhere else

Such an easy and good service. Arrived a bit late after making my reservation but the workers greeted me with a smile and very politely. They announced the price immediately ($120/full detailing) as they had quoted me over the phone, and took care of my car immediately. It was ready within 2 hours. I would say my little Toyota looked like new. A dedicated team, easy to deal with, fast efficient. Will definitely recommend them, hoping they work equally efficiently with everyone. The only draw back: They accept only cash and forgot to mention it over the phone. But there is a CIBC across the street one block north of them, so I could easily withdraw money.
