I dropped off the car around 11:30 am. Was told that they take great care and clean the car properly so it takes time. They dont like to rush and do a bad job. The package (#4) I wanted done takes them 3 hours to clean. I was told the car would be ready before 6 and they'd call me. Around 5pm, my phone battery is low and I decide to head to the shop even though they haven't called me because I don't know if my phone would stay alive till then. I get to the shop after 5 and see my car the same way I left it. They hadn't even started to work on it!!!! They totally forgot about my car. So I sit down and around 5:30pm is when they start working on the car. They don't finish until 6:30. So the 3 hour job they didn't want to rush... they did in just over an hour. Absolutely unbelievable. Will not be coming back and will not recommend further. Car was cleaned decently though.

They did an amazing job cleaning my car, it looks brand new now! (I had just come back from camping so my car had crumbs and sand everywhere.) Great value for the level of details in detailing - steam cleaning and all the carpets, cup holders, etc. everything is beautifully clean now.

I had the most wonderful and thorough cleaning of my disgusting van today at Seven Star. My van was so dirty it needed shampooed 3 times. My husband uses it for work, and we have 3 kids and a dog. It looked like a new vehicle today. Right from the beginning I was told what would be cleaned and how much. I couldn't find one dirty spot afterwards. I had it cleaned less than a year ago from another place for the same price and it was a horrible job. Seven Star washed everything and even polished it up. They made it smell fresh, not like chemicals. I cant say enough good things about my overall experience. I'm so happy. I will 100% be going back for regular cleanings and won't let it get so bad again. Thank you Richard for a wonderful job.

Amazing job! Got the highest level cleaning and detailing (about $150 before tax). The car was like new. Well worth it if you want that new car feel.

Got the full detailing inside and out, just picked this used car up and they made it look like new! Outside was perfect, inside a few minor spots were missed but that's just me being super critical. For the price it's extremely worth it/ valuable would recommend, also their open Sundays!

I USED to think the best detailing was from Seven Star (at the Esso on Dundas near Runnymede). There are literally all kinds of great reviews I've left for them all over the Internet on fb, etc. They have always been so friendly, accommodating and good value. But just before Xmas I took it to them to detail (like I’ve done many times before) but they suggested that I get the steam cleaning this time. When I picked it up half my dash would not light up, the stereo was dead, and it was like a steam room in the vehicle. I noticed this after leaving and was on my way to an appt. The place was closing when I pickup up as it was getting dark. Eventually my dash came back but not any radio functions. I made an appt for my dealer to do a code check and ensure it was not just a fuse which I would not complain about considering the excellent past experiences. It was not suffice to say. The button board was fried. I’m bringing it in to my dealer this week (Feb/20) for a new faceplate button assembly (which needed to be custom as this is not in stock anymore) to get it back to life - $300. If it does not work it will be the actual radio module inside and that will be many hundreds more. I waited a couple days because I noticed after I left and they closed and I wanted to get into the dealer to be SURE. All the main guy would say is that it was working fine when he finished OR that it was broken before I brought it to him?! Lol. Good cover answer both ways! Absolutely has no regard or care for their lack of ventilation and excessive water usage for this procedure. Thought they were reliable or honourable. They’re not. It is sad as there are not many detailers around and they are not honourable. I have not now nor ever made any false derogatory claims to a business and it's not starting here either. 100% would recommend. I cannot stress how dirty the vehicle was that I brought in- pet hair, salt stains, dirt. Had to get it in selling shape and looks next to new for its new owner. Fair pricing and could not be happier with the result. Same day service on a Saturday.

Had my Audi Q5 detailed by Seven Star last week and was very impressed. Car was pretty filthy after a few winters of salt and summers camping. These guys did such an amazing job and I was able to drop off without an appointment. Car looks at least 5-years younger! Paint just pops now. Did have to pay extra for serious salt cleaning (which was quoted in advance) but combined with package #3, was still great value. Definitely be back. Thanks again.

Amazing job! Best cleaning and detailing I've had. My car had not been cleaned since before the pandemic a year and a half ago. The car was so dirty with tree sap from parking outside and dog hair all over the inside. Two hours later, it was like brand new and shiny, so clean inside and out. This will be my go to place from now on. Very reasonable price!

They did such a good job on cleaning my car!! The price was reasonable and the attention to detail was incredible. A couple things to note: it was an all day process for my car. So when you drop your car off, don't expect to get it back in a couple hours. It's definitely worth the wait, but plan your day around not having your vehicle. Also they only do cash or debit, no credit. Highly recommend, would give more stars if I could!

Called ahead and asked questions about the detailing as I had never been there before and was given information. When I went there to get my car detailed they told me something completely different. I was going to pay (as advised by the person I spoke to when I called ) for the 3rd level and was only going to have him vacuum and wipe down my leather seats and console, so basically half of what that package actually offers. Had the smallest amount of salt residue by my gas peddle and they tried to charge me the shampooing fee. He then said he wouldn't charge me to clean up the salt and we had agreed he would work on it. After waiting 20+ mins for him to start on my car he came up to me and said he wouldn't do it. No professionalism at all, and a waste of my time. I also saw them shampooing someone car with dirty water so I guess that shows the quality of their work anyways. Overall would rather pay 3 times as much to people who have customer service skills and who can perform a proper cleaning. Not sure why this place gets such raving reviews to be honest. In response to the owners response to my original post: Based on how you responded to my last post I can really see how unprofessional you are. Instead of trying to rectify the situation you are combative. At no point did I demand anything from anyone. I drive a new luxury car and if I want to shampoo my car I think I could afford it. I simply told your employee the conversation I had on the phone with someone who actually spoke fluent English so I don't think you should play that card, its quite offensive. The person I spoke to today at your business had initially told me no he couldn't do it, in which my response was okay then ill take my car to another detailer on Queensway not a problem as I really didn't see the point of paying to shampoo something that really didn't need shampooing . He then told me he would do it and to just wait. I do not care at all that you didn't want to detail the car, there are a lot of other places to go, I don't think I would have wanted you to based on what I observed, the problem is the lack of professionalism and respect your business had toward me. People will choose to believe which feedback about your business they read. I wasn't looking for a deal or some sort of hand out as your trying to depict as your defense I simply spoke on what I was told by your business. I can only speak on my experience. Just because it was my first time there doesn't mean that it gives you the right to treat people poorly, everyone should be treated equally and respectfully no matter what, that is the definition of good customer service and professionalism.

He is honest, fair, hard working and does excellent work. I brought my wife’s car here for a complete interior/exterior cleaning. She was so impressed. The car looked new again. I wish we had read the reviews more thoroughly before we attempted to use your shoddy services. I see now that others have had the same extremely negative experience that we had today. We were turned away because our car was apparently: TOO BIG OF A JOB AND YOU WOULDN'T FEEL RIGHT DOING IT BECAUSE YOU COULDN’T POSSIBLY DO IT WELL! If you’re a car detailing professional then why aren’t you incapable of detailing a car? It’s ok if you felt that it wasn’t worth your time but how dare you attempt to charge us $100 more than the original quote. I see you called someone who dared leave a similarly negative review “lazy”. So completely and utterly unprofessional. Just some advice: If you’re in the business of detailing then don’t call your potential customers LAZY for not cleaning their cars themselves! If we thought we hadn’t needed a professional to clean our car we wouldn’t have attempted to use your services. Anyone who leaves a positive review for this place is doing a disservice to those of us who have been treated so unprofessionally by the business owner. Scroll through and see the negative reviews similar to this one and imagine how many people didn’t bother leaving a review because they were so put off by this example of complete and utter unprofessionalism. DO NOT RECOMMEND. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
