I paid for a car detailing including outside waxing but I got an inside and outside car wash only. They didn't even cleaned the rims. I didn't argued with them. Just paid and left ... I will never return to this place. Not recommended.

I just had my car detailed here and I must say they did a spectacular job! I'm from the east end of Toronto and stopped by Yorkdale for some business. Searching for auto detailing shops around I found DuPont Auto Spa the best rated (4.8 out of 30 reviews) among the local competition. I decided to give the shop a chance and I have to say I was impressed starting from the greeting to the end of the job. My initial impressions began with the customer service. I was greeted by Florindo, the owner of the shop, who was super nice, friendly, and customer oriented. You can really tell he cares about his business. Albeit, the place itself is not the best looking, Flo mentioned a recent building takeover and intentions to renovate the location soon. In regards to the detailing, the workers comepleted everything on the checklist and left the car spotless. Had I lived closer, I would frequent the place moving forward but will definitely re-visit whenever in the area and need for an auto detail. Best of luck Flo with all your future endeavours and hope to see you again soon!

These guys did an amazing job on my Outback. I had some random staining on the interior trim, dirt and debris in the back and the sun roof shade had some heavy staining. The crew at DuPont Auto Spa got rid of them all. My car looks dope. Definitely give them a try.

SAVE YOUR $$ & TIME & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! So upset at the service i received here. Paid 80 bucks to have my car cleaned both inside & out. When I arrived for the pick up i noticed that there were, about 5 different areas that were not at all cleaned. I advised them they cleaned it and I went on my way. To make matters worse i discovered when i went home that they didn’t even TOUCH my trunk which i paid to have cleaned, they didnt clean under any of my car seats; and worst of all the workers had stolen coolant out of my vehicle. So disgusted, so upset, this is so ridiculous. Do your selves a favor, and do your car a favor and don’t go here. They clearly don’t give a damn about you or the car there washing. Save your money & go somewhere else. The GROUPON isn’t worth it.

Worst service ever. My parents took my car there and 4 days later the seats are still soaking. Also when they put the backseats back in they screwed it up and jammed something so now the middle seat wont sit down all the way. I'm gonna have to take it to the garage now to fix. Don't waste your money here.

Only knew about the place through Groupon. Overall experience was good. I had to wait for a while as according to the person they were short on staff for that particular day but understandably no complaints. They did good work on my car. Would definitely recommend them and go back.

The best detailing job I've ever had! They were amazing! I brought a very dirty (and smelly) SUV to them and left with clean and perfectly detailed vehicle. I couldn't believe how good my car looked and smelled! Aside from the meticulous work they did on cleaning every nook and cranny of my SUV, the owner was friendly, helpful and honest. I'm definitely going to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants top notch service!

So my wife has a car that hadn’t been cleaned in over two years!! French fries!!! Markers!!! play do!!! It was a mess... Really happy with their service, didn't have an appointment just drove in. Really friendly guys, told them about the stain on the sun visor I had trouble getting out, they took care of it. Took about an hour and half, and it feels like a brand new car.

Miscommunication that almost led to me paying double the price and I feel as though my seats were not dried as well as they could have been they stayed wet for almost a week later and not have a bit of a smell to them.

Booked early appointment, owner not available. Was called later in the afternoon and owner asking what was needed to be done. I needed my car in the afternoon. So there's no point of dropping off early. looks like a rushed job, and my interior smells. after a week i still have wet carpets. salt stains came back, missing my rear rubber mats. Called and no one knows where they are. They offered to give me other used mats, no thank you. Called back no answer. Sorry, lost my business.

Went in for luxury plus auto spa. Not upto the mark. My car wasnt blow dried after. And the seats were smelling foe one week. Also some parts of my car were left unclean. Wouldnt recommend to anyone!!

Pros - convenient location, decent cleaning Cons - the employees don’t wear face masks while interacting with you or cleaning your car…hidden charges (taxes extra, $10 to clean your trunk, etc), appointment took 2.5 hrs when I was told 1.5 hrs, missed spots, dirt left behind Overall, I will not be returning. I’ve paid less and had better service elsewhere.

I took my 2010 Lexus to them they did a great job inside and out my car he also buffed out some scratches for me. I couldn't even tell where they were from the beginning. Great customer service and price was fair. I reccomend Dupont auto spa for anyone who needs a good spring cleaning and has some winter scratches to get buffed out. Florindo charge me $200 for a complete detailing with font light restoration. What they did were just buffering my headlight, wash the car, machine, shampooing the floor, seats, floor mats, dry. I kept telling them what to do and even have to clean the windshield, the door rims, myself. Technically it's just normal car wash with shampooing. Left the shop and feel bad.

This place is terrible and worst service ever. They washed my car and I gave them a good tip as the owner Loranzo handed me the key and said we have done a good job. As soon as I got home I realized that the seats are fully wet moreover they had charged me for detailing, but this dishonest owner did not clean my car. Usually I do such cleaning for $40. Most painful part was wet seats. Do not ruin your car at this place.

I either got a voicemail telling me the inbox was full or, when I was lucky enough to speak to a live human, he constantly brushed me off telling me to call later. I don't need to beg anyone to clean my car. If this is the level of service just to get an appointment, I can't imagine the problems if they did a bad job. I am done with this business

Brought my car in on short notice for an interior shampoo. They got all the old stains out and got the entire interior (including the console, door panels, steering wheel) looking like new again and didn't even charge extra. Would definitely recommend.

Okay, I am not someone who leaves google reviews, BUT OH MY GOD my experience was horrible with Dupont Auto Spa. I booked my appointment at 3pm for a car detailing, I reached there at 3:20pm. I asked them if they can still work on my car, they said they'll work on my car but it will take them 2 to 2.5 hours to finish working on my car. I decided to there in that area as my house was a little far. I came back after 3 hours I see my car was in the exact same spot as I left it there and it was completely untouched. THEY DIDN'T EVEN START WORKING ON MY CAR AFTER 3 hours. I called the owner regarding this issue and he had the audacity to give me a SASSY attitude. He said that it was my fault that I came in late and for my appointment and they had other cars to take care of. In response I told him that I apologize for being late but I was told that they will finish working on my car in 2 to 2.5 hours, when I left my car at 3:20pm, if me being late was an issue to them then they should have told me beforehand instead of wasting my day. However, the owner took no responsibility of his mistakes and he kept blaming me and his attitude was EXTREMELY RUDE throughout the conversation. I JUST WAISTED MY WHOLE DAY FOR NOTHING!!! I took back my car due to their rude attitude and no professionalism. Wouldn't recommend their HORRIBLE SERVICES to anyone. I would've given a Zero star but unfortunately Google doesn't give that option. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!!!!!!

Brought my tsx which has seen better days. These guys did a fantastic job! They meticulously took their time cleaning out the grime in all the small pockets where dirt built up. Worth every penny and then some. Coming back here for sure!
