Ted and his partner did a wonderful job cleaning the inside and outside of my car. I spilled my frappe earlier in the summer on the passenger seat and was able to get that out of the perforated leather seat! They were also able to get rid of the rail dust/rust off my exterior. If you are looking for a good and very expensive car wash so this is the place BUT! They are not detailers! Detailing is coming from attention to details and working on details. These guys skept so many details that I don't want to putt them on the list, even. Will be too long. Stage 1 polishing worth nothing.(money waste) Got a quote by phone and then, apparently, the prices are different when you there. If you don't have a fancy car that will look good on their Instagram so they will not do their work on the best side. Again, it was clean and better than before( that was mentioned to me more than 3 times) but not detailed and making your car feel like its new as they want you to believe in.

My friend bought a second hand Lincoln MKC, and after the detailing, it looked completely brand new! They cleaned every nook and cranny including the engine--and other places we didn't think of cleaning. The original owner said he only saw the car that clean when he originally purchased it. They are mobile--so you don't have to worry about bringing your vehicle in, they will come to you. Prices are very reasonable too considering the amount of detail they put into cleaning the car. The staff is also very nice and professional (fast and on time). Definitely recommending their services to all our families and friends.

Can’t praise these guys enough. The workmanship is stellar, attention to detail like no other. Hands down best detailers in the GTA. They do not cut corners and rush, they take their time and it really shows when you see the finished product. Great customer service as well. They listen and care about their customers and their vehicles. I’ve had my 1969 classic detailed by them 3 years in a row now. Inside out including a polish. I couldn’t be happier with the way it comes out. I’ve recommended 4 people, and they’ve all been happy with the work.

Terrible customer service. Rescheduled twice on me. The first time the night before my booking and the second time 45 minutes before. No apology till i asked for one. When i asked when it was going to be rescheduled for i was told that they dont have any bookings in my area and will let me know. My advice dont waste your time with them. I get the feeling that if you live in Scarborough and dont have a fancy car that they can showcase on there social media they would rather not do business with you. Screen shots of my interactions with them can be shared if requested.

Proof instagram ads work... saw a video and reached out to them immediately. Casey and Aaron made my 2008 BMW look like it came off the showroom floor. Great communication and were willing to customize a solution for me based on my needs. Did my girl's car as well and she is thrilled with her clean mirrors and carpets. Highly recommend. These guys are Amazing. Casey and His Crew did an amazing job on my truck. Ted is very professional and booking the appt was easy with him. Told him what I needed everything was explained including special request and it was done to the T. Nothing was missed. The truck was a mess after camping and hunting trips and now it looks Showroom Mint. I had a PM appt but Ted texted to let me know that an AM appt was available and if that is ok. I said sure and they showed up 15 min early ready to go. very pleased and happy and will definitely use Diamond Detailz again.
