Went today and everything was amazing. What made me rate them 5 stars was the fact , while I was vacuuming a gentleman came over and offered for me to go back through because without me even realizing the landscapers accidentally got grass clippings on my vehicle. For the life of me I can not remember the man's name. He was very nice. He called over the manager and made her aware of it as well. I really appreciated them for taking the time and offering to wash my car again. Very professional experience I highly recommend.

Great service. Was quick and was fairly priced compared to other offerings in the area. Cleaned my car in two passes (it had been some time since I last had it cleaned and I work at a quarry so no fault of theirs). Overall a great experience. Definitely worth the stop!

Not only is your car under splash still dirty when you leave the car wash scratches the paint on your car and I doubt that the quarter was fthe auto spa will do anything about that. I'd rather go to rutters or pay more at Mr. Hotshine

My only complaint about this place it how close they push the cars into each other just to save time regarding to the employee that I spoke to The space it’s literally les than 2 feet in between cars. I have a membership ship with them and im already having doubts about if I should keep it or not. Employees are wonderful respectful and its definitely a wonderful car wash for any type of car but that single step being miss could cost them a lot off money and a really bad experience for a customer.

Switched over from Apple cause they started being Karen's about vacuuming before a wash. As a paying customer I should be able to vaccum before a wash if I want but anyway. Did I mention how much I love this place? Staff is so friendly the wash is relaxing and leaves my car spotless. Vacuuming is free to public they have carpet cleaners ???? ???? ????‍♀️ This place is bomb LovE IT

Excellent car wash, the free vacuums, detail stations with compressed air, free lint free microfiber towels, all add up to a good value. Membership is best deal if you live or gone it frequently. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

Great car wash! The staff were friendly and the soap they use smelled amazing! Plus, they have free vacuums, that are for each side of the car, so no struggling with having to pull the hose thru the car and all that other garbage. They also offer a free mat cleaning machine. The only downfall is they don't offer a shampooer. I had a spill i wanted to clean up.

This place is amazing! The monthly packages are super cheap and you can go everyday if you want! The vacuums are free and they work way better than any other car wash around. The place is super clean and very easy to get in and out of. During the car wash you just put your car in neutral and relax. When you get to the end it'll tell you when to go. Now please put one in east York!

Went for the first time today (early Thursday morning in December) and was super impressed. Wash prices are reasonable, staff was very friendly (Aaron Thomas was SO kind and helpful and had a great sense of humor while still being professional) and amenities are very nice. Microfiber towels are a nice touch. Will definitely be my go-to.

Just wow! Great car wash! They have free towels to wipe down your car! Also, an air compressor thing to blow out the crumbs and dirt stuck in the little cracks and crevasses inside your car! The vacuums work great! Way better than the other car wash that always has a huge line.

I recently purchased a monthly membership when I was asked to do so when I visited to wash my car. The pricing is pretty good except you can only have one car per membership which is ridiculous. I called to verify and was told that was the case. I own two cars and both are registered by me so I don't know why I can't show this proof and only pay for one membership.

Quick and easy! Staff very friendly and helpful. Tons of Free vacuums and clean towels available right at the vacuum hub along with a spot cleaning spray bottle. This is not a no-touch wash.

I'll go out on a limb and say I have never found a good car wash until now. This place by FAR exceeded my expectations. When I got out of my truck I expected to see at least a few dirty spots that I need to rewipe down, but the truck barely even had water spots on it. I was highly impressed and have now bought the monthly membership

Of all the drive through tunnel car washes in the area, the only one worth consideration is the Apple Car Wash Express that is located about 2 miles east of here. We are Platinum Wash Club members of the Apple Car Wash, so I wanted to compare this new car wash to Apple's because this car wash is more conveniently located to where we live and do a lot of our shopping, so we had hoped to switch our car washing business to West York Auto Spa Express. So let's start with the positives here at this new auto spa and their Super car wash. The entry was very well marked with enter and exit signage so there was no confusion as to where to enter. They have automated express lanes for their wash club members which can be a good time saver. At the self detailing parking stalls this car wash has spray bottles of detailing liquid, vacuum machines & hoses, a compressed air nozzle to blow water out of cracks and small places, floor mat washing machines, and cloth towels are available to dry your car & windows. The compressed air nozzle, floor mat washing machines and cloth towels are all items not available at the Apple Car Wash. Now the negatives. They have a live cashier for non members instead of an automated touch screen. We had to sit and wait for a looooooong time while the customer in front of us asked question after question after question to the cashier. The actual washing of our car was poor because it did not remove the bugs & bird poop from our well waxed vehicle that had just been washed 7 days previous at the Apple Car Wash. It also did not clean & shine the wheels & tires very well at all, so I had to clean the wheels by hand with their spray detailer and apply tire gloss after returning home. Our car was still soaking wet even after being “dried” by the fans and revolving towels inside the tunnel, especially the back end of our vehicle which was absolutely soaking wet with both soap suds and water. Thankfully I carry an assortment of drying & detailing towels in the car because it was very necessary to use 4 of them. It was noisy while drying our car because the vacuum machines are located at the front of the detailing stalls. Due to their location above & adjacent to the center of your vehicle, the hard plastic vacuum hoses drag across the surface of your car when you move them to vacuum the rear trunk area of your car. Additionally, there is no swivel at the vacuum nozzle and the nozzle on our vacuum hose became unscrewed and fell off while in use. Bottom line, we all go to the car wash to hopefully get our cars cleaned and dry so that they're not dirty and spotted when we drive off. Obviously this car wash is aware that their cleaning and drying systems are ineffective and that's why they provide detailing liquid in spray bottles, drying towels and compressed air at the self detailing parking stalls. In my opinion, the negatives outweigh the positives, especially when compared to the Apple Car Wash Express. We really, really wanted this new car wash to be better than the Apple Car Wash so that we wouldn't have to drive 4 miles round trip out of our way just for a car wash, but we've decided not to become Super Wash monthly members here at the West York Auto Spa Express.
