Scratched the heck out of my window tint and then told me they weren't responsible because it was aftermarket. I just had the tint installed three months prior and now I'm out the cost to repair it. Don't bring your car to this place if you don't want it damaged.

They have no control of their traffic allows customers to jump in front of you while you’re waiting in line to get in to get your car washed with a membership. Even the employees cut in line in front of you to get to the car wash. Another customer I got there a car crash by employee car wash did nothing to compensate. Horrible Pl., Triflin and very on organized.

Service is great, everyone is polite and takes good care of your car. I'm rating 3 stars simply because my car is never clean. I should know better because automatic car washes miss stuff but for $33 I would have assumed they would wipe down the large dirty area with a damp rag. Instead I just had brush marks all over the back of my car. I also asked for them to hit the cupholders... No luck.

I always get the premium car wash, which includes vacuuming. Apparently, that no longer includes vacuuming the trunk or seats. Everything else was done well. The staff are friendly, and they get things taken care of quickly.

Total garbage this place is ........ They destroyed my brand new BMW than said their car wash didn’t do it. My car had 47 miles on it. The management was very rude and unprofessional!!!!!!!! I even went back with a manager and recorded their video system playing with no damage before and clearly damage of $2500 worth after. They even tried to buff it out ......... if there was no damage than why try to buff it out without my knowledge while I was filling out the incident report. Corporate was a hoax too!!!!!!!! Trust me GO TO APPLE!!!!!!!!!! They have a nice facility and good product when it doesn’t destroy your car with very poor management!!

Only vacuumed the spots you can see from a distance. (lots of dirt still under the seat, cup holders were never touched) a piece on the dash was broke off and of course nobody would own up to it. None of this ever happened when it was Cloister.. Aside from that the workers are professional and friendly, cudos to the manager for staying unbiased but i will never go back.

I called and told them how my windows were left and they said next time you come we will fix this issues. Guess what i went and nothing was done. I have to pay for them to clean the inside so they ca. Correct the mistake they did before. This place is a joke. For the work they do, they should lower the prices.

A true abhorrent experience. The employees are nice enough and seem to be fine people; however, the quality of work is seriously lacking. To put things in perspective, I paid for the absolute top notch package (Platinum) at $40. The exterior wash was pretty much just as 'impressive' as any other drive through car wash. Nothing to write home about and misses a variety of things that take a little more force to get off (like dried road dirt or tar) but not wildly terrible. That being said, this was still a $40 car wash, so I'd like to think they would care a little more about getting that stuff off. The interior clean was disgustingly disappointing. Dust was still found on parts of the dash and I'm not sure the interior of the windows (besides the windshield) were even done at all. The vacuuming job was the worst of all. Still particles on the floor (and this wasn't a messy car by any means. In fact, it's a nearly new car that just needed a touchup as far as vacuuming goes), cup holders still had particles in them, and the seats still had particles in the crevices. I wasn't expecting a major detailed clean, but when a car isn't incredibly dirty, I'd expect even a small amount of care in getting it to look clean. It would also have been nice for them to include wiping down of interior mats/pieces in the car in that top tier wash level. The previous ownership (Cloister Car Wash) would do this and I always had a great car wash experience there. A shame that the same quality didn't carry over to the new company. They have you put the tip on at the beginning otherwise I wouldn't have given one at all. I gave a $5 tip to try and be nice but honestly this was just so disappointing. All in all, complete waste of $45 (including the tip) and waste of my time. If I wouldn't have had to go back to work, I would have insisted they fix it. Either way, I will absolutely not be returning and strongly recommend my friends and family members don't either...

This was not a pleasant experience, over time the quality of interior clean has decreased so significantly that I will never go back. I paid for a platinum clean and no one touched the interior of the car I could have done better with my dust buster and a wet rag! I have photos but it will not allow me to post, there are still crumbs/dust around my center console, in the cup holders, and around the air vents as if no one touched them which was the whole purpose for my visit today. There is still water in the edges of my gas cap and soap sitting on the hatch and water dripping from it. I would not recommend paying for a "platinum" experience until their quality improves in having staff actually clean the inside of the cars.

I paid for a full inside and outside cleaning..... The rugs were still dirty, the center console still had marks and crumbs, and the wax on the outside wasn't rubbed in all the way. I went right back and they cleaned it again for free and it was hardly much better! My car wasn't even that dirty in the first place- I should've just done it myself and saved $32!

While watching the guy cleaning the inside of my car, he was squirting cleaning solution On the windows, hit the dream catcher I have hanging in the window and ruined it... I paid $32 and my interior was streaked with white, floor mats still dirty and they completely missed the passenger side door! When I brought it to one employees attention he said "the wait will be about 45 minutes if you'd like it redone" after I had already been there for 25 minutes. I will never go back, any car dealership that offers detailing does a MUCH better job.

Terrible service. Tech did not listen when I was explaining how to keep the car from locking. Consequently the car got locked and they had shut down the whole car wash. Lucky for them I had a spare set in my purse. I'm partially deaf so Im pretty good at reading lips. I surprised Eric about him saying "f#©k you lady",which he then denied. Then the kids (yes they were very young) were laughing and talking when I approached the car and got quiet. The car was not really cleaned, though I paid the $36 price to do so. NEVER AGAIN!

As of late, the quality of wash and interior clean has declined. Visible dirt remains in an out. I don't go off roading or anything but I do spend alot of time in my car for work. For the price I would expect more attention to detail. They have now removed all the car cleaning products for purchase to add a cafe...no more air fresheners, clearners or little gifts to shop. Bad move in my opinion. I will be going to another full service wash in the future.

The people that clean the inside of the car are doing a terrible job in York, Pa........... they never wipe the back of my seats. Paying nearly $65 a month and this not being done is pathetic. A a 20 something year old i use to work the full service car wash and I would have been fired for not doing this on ever car that paid for an interior cleaning. I am on the verge of cancelling and going to Apple Car wash on the other side of town.

I have the monthly car wash and I actually paid to have the inside done also. They did a very poor job with the interior. Specially the inside of the windshield, very streaked and they aren't as particular with the wiping or the vacuuming. Even on slower days. I think they need more help - specially on the busier days. There didn't seem to be enough people working on both ends of the process.

After waiting almost an hour for an interior and exterior platinum clean imagine my shock when I had to come home and clean the inside of my car! Very little if anything was done to it, perhaps the mats were taken it out and shook off. Definitely not vacuumed or god forbid, washed. Backseats were not vacuumed dog hair all over the place, seats and floor. Back windows were not cleaned at all as evidenced by the dog nose prints still completely visible. Cup holders weren’t vacuumed or cleaned at all. There was dust all over the instrument planel and radio so I’m assuming little if anything was done in the front of the car either. The exterior looked no better than an $8 drive through car wash. Will not be visiting again.

Unfortunately quality has gone DOWN HILL. I have discussed this with Local managers and the they feel expectations by some customers is too high. I could live with being as good as they used to be. I was a frequent customer and now no longer.

I had a small inconvenience in my old visit with my truck Honda CRV new young employees, I have to give better training on how to open the trunk of the vehicles and do not pull so aggressively, I saw with my own eyes when they broke the part of where it goes the back camera of my bus, but if not because I saw them they were not going to say anything! I have been with you for years and I had never seen the workless as I see now! I have the unlimited wash and my truck has powder coated wheels and the wash do a terrible job at cleaning does not remove brake dust. And the water rinse leaves soap on the truck in places. I have canceled my membership for the last time ,I will never use them again it is a waste of money.

I really don't expect a great result from these sort of places. They're designed to push through as many cars as possible in a day. These places are good just to get most of the dirt off your car and make it appear to be clean. If you really want a legitimate car wash, do it yourself or take it to a bonafide detail shop.

Disappointing. I paid for the most expensive Interior & Exterior package and left with a visible filthy interior. My windows were still covered with watermarks and streaks, my dashboard still had fuzz and hair all over and my carpets were still covered in dirt and hair. I waited for over 20 minutes for my interior to be cleaned as an older gentleman just sat in my driver's seat doing nothing, slumped in my driver's seat talking with a younger lady and gentleman on the staff who were standing around leaning against the area containing their towels and cleaning supplies. I didn't want to even waste more of my time there so I just came home and cleaned my interior myself after working two jobs all day. I came here for the convenience of having a hectic schedule with little free time or I would have just saved my money in the first place. I will definitely not be returning.

You get an ok car wash. I usually have the interior and exterior done. Do not expect perfection. For the price you are basically getting the worst of the dirt off. If you want perfection then you need to pay the money and have your car detailed. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Good for using once in a while.

I am a monthly patron, getting the exterior of my car done 2-3 times per week. Most of the changes that you have made recently have been very positive, and make the process far more efficient. I do wish, though, that there was still someone to wipe the exterior mirrors - especially when the temperature is below freezing. Your new driers just do not cover that sufficiently. One day recently, my mirrors glazed over with ice, creating a dangerous situation.

I can only speak for the exterior automatic wash. Let me first say, all the employees I encountered were great! They were eager and willing to help. I was just getting the exterior done. I went with the most expensive package since we have a new van, it was $20. After going through I could still notice there was stuff stuck to the car because it was on my driver's side window. I pulled around again and the young woman told me to go through again and they'd spray it ahead of time too. I wasn't charged again and it was quick. I pulled up the second time and a friendly young man washed around the car manually with a sprayer. I went through and since I was in a rush drove back home. Upon arriving home I checked out the van and there were soap spots. Mostly on the front windshield and all over the back. Not what I'd expect for taking it through twice. In either case, I don't think I'd return, but it's not due to the employees. They were awesome! It's more the process or equipment itself, which is subpar.

Like others have echoed, I purchased a service (Platinum) and did not receive the the full standards set by the elements in the package. I know because certain areas that were not clean prior to taking the vehicle there were untouched. This company is intent on getting as many vehicles in and out as quick as possible, while not fully delivering what is expected. Could I hold the employees responsible? Possibly. However, I am sure they are under immense pressure to do a rushed job by their managers and can't do a detailed job. If they are slow, they could possibly be fired. However, there will not be a "next" time as I will not return to give 100 percent of my money and get only 50 percent of what I paid for. There are other smaller and local businesses that I have been to before, that did a superb job for a third of the cost and I would rather support them than continue to feed this massive corporate machine.

This place is always busy. Even when I tried to get in on a Wednesday morning, there were 4-5 cars in front of me. They do a very nice job cleaning the exterior of the car, it always looks so pristine. They have gotten better at doing the interior. The first time I went, they missed a ton of dirt and dog hair in my back seats and I was very disappointed. I followed up with their customer service, and they brought me back to re-do it for free. It looked great after the second time! The staff is very friendly and efficient.

Mister (used to be Hot Shine) Car Wash is a relatively great place to get a whole car clean with absolutely awesome results! Not many places left that will fully clean your insides and outsides and ensure your windows are clean and clear. The only one thing that they tend to miss in the upper part of the windows where the glass is tucked into your door. And occasionally a few spots on the interior don't get perfectly clean, but it's well within the requirements of a job well done. Give a Platinum wash a try!! Great clean, great smells! (Just wish COVID would go away so they'll serve free sodas and popcorn again.)

Decent place to get your car washed. I had one bad experience with interior wash which has simply caused me to start doing it myself. But for an easy interior cleaning, they will do the job. Exterior wash is great including wheel/tire shine and undercarriage.

Today I had the most horrific experience at the Mister Car Wash located at 2720 E Market St, York, PA 17402. I was there at approximately 9:30AM. After going through the car wash, I noticed the wheel shine had not been applied. This was not the first time - but it was the first time I asked to speak with a manager. With some effort I was able to locate the manager. I explained to the manager that this was not the first time I did not receive the services I paid for through my subscription. I asked that my bill be adjusted. He informed me that I could go through the car wash twice a day. I explained that I often have a limited amount of time. He then refused to adjust my bill. I then informed him that I could take Mister Car Wash to small claims court as I have been paying a monthly fee for services that they are failing to provide. He then threatened to “kick” me off of my subscription, and as if that were not enough, he stated “I will have you removed from the property for threatening me.” I never raised my voice, nor did I present as aggressive. For context, I am an African American man and he just threatened to have me forcefully removed (by law enforcement unless he was going to do it) from the property because I politely asked to be reimbursed for a service I did not receive. In other words, he was going to call the police and report me as a threat because I told him I could take Mister Car Wash to small claims court. I am sure that when he called the police, he would have characterized me as a threatening and aggressive Black man – not a middle-aged Black man who presented as respectful and professional. Moreover, this manager was saying "stay in your place and don't dare complain" or I will turn the police on you and you know they are going to believe me because I am white and you are Black. All I can say is, WOW. * Two respectful employees did come over and hand apply the shine.

I take my work van here for washes and oil changes/tire rotation. Staff is always friendly. Car wash is great. Every time I get an oil change they always go over the vehicle and make recommendations on replacing items. Almost every time when I get the tires rotated they forget to reset the air pressure sensors and I have to make a trip back to get them corrected.

I have paid for full service for many years going all the way back to when cloister owned the car wash. In the past 4-6 months service has gotten so horrible. My truck has not been vacuumed the last 5 times I have gone to the car was. Why I don’t have 1-2 hours to wait for it. They are so under staffed it’s crazy. I have made multiple complaints to the location with not change. I have made multiple calls to there Corp. office again with no change. The last call I got from them the lady stated that there under all new management lol. No they moved managers from york pa to Lancaster. First I have been to york a few times and they don’t look no where as busy as lancaster. So much so that they do everything out side. My truck looks worse after going to the car was then it did prior. Why it’s covered with soap scum and water marks. They truly don’t have enough staff and no one there cares. After many years I am looking to conceal my membership and go some place else. Management only cares about make money at the gate and not providing the service that we are paying for. They have shut down offer many of the services that cloister used to provide for an upcharge like red carpet service. Shampooing your carpets detailed cleaning any many more. There reason you will laugh they make more money offer the car was then they do the other services. I was not uncommon in the winter to have my car detailed 2-3 times a week that the price Tag of about 85 bucks each time on top of the monthly membership price. Now you can not even get the service in a timely manner for what your paying for in the membership.

I personally have not been impressed with Mister the last few years as it seems their employees barely touch areas of a car that are visibly dirty. My visit on Saturday 7/31/2021 exceeded my expectations. I paid $45 for the Platinum wash and interior cleaning, including having floor mats cleaned. This time, they did an excellent job cleaning and I did not see one speck of dirt leftover. One of my windshield wipers came off somewhere in the wash, and the manager was very helpful and apologetic for what happened. To make up for it, he offered me a free platinum wash any time I wanted. This most recent visit restored my faith in Mister and will be back.

The exterior wash was fine. I paid for the premium package and a $5 tip for a total of $41. Interior cleaning was horrendous at best. The place wasn’t busy at all and the most obvious details were missed. I wasn’t expecting a detail job but come on, look at the pictures. I had to remind the employee that I paid for dash conditioning after he tried to hand me my keys. Didn’t look different after he went back and did it anyway. I even pulled around after everything was done and spoke to the person who sold me the package. She agreed that it was not a good job at all. Offered for me to go through again but I didn’t have time after waiting for the first run through. She took down my name and number for the next time but I don’t know if there will be a next time. I went to Walmart and bought the stuff to do it myself…

Not very happy with what I paid 26 dollars for. I drive a black car and if you value your cars finish do not go here. Going to have to get the car buffed as there are micro scratches all over. They put way too much tire shine on. There is tire shine all over the wheels. They were suppose to clean the windows and wipe things down. Windows have streaks. About the only thing they did good was vacuuming the interior. I called to complain. A manager is suppose to call back so I'll see what they do. Really just want my 26 dollars back so I can put it towards removing the scratches I have now.

People get it confused. Platinum package is the wax and protective shield while its going through the exterior wash. You have to pay extra for your whole interior to be wiped down, that is called "final touch". At times they do miss stuff but we are all human right? At the end of the day your car is cleaner.

Car damage not once but twice at separate locations...first time the hub cap emblem...on when i went in...off when i came out...they tried to say that it didn't happen there...but after going back and forth with them the cap happens emblem pops up...a few weeks ago went through their car wash and i started driving kept hearing a dragging sound underneath my car pulled over and only to see that a guard had knocked loose...that explains why they didn't even wipe my car off when i came outta the car wash...if it's to cold to wash it myself than i rather have it dirty than damaged!!!!!!

UPDATE: Spent some time emailing corporate a few times. No resolution. I am downgrading my 2 star rating to 1 star. These people know nothing about customer service at all. Told me their management team would be in touch and all I got was a generic email that was a complete waste of time to open. The better business bureau needs to be notified by everyone who has been dissatisfied with the lack of communication and customer service here. ____________ I won't be back. They rushed through cleaning my vehicle inside, even though I paid for the most expensive package. The rear view mirror wasn't even cleaned and I found trash and food still on the floor.

As soon as the guy came to my window I said the only way im getting the platinum was is if you guys clean my cup holders, powerwash the may flys off my truck and vacuum under my rugs as well as on top of them. He said dude of course. The lady that helpped me get my bags out of my truck also said id have nothing to worry about and they would do every cup holder and put my stuff back in the truck as I WAS MAKING THE EFFORT to remove all my stuff from my truck along with my three year old son. She stops me and says really sir we will take care of it. When I got back into my truck none of the cup holders had been touched the rugs were never removed and may flys are still all over the front of my truck. This is the second and the last time they will ever rush my vehicle like a child with a clash of clans account and there grand parents credit card. Save your money and just get the basic wash if you have no were else to go.

So I gave it three stars because both times I went there and paid for the full interior exterior services with cleaning of the floor mates, things were still dirty. The back of the car had dirt streaks where they did not wipe the car down. The center console had dirt still on it and the floor mats where still dirty. I wont be going back even for a hose off. Hello my name is Sergio, I went to the car wash on 3/4/20. I purchased the best wash that was offered. I was directed to drive around the building to get into the correct line to get the correct service. As I started to drive around as directed I noticed that the truck would not fit. An employee than came to me and said that I would be able to fit. I then told her no that i would not be able to fit and that i would back out since there were no cars behind me. She then assured me that I would be able to fit. While being directed my wheel rubbed the curb and my wheels received noticable damage. A manager then came to me and assured me that my wheel would be repaired. On 3/9/20 I delivered the car to the car wash to be repaired. Upon my arrival I looked at the wheel and it is was not the quality of work that I was promised. Like i explained and asked the managers of the establishment, all I ask is to be treated fairly and have my wheel fixed, as I drove it to the establishment back to original or better than what the finish is on it now. Please again all I ask for is to be treated fairly.

I pay for the maximm service and feel the price increase last year was a bit much....which is one eason I only use MCW in the winter months. If it was more affordable, I would keep it year round. Also, consider openiing one in Shrewsbury, PA (Southern York County). It may be easier to justify the cost if I can get to the wash more frequently.

Time/date: Approximately 320 pm, December 12, 2021. The female working vacuum, I guess I was taking up her time as I moved 2 bags from the front seat to the trunk as she lied her head on my drivers door. Once the wash was complete, a young male worker made the comment, verbatim, “Look at the paint on that piece of shit”. Sure, my paint is chipped on the front hood of my 2016 vehicle, but until you’re off the clock, keep your comments to yourself or you can assist in the bill to cover those 5 chipped spots. Furthermore, prices have raised since the last time I was here in October, 2021 (looks like a 2+ dollar increase on all services)… Lots of cussing in front of customers and fooling around. It was not the entire front shift but a decent handful… Never AGAIN!

I bought the $32 car wash _ the second one down in price). The inside leather seats were not cleaned, the back window showed nothing but back and forth swirl marks which when the sun was going down made it hard to see who was in back of you. There were many other places that were not cleaned properly and for $32 I expected more. Last time I'll spend at that level. The wheels looked the best!

Great service. Some days it's a hazard to try and get in line. Really it's the people who make it hard to pull into line because they won't move to allow other cars to get in line. The people taking your money need to pay attention to backed up traffic and enforce customers to pull up closer. That's my only complaint. The workers do a great job cleaning and vacuuming my car. The prices are comparable with other car washes.

Unbelievable. I paid for a full service car wash and left with a car that was half cleaned and the inside driver side door handle was broken. The door opened fine when i got out of my car to let them clean the interior. A few minutes after, the employee cleaning the car honked the horn and waived another employee over to him. I did not think anything of it at the time, but when i got back into the car i did not notice anything until i got a few miles down the road and saw the inside door handle was loose. The employee that was inside of the car, nor the employee that was waived over to assist the other out of the car, mentioned anything to me or the manager about the door handle being broken. I immediately called Mister to report the broken handle. The manager, Josh, stated he would review the camera's but advised me to get 2 different quotes for the handle to be repaired. A few days later, Josh called back to inform me that there was not enough proof to confirm Mister was at fault for this and denied my claim. He confirmed that the footage showed me exit the vehicle without issue, but the statements from his employees denied being at fault. When i asked why no one thought to mention to me or the manager the fact that the handle was broken he stated "they made a mistake by not following protocol" but still denied being at fault. Not only did they still charge me the full price for a car wash, but the repair is going to cost $150 + tax for a new door handle. I will never go to this car wash again and advise anyone to think twice!

I usually never in my life do this. I stopped in to get a wash and detail. They told me there was a promotion going on for $35 and some change and if I purchased that I could come get my car washed whenever I want that whole month and it would be canceled at the end of the month. Well I only took it back one more time. I was then charged again the $35 and some change so I called them they refunded the money and said they canceled it. Well I wake up this am and I check my bank statement. Long and behold once again today I was charged $35 and some change. I had to call them all over again! I understand messing up but come on now. I do have bills I have to pay I got nothing but a senseless sorry that sounded like it was rehearsed. I will never recommend this establishment nor return again.

I use this car wash only. I love that I can leave a tip on my card because I never carry cash. The employees work super hard in this heat and deserve a tip. My only complaint is the last three times I have been there my side mirrors are always left covered in bug guts. I have had them in the past clean it off or I have done it myself before leaving. They should be able to see it.... I am sure my side mirrors are not the only bug killers.

They denied it was from their brushes and tried to tell me I did it with a snow shovel ?#*! ...Wouldn't let me see their video of my car going through; Refused arbitration with my insurer. If I can rate less than one star I would. This location took advantage of a 79 year old elderly woman. She brought her car in completely intact and this location broke her passenger side mirror. The lady did not refuse to pay for the car wash but simply asked if they were going to fix her mirror. Manger Bruce Lehman made an attempt to screw it back together but did not have the mechanical aptitude nor the visual analytical skills to note that the housing for the mirror was broken after his employees took possession of the car and drove it through the car wash. Manager Bruce returned with the mirror detached from the housing and informed the lady that there was nothing he could do and that he completed an event analysis and concluded that the mirror had a scratch and therfore the company was not going to fix it as it may have been broken before the employee took possession of the car. I informed Manager Bruce that the mirror was intact and functioning before his employee took possession. I asked for Manger Bruce to give me his Supervisor's contact information and he stated that his boss name is Dave and he can't give his personal number. I asked for a business contact and Manager Bruce stated he can't provide it. I asked if his boss had a business email and he stated I never asked for the email. At this point, Manager Bruce stated that he was done with the conversation. He provided the lady with a customer service contact number that did not get her in touch with anyone. At best this is poor customer service. There is no way anyone can trust an analysis from this Manager when he can not make the connection that a business contact includes an email address. If he can make that connection then he just did not want to provide top notch service. I can not in good faith recommend this location. It's a shame to witness this Manager take advantage of an elderly person.

I am a monthly member. Last week I paid the extra $10 to have the inside of my truck cleaned. After I got to my next destination i noticed the drivers side was still a mess with debris everywhere. Very unhappy with the vacuum job. I did take pictures. I contacted your company via Facebook and they basically passed the buck and said to call the local location. All i wanted was my $10 refunded.

Ive been coming here for about 2 years. Overtime the quality of the wash has consistently been getting WORSE. Water spots all over the car, interior looks HORRIBLE. I’m so upset because it’s not cheap either. $23 for pretty much an exterior. I can spend 10 mins with a vacuum in my car and leave it cleaner than them. The mats in my back seat were upside down, seems the staff is just getting lazy. Won’t recommend anymore and probably will look for a different wash unless I’m compensated for this horrible wash. Not to pile on the negative reviews. But, my experience was frustrating at the very beginning. Getting an inside and out wash. The girl was showing me the options and I ask "which one is cheapest" to which she answered (and kept answering) which ever one you like sir. It was like we were not speaking the same language. Not a horrible visit, but a weird way to start my wash for sure. Also, I did pass this info on to a guy inside at the counter but did not get a feeling that he understood the issue.

Probably the best automatic car wash in town, BUT leaves micro scratches and tore off my front license plate and damage to my radio antenna. Cleanliness always depends on the staff on hand and how much time they spend on your vehicle instead of talking. Still prefer hand washing but works in a pinch.

Best car wash I've found in York. The service is typically fast as well. They offer exterior and interior services. For interior services you park your car and walk inside. They have a gift shop with lots of small items. They offer coffee, soda, and some other food for a fee. There is free popcorn and benches to sit. They also have viewing windows to watch your car to through the system. One of the windows also has a squirt gun where kids can squirt cars as they oass through. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer monthly memberships which are worth it if you are washing your car 3-4 times a month.

Keep and eye on the people cleaning your vehicle after the wash. A few weeks ago someone ripped the clip right out of the floor of our car. I called to tell them about it and the manager I spoke to told me very nicely to bring it in and we would resolve the issue. Well I finally had the chance to bring it in this morning. Little did I know that what they meant by take care of it was one of two options. 1) The manager explained to me how to replace the part (I didn’t break it) 2) He offered to attempt to fix it and the risk of damaging the car further. Luckily though I was left with the explanation “Hey man, ya know these 16-17 year old part timers don’t ever tell us when they break something. They probably didn’t even notice it and just p it in the cup holder.” I returned to the wonderful ladies that work the line and asked them to cancel my membership. Not my favorite place.

The dryers did not really do a good job there were still wet spots in the cracks and crevices of the outside of the car. It seemed the dryers were interested in conversation rather than drying cars. And the manger was absolutely unapologetic. He bragged that he’d been at mister car wash for 12 years (as if that’s something to brag about) and they’ve always cleaned their cars the way did mine. SAVE YOUR MONEY. They have a bunch of school kids working there who probably don’t know how to tidy up their bedrooms and it shows in their work. I literally have to vacuum and clean my car as if it hasn’t already been cleaned. I’m so so upset. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

For the past several years I have used Mr. Car Wash unlimited external washes for two family cars. This spring while raising the monthly unlimited prices they eliminated drying of the Windows & mirrors. Now soap streaks are terrible on the windows & mirrors.As a result I am cancelling my two monthly unlimited car washes, and switching to Apple car wash. Apple gives a much better quality car wash and Windows & mirrors do not have the soap scum for the same relative price.. Buyer Beware...I have spoken with several disgruntled external wash customers who also left Mr.Car Wash for Apple do to this issue.

Car detailing on the cheap - they don't go any extra miles but it's to be expected at their rates. You would not go here if you're trying to sell your car. They make their money by working fast and getting as many cars done as they can. This location usually has a longish queue on the weekends. $32 will get you: a cursory dusting and vacuuming of your interior; a run through their car washing tunnel thing; a less than thorough wipe down of your seats; half hearted waxing and buffing; some air freshener sprayed under your driver seat. I took our Town and Country van and came away with 1-2 hours of extra interior work to do at home: driver and passenger side plastic wells and hand grips; wipe down and vacuuming of all cup holders and any tight or hard to reach areas.

I paid for the interior to be done. I don't believe they touched it other than the dash. Crumbs from my granddaughter was still sitting on the back seat in plain view. The mats remained visibly dirty. My daughter's boyfriend had lost his ring in the car when taking out the car seat the day before. He came over the day after visiting the car wash looking for his ring. I told him it was probably gone because of the visit to Mister Car Wash. But there it sat on the back seat in plain view with crumbs around it. Of course we we're thankful at that point that they hadn't vacuumed. Unfortunately that doesn't change the down hill slide this business has taken more recently. I won't be returning unless it changes hands again.

I love everything about my experience with the exception of the wheel clean in the York Facility. It does not work 90% of the time and I have been coming in for years. I get a clean truck all wiped down and if I don't ask the wheels are still full of break dust. With that said some folks wipe them out nicely and others barely touch them. There has got to be a better way to address clean wheels! Thanks for a fine service it may just be me being picky but clean wheels make a big difference.

Too expensive. For the money you pay I expect a higher shine. No rainex. Tire shine is done inside of the wash by the machine instead of by hand. Honestly you can go to a hand car wash and pay half the price for better quality. Nice establishment however they should consider lowering their prices. I have to admit, joining over a year ago it was relatively inexpensive and the service was good. Over the past year many ““ improvements have been made with the price being raised however the service isn’t what it was and, improvements have parlayed to being unimpressive and in many ways I feel like things I enjoyed have gone by the way side. Example, I used to enjoy A free cup of soda every time I went in there to get a car wash now the soda fountain has been removed for a modern rest area that has no feel and how can I really enjoy it when I’m not there that long anyway. Secondly the improvements, meaning on the car wash extra wheel sprayers which now or over the past couple weeks none of the four seem to work on any kind of regular basis! Also it seems as though jobs have been cut and as much as you may be saving money on a regular kind of normal day...it takes longer to get through there than ever. I remember the lines being over to Wendy’s and getting through in a matter of 20 minutes now you can 4 cars deep and you’re over a half hour to get out of the place. In not so many words, I’m saying dumb it down. I understand prices go up And prices never stay the same, but at the same time if prices go up and the service at least maintains what it was I’m fine with that I can honestly say service has gone down... and prices have gone up. To be blatantly honest if it wasn’t so convenient and close to my house I probably would not be continuing to go there!

I used to love Mr car wash but now I feel like I waste my money every time I go there because I have to come home and still do something to the inside of my car. It's like they don't wipe everything down thoroughly. These photos was taken less than 20 minutes after having my car wash. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. It's bad enough I always have to remind them to do my tires and to do my windows thoroughly. Staff is very nice but as for the $32 platinum cleaning inside & out it is terrible. They vacuumed the floor mats in my car but didn't bother to remove the floor mat and vacuum under them. Didn't vacuum the back of the car (behind the 3rd row) at all. Never wiped down the dashboard with the "dashboard conditioner" that they said was part of the $32 service. The exterior looked cleaner than it did before I went in but as far as I can tell, the interior was barely touched.

I have a monthly membership to mister for only the car wash. Today, I chose to pay the additional $10 for the interior cleaning. Worst $10 I’ve ever spent. My 4 year old could have done a better job cleaning my car- especially considering there were 4 people doing it. It’s insane that they even consider this an interior cleaning. I was in and out in 10 mins, including the time it took for my car to go through the wash. I’m having trouble finding the spots they did “clean” and “vacuum”....Horrible.

I don’t typically prefer to take my car through an automatic car wash. However, they keep their equipment clean! My car is black - I hate the ‘swirls’ on black paint! Their equipment does NOT add ‘swirls’ to the paint. I have membership for $35 a month and I may go through the wash 2x/day if I desire. I do typically go through twice, back to back. After my first trip through I get out and finish getting wheels clean and a few other areas car washes miss, then go through a second time. Then I finish by drying myself what little water is still left. LOVE IT!

Enjoy convenience however not happy with drying process especially side mirrors etc. the blowers are not effective. I would give you guys a 9 or 10 if drying went better

My first time there machine was down had to sit in line more than an hour. Finally got to us. Paid 36. Dollars and a four year old could have done a better job. Never so disappointed. Won't recommend, won't go back.????

Took my truck to have cleaned inside and out. Service was incredibly slow and when I left I still had 2 dead bugs on my dash. They couldn’t have even touched it! I expect to get what I pay for. The employees didn’t seem to have a very good work ethic.

I really like the job it does, I've been coming here when it was cloisters and I ve had the monthly pass since but I think with this last price increase this might be my last month because with covid-19 times are getting harder. I wish it would've stayed at $62

My wife & I both took our vehicles through getting Supreme In & Out package. She even reminded them that she was trying them in spite of of the many negative to mediocre reviews that I had read. They did a very good job on both of our vehicles. The only improvement needed was on the interior side of the front windshield where were some towel swirls. Based on our experience, it looks like they are trying to positively respond to those weak reviews that they received earlier this year.

They did a horrible job. Didn't dry the outside all the way. so you could see the dust and everything that still didn't get washed When it went through. Then we ended up having to clean the inside because they hardly touched anything. If you're smart go do it yourself or find somewhere else to go. I told them three times what they were missing and they still missed it all.

So disappointed. Went at 7:35 am when they opened. It wasnt crowded at all. 4 employees were drying my car, all they did was talk and carry on. Sprayed cleaner on my back inside window but never wiped off to clean it. I had a mess, liquid laid in a pool on the back ledge. ????

Not what it used to be. They got rid of the people who wipe your vehicle down. It's very noticeable.
