This is a good DIY car wash. The bays are spacious, which is really helpful if you have a big pickup truck. Also their interac/credit card reader makes it even more convenient if you don't always have cash on you, like myself.

Its ok but the automatic car wash needs a service. Paid $14 for a wash and some nozzles weren't working for soap/wax. So still had some dirt left

Terrible, no one notified me when I pulled in and paid that the machines were underr repair.... I sat and watched my money and time run out while looking for sometime to help but no luck... No staff and no one answered the phone..... My money was accepted but couldn't cancel or get money back so had to leave without a car wash that I paid for. Because no one blocked it off or told me that it wasn't working

I use this car wash frequently almost weekly in the summertime so I spend a lot of money there to wash my truck a couple of weeks ago I used the tap debit which I often do just to do a quick rinse of my vehicle. When I went to turn it off about 3.5 minutes of use I was unable too it just kept going.charging me $15 which is the max. I did call the number for the business and left a detailed message and no one has returned my call to at least let me know what my options are as opposed to just ignoring me as a customer so for that fact I'm very disappointed and I will consider using other car washes in the city going forward

Not very happy with my latest visit here. I use the drive thru and get the top priced wash ($14) Usually very pleased with the results but this time my car was a mess. I had to scrub it by hand and the windows were a mess. Don't know if I will go back

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! THEY HAVE EXTREMELY OLD EQUIPMENT THAT WILL SCRATCH YOUR PAINT WITH OUT A DOUBT. ITS ALWAYS SO DIRTY AND LOW PRESSURE WATER AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY NON EXISTENT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS WHATSOEVER. THEY HAVE LOST MANY CUSTOMERS AS I WILL BE TELLING MY FAMILY FRIENDS AND COWORKERS ABOUT THIS PLACE. OH AND ALSO THE BBB :)

I stop in and use this place everytime I'm on the area. Most places barely keep the garbage cans emptied. This place is always clean and we'll maintained. Great pressure and lots of product in the wash bays as well as the vending machine for purchase.

Owner/manager wouldn't allow me to brush the snow and salt off my vehicle before washing, even though I had already purchased tokens for the wash! Also machines do not accept credit cards.

I used to take both vehicles to be washed weekly. I'll never be back. The owner/manager is rude and intimidating. Tried saying my mini van was too dirty to wash when I went through construction in the rain. And that it is "unacceptable to put fast food garbage in the garbage can. They are only emptied every 24 hours and the garbage is for what you use to wash your car only."

Went on a frigid early morn. The only nozzle frozen happened to be in my bay. Lol I called The after hours number to explain I put five tokens in but couldn’t use the nozzle because it had frozen stick , and the owner immediately drove over within a couple of minutes and paid me back directly from his own wallet to reimburse me ! very impressed! very apologetic & kind . Wow

Very expensive for what you get. Maybe I expected it to be a bit more reasonable but after spending $20 for a single wash, I won't be returning. Facility was fairly clean as expected. Not overly busy so no wait time.

The Woodstock U Wash has been around for years now but its still the nicest place to wash your vehicle in the area. Facilities are always clean and in good repair and features have been added over years (like drying wands) to keep it current. I would recommend adding a few more vacuums but this is only an issue during peak times.

Overall a good place for a wash Just wish they didn't have a token system. It would be great if they had a credit card system like the h2go. They always keep their bays nice and clean. Car brushes are nice and clean with no stones stuck in them. They have a nice selection of air fresheners and armoral products for freshening up your car in a vending machine.

You can do a quick wash for $4, but move quickly and be selective about your wash choices, or spend about $12 on the full treatment. Some car docks dont have a strong air dryer. #2 is my go-to.

This place is decent, Although we are in 2019, please upgrade your money exchange machines. I tried 4 different $5 bills(new) and the exchanger wouldn’t give me tokens. Yes I put them in the correct way. Even Ingersoll UWash accepts credit card for payment for tokens. I won’t use the hands free drive in wash, as it’s too expensive and my garden hose in the winter does a better job! Upgrade your facilities!!!

This place has everything you would expect at a car cleaning place. It costs 3 dollars to run the vacuum. And I believe three dollars to start the hose in the self washing area. There's also an automatic car wash, but interior you do yourself.

I do not like that when you put money in the change machine it will give you tokens but then half of the services they're like the vacuum only take actual coin Change. The vending machine is also occasionally out of Order and when you switch spray settings there's a delay but the clock keeps ticking

The vaccuums are pretty good, but they have a hard time getting sand and dirt out of the carpet. The wash bays are fairly roomy with a lot of options, but that wash brush is useless.
