Hi. I use this wash at least once a week, usually no problems but this time I payed max price and didn’t get wheels scrubbing and the rise was only working properly on one side. We paid $14 for a full service wash in the left hand bay, and for some reason the under body and tire wash didn't happen and it skipped some other steps. Not sure what went wrong, but not up to par as usual.

Fairly cheap for the super mega ultimate wash. I use the gentle touch and it does a great job on my black vehicle. Plus the kids love it!

Really awesome customer service ! I had an issue with the car wash and the owners got a notification and showed up within ten minutes and gave me a free super deluxe wash, mechanical failures happen sometimes and it's awesome to know that these guys have great customer service and are on top of things !

Overall a good and thorough wash. I find the machine always misses some small spots, and the dryer is not very effective. You pretty much drive away with a wet car. However, this is still one of the best car washes around.

Quick wash and no chain conveyor to pull your vehicle through which is nice. Just like all automatic car wash places it's not as good as hand washing. Two bays, one is touchless and the other has brushes. Make sure you go when you have time as there is almost always a line up.

Please watch out for the ice when coming out of the car wash. I have a truck and have to put my mirrors back out when the wash is done and I took a nasty slip and hit my elbow very hard and bent my finger backwards. Hopefully nothing is broken. PLEASE salt the damn hill before some slides into traffic or worse. The business is liable, and if I were running it I’d make sure to eliminate the risk to my customers.

Got my 2010 civic washed on the soft touch. The top brush only cleaned half the back window then moved up leaving the truck lid dirty. Pretty easy to see on white car. Called the number left message. Never heard from anyone. This happened 2x. First time i thought it was a glitch. Turns out nope happened again.
