The most ridiculous experience I've ever had ... Saw some black marks on the side of the car after the car wash, wasn't sure if they were there before or not but before saying anything I thought I'd check the next vehicle behind me (if no marks on his truck - no harm no foul). Before I had the opportunity to check the next vehicle the owner came out with attitude in his voice from the 1st word out of his mouth. I showed him the marks, he immediately dismissed them as already being there because "he prepped my car & saw them before the wash" (you'd think, if he saw them, he'd point them out to avoid any issue & offer to remove them for a small fee - at least that's how I'd approach every vehicle pulling into my business). I didn't disagree with him, I just responded with "I don't recall seeing them before but we may want to check the next vehicle just to be sure" Next thing I know he's accusing me of giving his staff trouble, telling me in no uncertain terms that I didn't know what I was taking about & then questioned how many times I'd been there before (not sure why that matters). When I responded with "at least 10 times with 3 different vehicles" he snapped back, "I'm the owner, I'm always here & I've never seen you before" (again, not sure why that matters). I asked him to calm down as I hadn't accused him or his car wash of any damage. He continued his disrespectful tone until I told him he was delivering incredibly bad customer service. He ended by saying "this isn't poor customer service" then stormed away. Im not going to say I'm a regular but, today, Supreme Auto lost a customer & I intend on telling all my friends of my experience & how poorly I was treated. Where before I recommended them now, not so much. 1 Star because of the excellent car wash, if I could 0 Star for the ridiculously poor customer service. Dude needs a chill pill or to lay off the roids ... Update: Owner likes to respond to poor reviews by making things up & rearranging conversation points to suite his needs. How about speaking the truth sir ... As I never once said to you or your employees that your car wash marked my car. Nor did I give any employee attitude. I did however show concern & wanted the opportunity to confirm my concerns. My attitude towards you however was purely due to your actions, tone of voice, accusations & general lack of gentlemanly discourse. Had you spoken to me like a gentleman, you may still have had my business. In the end, based on the effort required to remove the scuffs I know your car wash was not at fault. I also know that you don't know customer service.

Had an in and out wash done on my wife's car in November. I wasn't impressed by any of it. It was a very quick vacuum job on the inside and the windows were worse off than when I came in. The outside wash was fine but I was disappointed that they didn't towel dry it. It turns out that was their policy to not towel dry so shame on me for not knowing that ahead of time. Not worth the cost in my opinion. **I will give it another chance since it is under new ownership**

Hours on facebook say they are open until 6pm. I send one of my trucks there at 2:30 for a inside and outside. Then I show up at 2:55 to have my truck cleaned inside and outside. When I pull up the girl says she cannot do any more interiors because she has to punch out for 3 and the owner forces her to punch out at 3. Then I go look at the job they did on my other truck and they didn't even attempt to get the wheels cleaned. His response was "the car wash cleans them, did you want me to wipe them down" - how bout just do it? This is terrible customer service - if you plan on staying open, you might want to get better people working your front line - they obviously don't care about the customer and that's a direct reflection on the owner who must not care about his staff. I would never turn away a paying customer.

Honestly, don’t go. We got there and the guy said 30 Min for an in and out. An hour and a half later we get our car and it looked like a few kids wiped it down and walked away. It was a joke. They gave us a free wash as a nice to have. But I’ll never go back.. don’t waste your time, do It your self, trust me you’ll do a better job than these amateurs !!!!

She was mouthy so I cancelled the car wash half of there offered package deal and went to a spray and wash to finish on my own . I pulled out I only payed them to do the inside of the vehicle . Wasn't crazy about this place under the original owner. The new crew is fantastic and pays attention to each detail. Due to COVID exterior only. Opened each door and dried the door frames and sill plates. Exterior mirrors dried. Each wheel dried. Will return often now.

Until recently, I was very happy using this service. I only have one issue and that is they changed their services to no longer include wiping down your vehicle at the end of the line. It was a big part of why I went. What made it tough to swallow was the price is the same. Maybe I missed it but I ordered the same service and it appeared to be same price. The staff were always professional and kind and I thought it was great you could watch your car get cleaned through the whole process. The windows inside allow you to watch everything. If I wanted to drive through a car wash like that, I would do it at a gas station after a fill up. It was still good service and my car was clean at the end, but, oh well, I'll have to look elsewhere. UVbeencridicked

Drove in, discovered there is a new owner who offers the same services but with a different process. Got the mini, didn’t ask about the price changes, figured it was going to be the same price (or close to). Waited a tiny bit longer than what I would have under the old owner. Paid a bit more than what the old owner charged (like $10 more, big deal w.e, nothing worth crying over). Was DAMN IMPRESSED. $50 for 5 people to clean your car in ~30-45min is a steal if you ask me. Does a better job than the old owner but you need to wait and pay a tad more.

Horrible experience, it was my first time try this place but sadly turn to be my last time to stop at your car wash, charged me very expensive for washing my car and cleaning my car, which even the bird poop didn't come off from my window and still inside my car I see fall leaves, this mean the worker doesn't take thier time or doesn't care to do thier job probably. After they finished with my car I asked the cashier guy and one of the staff provide me a towel so I can clean the car myself because it was stilll dirty. They said we don't have any towel which it was right in front of the thier face, this show how they are dishonest and they don't value thier customers. I hope they can get good management to take care of all these issues customers face at thier business. Please stay away from this business and go somewhere else.

Sloooooooow, got in line for inside and out. Was told (after I inquired) how long. Was told 20 mins per car for inside. I was number 5 Figure that out 100 mins or 1 hour 40 for a car wash. Don’t think so. Even the exterior. I have been here half and hour and still not through. Won’t be back.

Outside cleaning was good. Wish I wouldn't have let them touch the inside. Go in once it was done and there was cleaning residue on the screen. One of the guys came over and cleaned it off, I got in and found it all scratched up. Told him, he got someone else over and they said take it to the back They looked at it and said they didn't do it. It wasn't there to begin with. They tried different stuff and said it was ther to begin with, nothing happened in the end. So disappointed and upset. You can really see it in the sun light. One guy just kept telling it was there to begin with.

Attempted to wash my truck twice on a Saturday. One had no soap and the other left road grime on the sides of my truck. Feeling really let down I Googled car washes and went with the best reviews. Was not let down. Got a supreme wash and it looked great (other than the face of my mirrors). After I left I had friends ask me if I waxed my truck, told them "Nope, just got a good wash!!!!" Definitely satisfied.

Pulled in on Friday to get my car detailed. First guy says no problem (because they weren't working on any cars) Takes my credit card and goes back to discuss with the other employee. First guy comes back, opens my back door, and tells other employee "Dog hair" on the carpet. All of the sudden I am told they are short staffed and can't do it. Your business is cleaning cars. No worries, I won't return.

First time reviewing but this is an honest opinion and you should go and experience this place on your own. At first you drive in and honest they try to direct you with signage and that's good so you pick exterior or interior. My particular experience was for exterior. So you drive in to exterior follow signs. There is a billboard type signage that gives you all options for that particular wash zone as I would call it. Then a guy shows up and helps guide your car with hand signals, onto the wheel guide. Then he tells you to put the car in neutral and to go through a door. There I'm greeted well not really greeted by what I'm assuming is the owner of the car wash and he kinda just stands there and doesn't really say anything. So on the wall is the same options as outside. Pick your option and pay simple. Then your told to go down a hall and my first impression is damn the place is clean and tidy. There are these massive windows that you can audit the whole process and to be honest it looks cool. At the end some guys wipe your car down with the same microfiber towels as the last car. Not cool. Some water spots are missed and left to dry out. Not sure if there is a touch less option for wash but the washing system left tons of scratches tiny tiny scratches on my car so looks like I need some paint correction after this, and a rewash for the dried up water spots. A for effort but I suggest offer options to your customers talk to them, act like you give a damn and sell your product. Don't just stand there and wait for them to pick from a poster. Cheers. Update: I never mentioned that your employees were rude. I know that the owner was working the register because the receipt said owner. It's not a bashing review its to help you improve as a business. From an average Joe customer. My car is 2017 black paint I've always done touch less washes and after your wash I had micro scratches. I'm not saying or expecting any compensation. Just except the review for what it is and improve. People still go and check this place out. Everyone should experience things for them selves.

Took my Explorer in today to get cleaned just picked it up new from the car dealer 3 days ago so it was clean just had some pet hair inside my Explorer had more dirt inside then I come in with and smelled like old mop for $55. The old owner built a great reputation for Supreme wash the new owners definitely tarnished the name and No I won’t be coming back for the on the house detail I like a nice clean vehicle

I waited a few months and tried again, it was worse than the first time. I think you should stop calling yourself Windsor's best wash. maybe they only put effort into the high end cars they brag about!

The gentlemen who helped was very polite and great with people!! The inside of my car looked great after they finished only thing I did not like is they put my material mats back in still soaking wet, if it would have been hot weather out they would have got a musty smell to them! Very disappointed with the outside of my car, there was noticeable dirt all in my wheel wells, didnt even look like it was touched, for $14 I can go to Essex and go through a drive through and my car comes out cleaner then when it was done here! Overall not satisfied with the service provided!

I went in today (Sept19,2016) and have nothing but good things to say about The Supreme car wash crew. My vehicle was filthy from a service I just had done up the road and they cleaned it up meticulously with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend anyone bring their vehicle over to Supreme. I was also quite impressed with the fact the owner is in there getting his hands dirty and not just watching from his office. Nothing says pride of ownership like an owner invested in the day to day operations. Great job guys!

Good car wash, hand dry which is great in the winter. I haven't tried the waxing machine yet, I'm planning to when the weather gets nicer. Update: no more hand dry, so stars go down, that was one of the things I liked best, now it's just a light that tells you when u can exit, like a carwash at any gas station.

I went here to get my car detailed, vacuumed and a wash. Little did I knew the wash broke my back wiper blade. They let me leave without telling me. When I went back to question them the same day (maybe 15 mins later) they said yes it broke in the wash, I asked why they didn’t tell me and they said I don’t know. What kind of customer service is this!!! I asked to speak to a manager, which they called him and I was told to get it fixed that I would be reimbursed. Which I did a week later because my mechanic had to order in parts. It’s been weeks with no replies or even a call back. I’m very disappointed in this business and customer service. If you tell someone you will fix the problem you should follow through and make it right. I have recommended this business in the past because the older owner was amazing and honest, this one not so much. I will never go back or recommend. Save your money !!!

They do a good job, but ignore the Lamborghini pictures from the previous owner. I can tell you if I owned a $250,000 car I would definitely not bring it to an automated car wash like this. I'd be washing it at home. You'd be asking for swirl marks and paint damage. This car wash is good for everyday normal cars and trucks. They dry the doors and wipe the wheels. It's worth the money. Only thing they could improve on is making the wash have more soap. It seems like not enough.

** disclaimer I have updated my review from two years ago, which was only a one star, when new management had just taken over** today when I tried the car wash again I was still a bit confused approaching the lane say to the “in and out” wash, but staff was outside right away to help me, and guide me into the car wash. At first I thought this was just a regular automatic car wash, but an employee will spray your car down, you’ll go through automatic pads, soap and dryers, and then an employee will shammy down your car afterwards, which is a feature you wouldn’t get at a normal automatic car wash. I will return again, and next time to get my car detailed too !!

We went on vacation with my car this year. It has black carpet and black cloth interior. I have three small, white dogs. After two weeks of travelling my car was totally covered. I called Supreme and explained how bad it was. He said he couldn’t quote me over the phone because he had to see it to give me an accurate price. I took it in and we agreed on a price. They said it would be a couple of hours, so I was just going to take a cab to the mall to kill time, they actually drove me to the mall instead, and offered to pick me up when it was done. When I returned my car was finished and they did a fabulous job. The car was totally detailed, and they got 99% of the hair. I will keep at it to get the bits they couldn’t. It was well worth what I paid. The service was fast, they guys were friendly and professional, and the results were excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Terrible experience when you want to clean your car for a specific problem. You explicitly state the problem. Then it does not get cleaned properly. Owner not interested in listening. Only resolution offered is same thing that does not properly clean. Requested partial refund for incomplete job. Owner not interested.

Drove up and asked for an In/Out service. Nothing crazy. I was asked the condition of my newer truck. The young man opened my rear door and noticed rubber winter mats. He also noticed a little dog hair. With that said, he informed me that it was going to be $67.00 plus taxes. Now I’ve never been charged that much anywhere else. I informed the young man NO Thanks. Way to expensive for a simple In and out. I drove to a competitor and paid 27.00.

I have gone to this place before and it was a quick but good service even though they may have missed a couple spots but this time i went they told me it would be about a hour witch i was fine with but when it was 2 and a half hours later and there were more spots missed then if i took it through a cheap drive through. Not sure whats going on but im really not impressed.

This is the first time I've been to a car wash like this. The prices seemed high to me but I decided to try it out anyway. Definitely worth the money. The staff was super friendly and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend and will be returning with both my cars from now on

went in and got the supreme wash my car was quite dirty went through and afterwards my car hasn't looked this good since I first got it .Great car wash and the hand drying at the end is a nice touch. I will definitely use this place again in the future

My husband and I took our car to Supreme for the first time for a mini (in and out). We were so happy with the work that was done - the staff were friendly, courteous and hard workers. Our car had quite a bit of dog fur and they said they would do their best to clean it up and they did! When we saw our car, we were very impressed with the work. Thank you so much. I brought my truck to Supreme Auto Wash today and must say that I am impressed. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. Price structure is clearly posted. The wash left my truck looking like the day I drove it off the lot. Even the bed of the truck received extra attention. Kudos to the entire staff- you have earned my repeat business!
