Worst experience ever. Terrible customer service and ignorant management. Took my car to these guys to end up having huge circular pattern scratches on my car and they claim it's not their fault. Later they agreed to have their manager call and talk to me and collected my contact information. After a week of no reply I had to call back to find that the manager informed the staff that they're not responsible for it and further the management has no courtesy to call a customer for grievance. Gutted by their service and behaviour. Would totally never recommend this place to anyone. PEOPLE WITH A BRAND NEW CAR ...BEWARE ...!!!

Back down on the quality from a 5 star. Have been coming here for years and seems like new management is doing something wrong here. Like others have said, poor job that you have to finish yourself. As for the owner telling another customer to "try the premium service" on one of the reviews. No thanks, I'll go somewhere else where I won't be getting ripped off. I shouldn't have to pick up the pieces for over an hour after paying nearly $50 + tip for you to do it at an establishment that previously did a great job.

Yes they do seem to be into upselling now, and my visit was no exception. I was glad they upsold me though. I went in for the mini detail and went with a full interior detail instead. They did a wonderful job. They spent about two hours working on my vehicle. Very satisfied.

I forgot to take my cash in the car. After the service it was gone. The service was not great. My floor mat in the front and back was wet and dirty after the service and I believed I paid for a interior vacuum and didnt get any. I told them that they forgot to vaccum the interior but they just told me that the vacuum can't clean it without even trying. And recommend me to get the premium package instead. I HAD TO CLEAN THE INTERIOR AT HOME BECAUSE IT WAS LEFT DIRTY. SMH.

Very upset with the quality of service I received. Soon as you pulled up there's a sales person trying to up-sell you to the highest package. I was looking for tires to be clean and the inside detailed (vacuumed, and armorall) Had to pick the bigger package expecting to get everything for 45.00. Car came out from being washed and right away upsell again. They said they can put a shine on my leather seats for an additional 10.00 (declined) I thought this would be included in the 45.00. After everything complete and me taking their rag and doing my own touch ups, i drove away with pink wax still dripping from all over, back seat arm rest was not cleaned just pushed up in the seat, cup holder not cleaned, moon roof was cleaned with rag that had something other that window wax cause it was just had smears. I spent 51.00 in total after buying a car spray that does not work right squirts out instead of sprays (couldn't even use it anymore unless i spray on floor because so much squirts out at one time. I do not recommend this place, they are all about the money, its rush rush to get done has about 3 people working on the car and still missed all kinds of stuff. Quality work and paying attention to detail did not meet my satisfaction. Will never go there again.

First time using there service. Beware! I just had my rims professionally painted black and I am extremely cautions with them rubbing etc. Pulling to car wash there is a employee guiding you in who kept guiding me to the left which of course caused my rim to rub there bare metal bars. Two thing that could avoid this would be a simple oval mirror that reflects the bars on the ground and get rid of the employee guiding you. He witnessed it and apologies. Guiding me to speak to the manager at the front. The manager apologies for the employee and said he’s new, explained to him I paid $600 to get all 4 rims done. He was back and forth about compensation and simply said but I’m sorry I can’t help you? If you go here be aware if they damage your vehicle they will not compensate. I will not bring my cars here again

Worst experience ever today at this car wash. I paid 55.00 for a mini detail found the place to be very unorganized . Not sure what mini detail means but after watching them work on my car I saw nothing different done to my car then a normal in and out at any other car wash. After speaking with who ever seemed to be in charge and letting him know how displeased I was with the service he basically told me there is nothing he can do for me a paying customer. Needless to say they lost a long time customer if they keep things up it won’t be long before no one will be going back to speedy car wash.

These guys are amazing! They work fast and hard to make sure they get everything done in time. I spilt soup in my car and the broth sat in the fabric for nearly two days. These guys were able to completely remove the smell as well as making sure I was satisfied with the service before I left the shop. Thanks for your help! It is sad that I have to post this, considering that speedy has been one of the best car washing facilities historically in Windsor. My Dad whom is 77 and buys min detail gift certificates every year at Christmas for himself to have the car done Spring, Summer and right about this time. (My Dad's cars are spotless to begin with) He was told today the gift certificates purchased in December 2020 expired October? And are no longer accepted???? Oh and do you have the receipt? And was pointed to a flyer taped to to wall? My dad explained he only comes in 3 maybe 4 times a year and wanted to know if the information had been posted elsewhere? Be was told no and that his certificate would ot be honored. All 2020 purchased Gift Certificates expired in October 2021??? Is that not illegal ? What is this about? I also have one left that my dad bought for me guess I'm SOL The gift certificate has no expiration date only a purchase date.

Worst car wash experience I've had. I brought my car in for a shampoo on the inside of my car. The employee I spoke too told me it'd take about 3-4 hours....that turned into 7 hours without my car. Once I got it back, it was soaked! My seats had puddles on them! And on top if it, the locking mechanism is now broken due to the amount of product they used to clean the door, which wasn't that dirty. I returned the next day (due to time restrictions the previous) and asked for help. They got to work and dried it fairly well...however once I asked for a small refund due to the inconvenience and the damage to my door, the owner then proceeded to try to change the subject. At the end of this ordeal...he gave me $40 back...the wash cost me $160 and who knows how expensive my door will be to fix.

This place used to be my go-to... always came here for a good wash. However, after new ownership, it seems, the service is honestly not great at all. I got the mini detail this week and it was done so poorly. The rims were full of brake dust (had to clean it when I came back home), the interior dressing looked hideous, the panoramic roof glass and infotainment centre were full of streaks, there were dressing spots on the seats that I had to wipe down at home, etc. Probably not coming here again.

This place is terrible paid $35 and had to go to the other car wash and get my back seats and floor vacuum because they overlooked it... if you're looking for a place that's really good the new one on Walker Road is the best and they're very professional there... don't even deserve one star

Overall my experience was little bit unsatisfactory reason being I paid for full vacuum and polish on dash but after getting it washed it was not looking like polished at all plus some place on my door panels still had spots and had to clean it my self bir exterior wash was good!!

They do an alright job over here. They do a pretty fast service, you're guaranteed to be out of there in about 10 - 15 minutes with a full detail cleaning. However, I've had experiences where there are still stains in and around the car in the cupholders or there's still lint on the dashboard for example. Again, pretty quick service but I wouldn't mind if they compensated the time for the extra eye to detail.

Always went there for the student special (in and out for $15) paid an extra $5 for rims and tires to be cleaned, they were not but when I called to complain they agreed to rewash, this wasn't the problem. I brought my Lincoln Mkx for a wash and something in the wash tunnel was touching on my car and left a nice big scratch on front door. Definitely will not bring my new bmw here.

Extremely disappointing! I have been going to this establishment for well over four years and until my last visit yesterday I have never had a bad experience the staff were always so polite and respectful and really aim to please! However since they have change owners in just the last few months the morale is completely nonexistent. I dropped off my car at 8:30 AM yesterday morning to have it completely fully detailed inside and out shampoo seats and everything, I waited until half an hour before closing time to call to find out the status of my vehicle (Which is at 4:30pm) They told me they were just doing a few finishing touches and I could come and pick it up now, When I got there at 4:45 I saw four gentlemen scrambling to vacuum and clean my dashboard, As I’m talking to the gentleman that identifies himself as the manager to find out how much longer he needs he said they were basically done, I said OK I’m gonna go inside and pay and I’ll be right back and at that moment I noticed my rear wiper wasn’t on the vehicle, I ask where is my wiper and what happened, The gentleman respond by saying “I don’t know it must’ve came off when it’s was going through the wash” I said to him “what do you mean it just came off it’s completely broken!” He then respond by saying “I don’t know what to tell you man these things happen” Then he went inside to get (crazy glue) to glue my wiper back on I asked him “what are you doing how long do you think that’s going to hold for” He responded to that by telling me he didn’t even have to tell me it was broken and he could’ve just simply glue it back on before i come and send me on my way, he then told me “I was lucky he’s an honest guy”! In the four years I’ve been going to this place I have never dealt with someone that was so rude and disrespectful, Not only they damage my car, My seats and mats are unreasonable wet which has caused a really really bad odour now inside the Vehicle from sitting overnight, They are these weird fingerprints stains all over my visor and roof of my car that I don’t remember being there before bringing it in but I cannot be certain but even if it was that also something that should have been cleaned. Complete disappointment! And after all that they want to change you $250 plus tax. insane!

I have been going here for over 4 years. On my past car they yanked my floor mat hard enough to rip the plastic mat lock from the carpet. They also scratched the inside of my windshield with the yellow towel they use; my guess was a rock(?) was attached to the towel. I stopped going there when I bought my new car. I never brought this up with management since I know they would give me the "you can't prove it" answer. They are right, I can't prove it. It always bothered me how a Ford Escape is considered an SUV/Minivan for pricing when it is smaller than most sedans.

It was an alright experience. very friendly staff. But the only reason why it wasn't a great experience is there already wasn't much snow in the wheel wells in the fronts and it didn't look like someone cared to take 5 more seconds to maybe pay attention to it. I will be trying again and maybe it was just by chance things do happen. Overall good experience. I did take pictures right away across the road when I circled the care to see the work done.

For me it was terrible. I was charged $47 plus tax for an SUV wash which I thought was crazy but they must do an amazing job. Nope. I had asked twice when I placed my order to have my trunk cleaned and they said they would. They didn't. They didn't clean the mat back there and they didn't vacuum the trunk area. Additionally, they didn't clean the inside of the driver door so it was still splashed with old dirt and that cup holder looked the same as when I pulled up. They hadn't touched it. Finally, the floor mats looked like they had just been sprayed with liquid but no one wiped or scrubbed them. They were just wet, and still dirty. I would never have paid this much money if this was the quality of work expected. I would never go back, except for a refund.

How disappointing to pay $35.00 to get your car cleaned inside and out and have to go home and finish the job yourself. I’ve been going to this location for many many many years. I did stop at some point because I wasn’t satisfied with their service, a couple years ago I thought I would try them again. I took my car in today Thursday, August 19 and paid for the $35 package where they wash the outside of the car clean the inside; windows, dust, vacuum, tires and rims. Before I got into my vehicle I noticed that the carpeting between the driver seat and the door panel and back carpeting was very dirty, I called an attendant over and asked why was it not vacuumed, the response I received was the package you paid for was for light vacuuming?!?! The floor mats were not put back in place, they were all twisted. It was filthy dirty in plain sight nothing had to be removed. So describe light vacuuming??? I did not reply to that comment I just left. I’ll will NEVER be back to this location again!!!!

I think that this business has gone downhill, since they changed hands. They charge a good amount for the work that they don't do. Terrible service, you would think it would be an easy job to wash a car, but not here.I think that maybe the owner should come to work and see how his employees do their job.
