Not bad. Bays were clean. Had to switch to another bay as one of the mat clips was broken. Prices seem fair compared to other self car washes.

Just paid a too now for the vacuum for it to leave everything on my floors. The foam brush is more of just a brush. Soap is used extremely sparingly and the pressure is horrendous. I'll never go here again

This place could be a 5 star if they maintained it. I can't begin to guess why besides the experience of being on site. Does anyone see this?

Friends and I decided to wash our cars before a car meet. Worker started harrassing my buddy who was blocking his vents with a garbage bag so that water wouldn't get into his intake and turbo. Told my friend that he couldn't work on his car (which he wasn't). Everyone's washing their cars and I hear yelling in the bay next to me. The same worker is yelling at my same buddy for hand washing his car with a rag, while the timer still had 10min on the clock. My timer ends and I decide to go see what the noise is about and the worker starts mocking my buddy's accent, all because he was wiping his car while still running the clock. There were 2 bays still open, my buddy was paying for the time being used, and the worker ended up yelling at him during the full duration of his timer. I never pull the race card, but I'm white and did the exact same thing... Didn't get yelled at. We were respectful, quiet, and paying customers. I'll never go back and also spreading the word.

Staff was helpful and the place and outside of the machines were clean. However, inside a few of the washing machines were not clean, and the two that looked like they were, left our clothes partially washed which caused itching and rashes. Two stars for the staff.

Should probably be updated but for the cheap price, you get what you pay for. Gets your pretty car clean so that is all that matters right?

UPDATE: Owner called and apologized for the incident. Appreciated. HORRIBLE experience, NOT RECOMMENDED. Sunny afternoon with my entire family decided to stop for a car wash at JET STREAM. Exchanged a bill in coins, no issues - however on the bay # 2 the coin machine malfunctioned and did not counted all the coins, always displaying that there is $1.50 left to start. I have politely tried to contact the representative that was cleaning the vaccuums and supervising the car wash, by asking if he works there. All I got in response was: WHAT THE F... YOU WANT? (screaming, in a threatening manner - with other patrons assisting this scene). There was no need to continue the conversation, I have paid that machine until it started - a lot more then the price posted, and washed the car with water only (NO SOAP for BRUSH). A civilized conversation would have helped, we all understand that sometimes these machines don't work as expected. I will never return there, customer beware.
