I have never been refused the service because it was not clean ( to dirty) for them to do the service. It took me 4 min to vacuum and 5 minutes to clean inside and 8 $ to walk outside. It was to cold outside for me to do so I was willing to pay the 40$ to let them do it I did it for 17.50$ so don’t go here they are to lazy to show up to work on time and only one person to do it ??

This service is run but some old people, they can even work with ease. And they use dirty cloths to clean the car. My car was worse than even before. They didn’t cleaned from inside properly. They just cleaned the glass that too with the strains on it. They took 25$ and did nothing good.

Horrible service no attention to detail. They never completely dry the car so you dont see the dirt or salt left behind until it drys. When confronted about the poor service i was cussed at and yelled at. Never again and more expensive than other places like this. They will even keep drying with salt still on the car and scratch the paint.

Way too expensive! Frint of truck still covered in bugs. Interior cleaned (no really well I might add) with smelly rags. Now the trucks smells like a wet dog. Never going back

Place is terrible I had to tell them stop . They will literally dry your car with mud still on it and scratch your paint. Wish I could upload a picture absolutely junk. Never again.

My car wash cost me $200.00 because after following the attendants directions and driving into the wheel trench, a chunk was missing from my tire. They would not take any responsibility for the mishap, pretended that I must have driven the car in like that and gave me some cockamany story because being a woman, I didn't understand flat tires. I will never go there again and be subjected to their condescending attitude as well as a poor car wash. If I could give negative star rating, that would be my review.

Before I drove into the wash, I covered my change holder compartment of the car with a bunch of napkins. When I got my car back, I found the napkin was moved and money was missing from my car. I called them to confront them and they told me to come back to talk. When confronted, they denied everything and argued back. I understand it’s a family business, but can they truly trust who they’re working with? The woman owner was arguing with me as the two men walked back inside. It was my words against theirs. She insisted that they NEVER open up compartments and that they would NEVER steal. She shouldn’t be speaking for everyone, especially since the car was left alone as it’s being washed. I wouldn’t be going out of my way to contact them and come back if this wasn’t a big deal. They refused to make things right. I left my car with them thinking I could TRUST them. Do not trust these people. They’ll deny everything even when they’re caught red-handed. All they can do is try to defend each other. I gave them tip AND ended up losing more money at the end of the day. Absolutely disappointing. I am never going back here and I suggest for you to avoid this place.

Got the interior of my car cleaned at Imperial Auto Car Wash about three months ago, and to this day my car still smells fresh. They did an excellent and thorough job with the exterior wash as well. The staff were professional and incredibly accommodating and provided me with the best car wash service I've ever received in this city. Highly recommend.
