This place was great for the price. For $31.50 (for a sedan sized car) a full wash and basic detailing and vacuuming inside was definitely the best deal I could find. The quality is quite good too. It's not 100% perfect, but say 90%. Definitely worth it for a deep clean.

I'd say I am only moderately happy with these services. The exterior wash was pretty good, considering the state my car was in beforehand. The soaking, soaking, scrubbing and rinsing was thorough and left my car quite clean and shiny. I went quite early so there were only 2 other cars in front of me. I am not very impressed with the inside cleaning job. There are soaking wet spots on the dashboard, there are some dirty areas that were missed (around the E brake, the side doors and the passenger seat) and there is still fine dust remaining, presumably from the rags that were used to wipe things down. The part that really irritated me is that EVERYTHING was out of position: my mirrors, seat position, steering wheel column and even things like the heat and windshield wipers were all adjusted and no attempt was made to return them to their original position. I had to pull over once I left and spend some time putting everything back to where it was. All in all, I will consider going back for an exterior wash but definitely not the "in and out" service.

My Nissan Pathfinder's lease expires soon so I needed to prepare the car for a lease inspection. I took it to Target Car Wash after visiting a few places in the area. I chose Target because how busy they were when I visited them. I purchased the Supreme Package. It was expensive but when I received the car the next day....I was extremely impressed. Marlon did an outstanding job cut polishing my Pathfinder. A lot of my scratches were buffed out. I was amazed how they were able to remove all the dog hairs. My Pathfinder never looked so good. Thanks Target and Marlon for doing a fabulous job.

I regularly use their services and am happy with the results. Their wash is very efficient; the employees work hard and the ones I've interacted with are friendly. The weekends, particularly sunny days, can result in lengthy wait times. Weekdays are much quicker. If you want your engine washed, you have to tell them to do so before you ask for their in and out service otherwise they do not recommend doing it. Only complaint I have is that I wish they had a garbage drop off that people could use to remove any garbage in the car before getting it, the car, cleaned. Otherwise, this company is easily recommended.

If you can catch them at a quiet or slower time it's great. Today just before lunch I was first in line and they were done in about 10 mins. Previous times I have waited 30 mins before they got to me but that was on a weekend. I always go for the "In-and-Out" where they wash the exterior, vacuumed interior, wipe down windows and seats and clean your floor mats. It was $35 plus taxes. I have always found then super thorough and efficient. It's a bit tricky to get into their facility because there are so many driveways onto Westwood. I just try to remember they are right beside the Kirmac and you have to drive to the very back of the warehouse complex.

These guys gave me the wrong information all I wanted was one seat shampooed but you have to book that in advance. The good thing was the manager was quite understanding and gave me a good deal after it was all straightened out. But as for the way they do their cleaning I was not impressed. Don't bring an expensive car there it will more than likely get scratched.

Excellent service! As a first time customer, it was a bit awkward to wait outside the garage door, not knowing how long it would take nor what to expect. After about 5 minutes, the door opened and a team of people washed my car, dressed the tires and cleaned out the inside in no time at all! Very efficient service that I would highly recommend. Ive been going to this car wash since 2012, it used to be the best. Over the past year and a have the quality has gone way down, the wait time has more then doubled and the price has gotten to a point where its just not worth it anymore. Time to find a new hand car wash sadly.

The best place to wash cars! These guys are always on top of everything. Quite often, one of my cars is dirty from mud and dog's hair and they always clean my car well. Price is inexpensive. You basically just sit like a Queen / King inside your car and they all do the work for you.

I have been a customer for 3 years, the service has been going down in the last months, but today was brutal...I took me an hour and a half to leave that place...they only had one guy doing all the wet lane, where they normally have at least 3 people....their prices went up but it looks they are cutting on manpower....will start looking for an alternative

I got the "in & out" package; they vacuumed carpets, wiped down interior consoles, cleaned interior windows, hand washed and dried the outside of my SUV for almost $45. It was a great deal for all the labor and manpower that goes into it. They did a really good thorough job and I'd go again.

Great first time experience. My concerns are only with using old microfiber clothes, some missed spots in the interior, no leather treatment, store dressing or separate rim cleaning. But for the time spent overall they did a great job. The wax they use doesnt quite have the shine of a modern spray wax but you get value in what you pay for.

I give it ONE STAR because ZERO or less is not available. I used to bring my car there to do only the exterior (and they do "pretty ok"). Today I brought my SUV there because in the afternoon I had some Customers to pick up and I wanted to have the perfect car, so I asked for interior and exterior. NEVER AGAIN. It looks like they didn't even touched the interior... under the seats it's a whole f.....g mess, they didn't even tried... pedals super dirty, door's interior super dirty, trunk latch super dirty, moonroof super dirty... absolutely a disaster... and stupid me that I left 5$ tip... if you car about your car, do not go there...they don't care AT ALL !!

Unprofessional and rude. They were closed three times when they were supposed to be open. NO attention to customer service. Apparently, they can arbitrarily close whenever they feel like it, without any regard for their operating hours posted to the public. Show up at your own risk. Did a terrible job cleaning and damaged my car. No proper response to my requests for someone to deal with it. Do not deal with these people. They don't deserve your business.

Beware. I took my car there last Sunday for in & out wash. Now the front hood of my car is covered with scratches. These are not swirl marks, but actual scratches visible from a distance. I am never using this place ever again.

Been coming here for a couple years, usually it's busy and takes eh, 30 mins? Last couple times the line doesn't even budge for an hour. Probably 60-120 minutes to get through and I only had one car in front of me. (The most recent time the car in front of me left and it still took 2 hours to get through.) What the heck is going on?

I don’t know if it’s due to covid but even in the building it still took over an hour .... and the interior job was horrific ... there was wet spots and they missed a lot of places. Normally a decent wash. The new crew was sloppy and did not appear to care . They left large unwashed areas on exterior of my truck, pulled my matts out sprayed them then just put them back in all muddy. Cup holders which were relatively clean already were not touched, windows half washed and the other half left wet and smeared. Worst was the tires, they were sprayed looked good wet then dried and they were not touched with a cloth at all. I am not sure what happened , as the Korean fella who runs it appeared to be only one working. Would not recommend until they switch their crews.

Just had these guys helped clean up the vomit for my mazda 3, and it worked perfect. Chosed $210 project,(including cleaning the vomit and in&out detail cleaning), really satisfied with the out come. Took little bit over 1 day, i ll say that is pretty efficient. Good staff service! Recommended overall if your are looking for a thoroughly cleaning.

Great price for a really good job, usually quite a lineup four or five cars minimum. My Civic inside and out usually takes about an hour with waiting time, costs $40 with a tip. Be sure they do all interior windows, last two times they missed windows.

Pay $13 to $20 at your local gas station for a mediocre wash and be done in 10min or come here and pay between $30 to $50 for a good car wash but youre going to be there for more than an hour. I am typing this while in line for over an hour, I usually turn around if I see more than 2 cars outside but I took a chance this time and I am regretting it big time. They have one guy washing and pressure washing right now and 3 guys at the other station. Even when they have another person it's to long, they need more people and a better assembly line in order to pump more cars out in a reasonable time. I arrived at 10:45am and it is now 12:08 and I am just getting outside washed now. Waste of time.

I have been coming here for years. Unfortunately the last couple of visits have not been great and after today i will not be back. I waited an hour to get in with only 3 cars ahead of me. The guy with the face shield washing the cars was great. Moved quickly and did a good job. But the 3 doing the interior moved like molasses and missed half of my vehicle! I had to re-do the interior when i got home.

Good quality wash and clean, but to get in drive to the back entrance -which was a bit confusing as there are no signs. Prices are reasonable. You sit in your car for the external wash and move the car for them. Then you get out and they clean the inside well.

I was extremely disappointed with the poor work done by Target and would never recommend them for more than just a car wash. I spent a considerable amount of money for a complete inside / outside detail package that was supposed to include the clay bar, the polishing out of minor door scuffs and an overall wax. What I got back at the end of the day appeared to be a only a was and quick wax application - applied over top of some road grime left along the lower section of my vehicle. None of the three or four minor paint scuffs were even touched. A greasy shiny coating of something was all over the interior, including the gauges. The lesson I learned - don't expect a car wash to perform at the same level as a detail shop. Paying the same price doesn't mean you'll get the same quality.

Just had my Mazda 3 washed here, not the quality I expected from a $35 hand wash. The exterior wash was a bit better than a touchless car wash you'd get at a gas station. The vacuuming on the inside was okay, pretty basic, doesn't really get into the cracks and crevices.

I just started using these guys. Time is money for me so I go more for the convenience. I Tip $20 every time. Today I showed up at 4pm (they close 5pm) the gentlemen very rudely said “we’re done”. That’s level of unprofessionalism is not worth the quality of work they provide. A lot better options.

Considering there's a small army of people working on your car, it's great value. I just had the outside done on a small car (no one's ever done interior to a point where I feel it's worth the extra charge), and it was quick and done well. The drying towels left what looked like some dirty streaks behind, but everything dried out fine, it was just reflections. You can get a better job done at higher priced places, but it would be hard to find better at same price, unless you do it yourself.

Although you could nitpick on the finest of details on the quick interior and exterior wash service, it really is exceptional value. I’ve paid $100s of dollars for “detailing” services at highly rated operations in downtown Vancouver and West Vancouver that have been bested in every way by the $36 service here. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Not spending my money here is a great feeling. I used to go here regularly. However, the last couple of times the staff have been unprofessional, unapologetic and seem like they don't want customers. Even if you're lined up, they'll encourage others to go around you or make you move so they can wash their own cars. It's a waste of time going here.

Engine cleaning consists of spaying everything down with cleaner and pressure washing everything. This was terrifying and nothing water sensitive was covered. Would not recommend this service as it could cause damage to your vehicle.

I have been looking for a car detailing firm in the Coquitlam area for months. I finally found Target just a couple of weeks ago and made an appointment for a long-over due cut polish for my 2011 VW GTI. I was hesitant at first since I haven't tried Target in the past but they blew away all my fears after seeing their great job. The quality of their polish work is awesome. My car looks like it just came from the showroom. I tried to take good care of my car's paint job but my VW dealer added hairline scratches to the paint work when they washed my car after one of its maintenance visits. Target did a great job and, on top of that, polished the plastic trim panel on the B-pillars. The scratches are all gone and it looks like new. Thank you for Dave and his team. Great work guys! I will be back!

Great experience. Brought in my dirty 2006 Civic today and I left with a clean and shiny car. At least 4-5 staff worked on my car. You will have to wait as this place is usually busy, its worth the wait. Cleaned outside and inside, dried outside, cleaned and vacuumed interior,tire rims clened and tire shine done, and cleaned glass and mirrors. Excellent service.

Never had an issue and we’ve been going here for years now actually. Came in for silver package car wash with the idea that my vehicle would be ready for resale. The man (Dave, owner probably?) did such a good job cleaning this car that I am just keeping it. Its like a brand new vehicle. Also, I picked it up late, totally my fault, and he kept it airing out in his garage, taking up space, ready for my inspection. I am thoroughly impressed with the service, will gladly use this business again, and will recommend it to anyone. If you want to "upgrade" your car to a new one, try this guy's first rate cleaning service first; maybe all you need is some shampoo on that stinky carpet and a good, solid vacuum.

Went this year and the foreman said it would be 430 now and that the prices in the store arent accurate. Was very clearly an attempt to rip me off. Pretty patheic, I wonder if the owner is aware. Found a much better place that did an even better job for 200!

The good: Fast, lots of employees. The bad: The work was poor. Cleaned the car inside and out and it looked like they just did a quick job to move the line up along and charged $30+ dollars. There was large marks on the door panels that I cleaned with a napkin and water which means they didn't even bother touching it. Despite the vacuuming the car still had a lot of stuff on the seats and the floor. The front windshield had stains on it and I didn't even bother checking the other windows. As soon as my girlfriend for in the car she asked me if I had taken the car to the carwash and surprised when I said yes. Overall the whole job was sloppy and expensive. I have them a 2 star because they were fast. I usually go to "squeaky clean car wash" and they do a much better job at the same price range but they were closed so I went here. Not going back.
