I enjoy doing business with people that have integrity!! Dealing with good people brings me peace of mind when I am doing business. Openness, Honesty, Integrity and Good Value is typically lacking in the car industry, and in my experience, this business has it in spades! This type of service is not cheap, and I want to know I will have lasting value when I spend my money. The only downside to dealing with these folks is having to book in advance. Because they are such a great shop, there is a wait list. If you want things done right, and you are willing to be patient, book your car here. If you don't care about peace of mind and integrity, by all means, book somewhere else.

Jarred and the whole team at P2P were so friendly and professional. He took the time to go over different packages and options we could add on to best fit our needs. At no point in time did we ever feel pushed to add things unnecessarily. Overall great customer service. We'd taken our car on several road trips prior to getting it detailed, and it looked and smelled amazing when we got it back. They did a look over with us when we came by for pick up, and were happy to touch up a missed spot promptly during this inspection. I would definitely trust them with my car again, and plan to go back for further jobs with them.

My car had got weird smell inside. Brought to these guys, they did an amazing job removing the source of the odour. Turns out there was a dog pee stain under the seat. Kudos to these guys on the effort of removing the two 50lb front seats to discover it and clean it. The owner and Jake are genuinely nice guys. I can tell they take pride in their work as they provide warranty for their service. Highly recommended.

This shop does fantastic work. I called Jarred and told him I had a black car sitting for over 15 years, as you can imagine the paint had tons of scratches the interior had a funky smell, he asked me to bring it in and was realistic about what he could and couldn’t do. The day he returned the car (early btw)I was pleasantly surprised, it looked better than it did 15 years ago when I parked it. He got all the surface scratches out and the smell gone, it has the shiny wet look that I wanted. I went in thinking I would be spending big bucks but Jarred was honest and told me I didn’t need the expensive package, he also guaranteed I would be happy. I would definitely recommend this place. I won’t go anywhere else! I moved to Langley and was looking for a good detailing shop to take my 2015 Lexus NX200t. It’s black and had a number of scratches and rock chips (more than I thought!) from too many years of car wash machines and summers in Palm Springs. I needed to find someone that did excellent work, but above all a business with honesty, integrity and professionalism. Jarred and the team at P2P checked all the boxes! Jarred met with me a few weeks before, wanted to know what was important to me, and some history - driving down to Palm Springs in a few weeks. He took all that into account and went over various options with me in detail. Not pushy, giving me the pros/cons of all options. When I picked up my car I was thrilled! It looked brand new and every bit, inside and out, was meticulously cleaned and sparkling. The whole team came to ask what I thought, was I pleased…they really take pride in their work and they love these cars as much as we do (maybe more!). Education, Customer Service, Honesty - I will build a relationship here!

I spoke with Jarred regarding to ceramic coat (Graphene) my new 80k SUV 2020 Lexus rx 350 we talked in detail what I wanted done they had it there for 4 days after I picked it up he said everything is fine next morning when I looked at the SUV in the sun there was black stains (high spots) all over my car my hood was super messed up and they never polished the scratches out I dont understand how they put the coating on it without seeing the scratches What a nightmare I took it back next morning showed Jarred he owned up said he would fix it but I would never let them touch my car ever again, how they let it go like that blows my mind he ended up refunding me now I have to pay someone esle two thousand to fix it and re do everything the worst experience for my family to go through this I don't even know if he is certified to do art deshine coating so he claims.

I brought my Cherokee in for a exterior cleaning and had them do a interior service as well. These guys might be a small outfit but what they lack in employees and garage size the make up in service, and quality. They even leave a thank you card reminding you of their promise for satisfaction. I'll be back with the wifes car next.

Had rat droppings in my engine bay, Cal (not sure if real name or pulled my leg with a joke connected to Kaltire) and his team greeted with bright welcome and took care of it. I was quoted over the phone for $75 incase it required heavier cleaning but Cal charged me $45 for what might've been longer than 30min cleaning so I appreciate the honesty since I was prepared to fork up the initial price. Made my day, will be back and recommend friends and family for detailing!

Quick review here. Car needed a good wash after using a tunnel soft cloth car wash for a long period of time and after a road trip across the prairies. I'm very pleased with the results on the Exterior Premium wash. Hard to reach areas on the spindle Darth Vader grill, well as the inner barrel of the wheels, wheel wells, all emblems, and its edges/surrounding areas came out spotless. I'll most likely return for this service in the future. Jarred did a great job and went through the list of items to be done regardless of the service being entry level. I strongly recommend.
