At firs this place was good however of the last few years it's gotten worse and worse to the point that the soap in the drive thru is barely noticeable. We used to go here all the time to wash the trucks however the last time I went it was literally spraying water with no soap...that and the wash doesn't actually get the truck clean.

Probably one of the worst auto car washes I've been to... Doesn't dispense enough foam, and when it air drys your car, the machine drips all over your car. Doesn't work well. All the stuff I wanted washed of my car was still there. Water pressure wasn't strong enough either. Oh well. Poorly spend 14$. I'll just have to wash it myself.

Not a bad place to stop in and give your ride a quick clean. It was on route and it's open 24 hours. They advertise $2 for 6 minutes of vacuum time, however I only got 3 minutes on my machine and then I tried again on another machine and I got the full 6 minutes. Kind of odd. Also the machines dont take quarters which is a bit of a drag. Other wise, it did the job!

good car wash would recommend to have a lower price at night like for 11am to 5am is like half off or a member ship or even cheaper prices in the winter i would get my car washed there way more often if that happened

my car still had a layer of dust after wash... I had to wipe my car by cloth after. The Cloth was so gray and dusty from the wipe. I would never go back there again

How to handle customers is very delicate part.!! as i read one of the below comments regarding bucket use, I read both comment and reply.. and I will get a similar reply for this too.. after being in customer services for 5 years.. I can't stop myself from giving a review.. But i would like explain what happen with me.. I came in asked to elder chap, who takes care of the place. I specifically asked him that could he(i dont know whether it's his place or a staff) ask management to allow using bucket n cloth on one spot... for higher price..!! Which am ready to pay.. I said I use my own cloth n bucket. As i dont want to use brush on my car I do it in my way... the reply he gave was.. " so all the people who come over here to clean their cars dont know how to clean?" ( in other word I said everyone is wrong and I am right) Ok that was a blow.. I was like..dont know what to say.. I told him that I didnt say that no one knows how to clean car.. but I am picky about my car and cleaning process ( am dam sure he dont know about deep body clean).. and I insisted him to ask the management about this option of having pay more for using bucket and cloth on one side or one slot.. for higher price I said I dont mind paying up to 50$ for it.. For which he said.. We dont want you money.. u keep it.. That was such a worst customer service..!! seriously.. this is first time I'm giving a review. image that to a car wash.. barely customers come in contact with staff.. I felt like ego fight when I was talking to that guy.. I will not be coming back.. I found a spot they allowed me to use my bucket n cloth even my car shampoo, even if it's bit far am fine and more than happy with it.. Note. People who dont care about their cars or not so obsessed.. it's a good place to go..

Touch less car wash is a thumbs down!! Got a deluxe wash and the car still had mud on it. See images for details. Deluxe wash on their website mentions tricolour foam but it was some cheap white foam. I have seen how the tricolour foam looks at other automatic car washes. Also, it seems they are not using the machine recommended soap and even altered with machine settings for reduced soap use.

Automatic car wash system is too Expensive and not efficient at all. There is no price mention on entry or on machine. At $11.00 for Basic without knowing is a Theft. Plus it does not clean properly. Dryer is a failure. There was some soap left on the car at the end . Generally it takes 6-7 Minutes for whole wash anywhere else but here it did in 3.25 minutes.

Good place to wash car if u wanna do it manually, auto Wash not so good, tried it several times but still dirt remains on the car and sometimes few spots are left dirty. Feathless is definately not recommended

I wish I can give it a 0 star! I was washing a Ram 1500 and a person who was working here; came and said I can’t wash a truck. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The person did not even know how to speak, he was so rude! He kept coming in my pictures while I was trying to take them. He would not let me record and got really close to me. My mom was with my brother and he was harassing my brother. Next time I’m going anywhere else but here.

I have been using this place to wash my car since 2018. The owner has made a lot of changes since then to make this place look more attractive and have better machines or equipment to help us hand wash our cars diligently. I have not used the automatic car wash feature as of yet, so I am unable to comment on how good they are compared to washing your car on your own or to other competitors. What I am surprised with is the fact that this place offers 2 minutes approximately for a toonie to rinse your car and approximately the same for foam brush. I have used other car washes, and no one is able to match the time, water pressure is perfect and the amount of soap you get is more than enough or sufficient enough to clean your car on your own. I love cleaning my car and this is the place I come down to when I am in Surrey. I have nothing bad or negative to say about this place, but if you love washing your car own your own, have time, approximately 15 minutes or so, and have $15 bucks to spend them i highly recommend this place to you. It is safe, bright as hell and at a good accessible location. Keep up the good work.

While washing my car, I was approached by the owner and told that I needed to hurry up and go because people were waiting. I did not even get to finish rinsing my car off fully. I'm there paying MY money to wash MY car, and didn't even get to finish. I'll take my money elsewhere✌

This is the 15th time I have been here and out of those times I have payed for a deluxe wash 10 times. Twice out of those ten times they have provided the service I payed for. They are almost always out of soap and the value for going here is not worth it!!! There wash is just not worth it! I would rather pay for gas at a gas station and get there cheaper wash than being ripped off by this place again!

Close by to me, they do offer payin by visa or MasterCard. Overall it's good, but you gotta keep in mind it's a public car wash you're car will look clean but you gotta understand scratches are bound to happen.

I’m a Senior woman with mobility issues. I cannot wash my van on my own and have to use the drive thru wash. I had my 9 year old grandson with me because he enjoys watching the foam soap as it sprays on the vehicle. I paid for the Deluxe wash ($15) and drove into the auto wash. As the brushes and sprays went on we waited for the foam but it didn’t show up although the sign said “SOAP”. As I left the wash I asked the Manager, very nicely, if they had changed the formula for the soap as I didn’t get any foam. He argued with me that I did get it because it’s all computerized. I said I didn’t get the foam and he continued to say I did, but he would check. I waited, another car went through and it did get the foam wash. The Manger said that if that car got the foam, so did I! Finally I asked him to get me the Owner and the Manager gave me a FREE wash ticket that I used on the auto wash next to the one I originally used. I got the foam soapy wash there. Very unprofessional service where I had to defend myself in front of my grandson. I am NOT A LIAR. I will NEVER use this site again.

WARNING ⚠️ . . . It charges a Minimum $10 on credit card, even if you just use 2 minutes spray to clean the floor mats ! Otherwise it is a nice facility. CORRECTION: Yes, the initial charge is corrected, but it took a few days to show up on the credit card... Seems to cost $2 per minute of use. ALSO, the Vacuums are very powerful, A Real Bonus!

Great place to clean up your car! Good vacuums and several pressure washing stations. It also has 2 automated car washes. One touchless and one feather touch. It has an ATM onsite and a bill breaker. $2 gets you started. A good typical wash will cost you around $10. But that allows you to switch between the washing settings and get the job done. Leaving the mess onsite, without messing up your driveway. I use it often!

The machines are good, vacuum is good, but god the owner attitude is extremely bad, they are not that busy anymore either, well that's what happens when you have so much ego and don't listen to customers feedback and instead of apologizing or fixing the situation. you guys fight with customers when replying them back on reviews, i'm sure this is what you going to do this time as well. you have a good facility and great location. Change your attitude, work with the community around you not against them. good luck!

If you are going to come here, use cash. I've been getting charged extra when using credit card to pay for the manual car wash. After, completing manual wash it shows the balance charged. However, when I check my statement it shows I've been overcharged and doesn't match with the balance that was shown on the screen. Edit: thanks for the clarification. Other than that, It's a great spa for the car.

Customer service is super bad. I was treated poorly and was told to leave. The owner was so rude .Barely he can speak English .I have been told get out .reason I spend 20$ to clean my car and took me 45 min . he did not let me dry my car with cloth he said if you want to wipe it up meter has to run .he start using bad more over being frustrated i left in hurry and forgot my car mats their went back in 10 min he refused to give me car mats back and refuse to check the cameras .he said its not my responsibility to check the cameras .I think he is not aware of Canadian law being a property owner that is his responsibility .End up i called 911they ask me are u safe i said yes but this is what happen .Police gave me another no to call but it was just waste of time .end up i came back without car mats . i would say never go to this place he does not know how to run the business .or if anyone like to go there make sure keep your belongings like matts or other expensive stuff at home.

Prices have climbed significantly in recent months so it's definitely not the value it used to be but the soft touch wash does a pretty good job. Try to visit at off-times. A lineup at the soft touch option - which is the best choice for lazy people like me - can last a very long time.

I like that this is one of the only places that I know of that will accept a credit card. Other places you're constantly messing around with change, etc. but here you put in your card once and keep going. The self wash is one of the few in Delta and is pretty good. I went to a different place in South Surrey, and it makes this place look a million times better. It's also generally very clean for a car wash.
