I was recommended to use Mark after I had a negative experience with another detailing company. Mark answered the phone promptly and was courteous in understanding my needs and was fair in his estimate. He arrived on time (early in fact) and explained his process well. Within 90-120 minutes, he completed the detailing on my SUV to my exact liking. He was professional and completed the detailing with extreme diligence. Best of all, he came to my residence and his prices were more than fair. I highly recommend Mark's service and will definitely use him again!

Great exterior service! The car looks new after a wash, cut wax and polish. Mark was able to also fit in our second car, which was great. The windows were not washed under the rain visors and one front grill wasn't totally washed. Great experience, but may shop around next time.

Owner Mark Rose came to my office (so convenient!) in his van with all his equipment and had my car IMMACULATE in 90 minutes. He takes the time to clean in all the books and crannies that I never would have bothered with if I cleaned it myself. Car detailing isn't just for wealthy people with expensive cars. This was great value, and so worth it!

I was in need of a last minute car detailing service and all the other shops near me were closed on a Sunday. Deluxe Detailing was open and I spoke to Mark Rose the manager. He was very friendly and after he was done my car looked spotless! Also, he is mobile and runs his detailing shop out of his van he will come to you. Tried Mark after looking through his website and FB page. I know what to look for in the language used and I found it on Mark's site. I was reassured my money would be well spent. I was not disappointed. Mark was prepared, great personality, and did everything I expected when I looked over it after with my overly critical eye. There was no wax or polish in the cracks when he was done. In the end the car looked better than it did new.

Last week, Deluxe Detailing came to my place of business and detailed my car while I worked. I didn’t have to find time to take it somewhere on the weekend and be without my vehicle for several hours. So convenient! They did an amazing job. I had a large mark on one side, a few scratches, swirls and some paint transfer spots.... they were all taken care of with Deluxe Detailing’s paint correction service. The inside is as clean as when I bought it, and it’s such a treat to have it all taken care of with no effort on my part. I would recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Read the reviews & decided to book an appointment. Mark showed up on time; discussed with me what my wants & expectations were. Then taking that information & telling me what he can do/accomplish with the accurate pricing according to that.... I think this is the key to there success cuz there's no hidden agenda or surprises!
