I bought a BMW X5 2006 from this place about couple of years ago. Before purchasing the car, we asked the owner if we could take the car to another mechanic for an inspection. He said that we didn't need to do that, because his mechanic already did the inspection and everything was ok. He even gave us the inspection form showing everything was ok. As another reviewer from a month ago mentioned, two months after purchasing the car problems started showing up. First issue was the oil leak on the car. I took my car to their service department multiple times, but they never told me what was really going on. I didn't know how serious the oil leak was, till recently when I took my car to BMW for 55 point inspection. I figured out that wear on the valve stem seals had been the issue all this time, and it is $5000 fix. Six month from purchasing the car, I had to change the drive shaft on right side and the break pads by spending about $1000. Few months later I had to change the driveshaft on the left side. I personally won't buy any car from this dealership or recommend it to any of my friends. My car has been giving me lots of issues. I never had to go through so much struggle with my previous cars. I had a terrible experience with their customer service as well. Today in our chat with the owner of the dealership, he constantly tried to blame me for everything, and he told me that I was fired from being his customer! If you you are going to buy a car from this dealership, don't fall for their low prices. Take the car to another mechanic for inspection first, even if they insist that you don't need to. Not too many people buy a car online, sight unseen! However, I did! From 4300 kms away! My first and only contact throughout the entire process which included shipping the car by rail was Andy Raja. I lost count of the number of emails that we sent back and forth however I must say that Andy was a most professional sales agent throughout the entire process. Not only did he answer every question that I had about the Porsche, he was able to dig up documentation dating several years back including service history, upgrades, where the car was serviced and even the mechanic that performed the service. Andy, you really went above and beyond the expected as far as I am concerned. You answered every query promptly and followed up in a timely matter if you didn't have an answer at the time. Sometimes very early in the morning when I had forgotten about the 3 hour time difference. I would not hesitate to do business with CWL again and would insist on buying from Andy. Car shopping is one of our least favourite things to do but my wife and I were really impressed by all of the staff at CWL Auto. They were straight forward and gave us a fair deal from the beginning instead of playing games and wasting time like some of the other dealerships we dealt with. We did get a pre-purchase inspection which, for whatever reason, noticed things that CWL's technician hadn't. CWL, took the vehicle to the Honda dealership right away and had the issue addressed. We would definitely do business with them again.

Shortly after buying an used car, I had the first set of problems. Not a big deal, as the car is used. But in a little over a year, and well under 20,000 kms after buying that very vehicle I find myself spending over 1G fixing problems, that were clearly pre-existing. Their inspections leave a lot to be desired, and I'd think twice of buying an used vehicle there again. The whole experience leaves a lot to be desired, your stereotypical 'used car dealership' drama.

Very honest and down-to-earth, felt no pressure which is unusual for car buying experiences in my opinion, I could have walked away without guilt if I needed to which is important to me. That freedom to be able to breathe really allows you to actually come to a decision that is right for you, rather than end up in a bad situation (sort of like how we did with our other car purchased directly from a manufacturer dealership -- something I may never do again). Anyway, I love my itty bitty car, it is perfect ♥ Everything they've said appears to have been true to their word, I have not a negative thing to say about the whole thing or the car. They were extremely accommodating on a Sunday morning to make sure we got what we needed. I'd drive the 40 minutes back to buy another car from them any time!
