This was an excellent experience and my expectations were exceeded. I drive a normal family sedan, have kids, commute etc. The car need a good deep clean; Classic didn't disappoint. Upon pickup, they walked me through the service; it was an extremely thorough job. Most importantly, the car was well dried by the time I picked it up using their industrial dryers (this is very important to prevent a moldy smell). I will be taking my wife's car back for the same service. MH - White Rock, BC

Edit, this is my second time and the same thing happened. Subpar quality of work. The first time I took it in for rework and as per below I was pleased with the result. However now I see this poor workmanship is a pattern. I asked for a detailing of my van. The shampoo job was great, however the rest of the vehicle I wouldn't consider detailed. Wiped down , yes, detailed, no . I had to point out several spots before I even left the lot, and when I got home there was grit still in the side door handles, cup holders and other areas at front. I won't be bringing it in again. I have no idea how they have 4.9 Stars. Perhaps they take better care of expensive vehicles, but for my van I was not pleased. ----------------------------------------- This place is excellent. John the owner takes good care of his clients. I actually had a bit of a problem with the interior detailing done. I called John explain the situation and he said he would get it redone first thing the next day. He was apologetic and clearly takes pride in his work . Very happy with the results.
