The wash job on my truck was awful. 4 foot sections on my driver and passenger side doors did not get touched at all by the brushes. After spending 15 bucks to wash a had to go home and re wash it myself. Would never go back

was told to leave after we “took too long” washing my car. Im literally paying for my time, i don’t care if you have another customer waiting, with another truck behind me. You have at least 5 other washing stalls that someone will exit from, they can use one of those or they can wait.

Still open in this cold weather, site manager constantly running around with salt. Still be careful on the grates. Brushes were clean, good pressure, good price as well. You use tokens, so 2 gives you 3min.

Avoid using their carpet cleaner stations! Put the hose On my passenger seat before starting the vacuum and a huge clump of soaking wet mud spat out on my seat and stained it. Super disappointing

It's hard to ask alot of a Car Wash and it's clean and convenient but by the same token vacuums have worn hoses or are out of order and upholstery brushes non functional... so it's a mixed bag. It's okay

Place was decently lit at 10pm. I was in bay 8 or 9 i think. Timing was great for my little car but i could see a big truck getting expensive. Machines did not eat my tokens. Got a good deep clean wash without the damaging brushes at the shell near this location. Soap could have been richer but all in all the tree sap is gone and my car is shiney again!

Best place to get the job done! Quick wash did a great job! The vacuum had excellent suction with a long hose. Ahem. The man in charge was very helpful and accommodating. Entry was a bit tricky.

Nice touchless car wash when it works right also they have something called hard water they should put a filtration system in there. when I use the touchless car wash it screwed up and now I have an $8 credit how do you redeem that when no one's there.

Proximity is good to get to, has vacuums but foam brush doesn't foam long enough to do the whole car so it dries and you get spots. That coupled with a least amount of time given per $2 I've seen anywhere. Passing grade, nothing special.

Absolute garbage car wash. Been using coin carwashes for many years and this one is the worst one so far. Amount of soap they give you is absolute minimum for high pressure soap and pre-soak . Foam brush is garbage as well. Its cheaper to go to any automatic touchless washes and the result is going to be way better. Very disappointed

Car wash is nice and always clean. They could give a little more time for amount of money. There is an oil change service here as well. Access to this carwash can be somewhat tricky depending on which direction you are coming from.

Sitting at Suds City right now. Used their Atm to withdraw $10 (with a nice $2 service fee) so I could use their change machine. It only dispenses tokens (not loonies or twoonies). I put 4 tokens into the vacuum ($4) and get 30 seconds of vacuuming in when the power shuts off. Took me a moment to realize that the entire car wash had lost power. So 6-7 of us start wandering around to find an attendant of some sort. No one can be found. I try phoning the business number, rings forever with no answer or voicemail. In short, I'm down $12 for 30 seconds of vacuum time, and there is nobody here to represent the business. The people who lost power mid-wash are more upset than I am. Not impressed. Won't be returning.

It's a minimum $2 to get the meter to start, which isn't bad, but if you let it go to zero when your almost done, you can't just plug in a Looney. The car had a film all over. Came out clean and dirty at the same time. Won't be back.

I use this place in Walnut Grove and another in South Surrey as my two go-tos. This place takes Visa which I prefer and the soap actually washes off in a timely manner. Other places use hard to remove soaps in an attempt to run out the clock. Not these guys.

Gentlemen running the place is very friendly and helpful. He hands out microfibre clothes that you can use to wipe down your vehicle after washing! He keeps the place neat and tidy.

Don't waste your time here, the machines will take your money and no one will be around to give you tokens in exchange. Out of order vaccums, too expensive for too little time. This place sucks so hard. Credit card only for the automatic car wash. I could go on forever. If you feel like getting ripped off though then this place is for sure 5 stars.

A few issues when here but the speed at which calls and issues are resolved are amazing. The customer service response time alone is a great reason to use this wash facility. They also have a dog wash station. Plenty of vacuum and fragrance stations to make the inside of your vehicle as fresh as the outside.

It's OK, today may have been an off day, but in the high pressure soap, there was no soap, in the clear coat protectant it was empty as well.... Never happened before....

As one using their facilities for 15 years I will say they have shortened the timers quite a bit and have let things decline in many ways. Last time I figured it would be almost the same cost to have Splashes, a block away, do it for me for a little more including a vacuum. Very disappointing.

It's the only place in the area to do self-service car washing, so no other choice close by. However, they need to monitor it better and clearly post website or contact# for problems (tel # only posted one place, not conspicuous). Because they don't do this, customers often bother the oil change shop next door which isn't fair to them. Seems customers often complaining of ie foam brushes and other things not working. Don't put too much change in at once...you might have to move bays when things not working properly :/

Its a place to wash your car. The vacuums are always broken and the garbages are always full. The creepy trailer permanently set up in the small parking lot screams "Don't bring your kids here". I mean honestly, how is that trailer not used as a set for every move about serial killers. Its hideous.

Suds City is the largest local wand wash self service car wash. This location also has a double bay, coin operated, dog wash. I always forget about this hidden gem, located behind the Keg Restaurant. Again today, problems with the coin changer, I hope this problem gets resolved.

DIY car wash and vacuum. $2 to begin the process. I can usually wash my car for $5. Many options available for your washing preferences. I just use the high pressure rinse and foaming brush. The owner supplies microfiber towels for drying the car afterward. If you don't see them in the parking area behind the vacuums, just ask. Use tokens which you purchase there. Also one option for an automated drive thru wash.

Machines eat toonies and none of the shampoo heads work. I thought I found the only working one and it ended up being broken. I go to this place because there isnt another one in the area. But not going any more . This has happened twice now. I would put 4 or5 tokens in the machince and about a couple minutes later the attendant that lives in his rv on site went into the main pump area and he resets them on purpose and the machine stops and time is gone. The first time i thought no he wouldnt do that. But the second time i yelled at him but he woudnt come out. Also the timers run way to quick it says 5 minutes but you really only get 31/2. Total rip off . Dont waste your money on this place.

Good car wash with the wand hoses. This is great for people like me who have slightly over sized vehicles that won't fit in a normal car wash. I don't like the token system and if you have a $5, they can't make change, you get it all back in tokens.

Totally useless. The place is a descrase Garbage every where. Mud in the bay's. Shady pepole doing drugs in and around the car wash. The attendant is nowhere to be found when the machines steels your money. Most of the selectionsfor wax ,foam brush Don't work. Worst the coin dispenser only gives you tokens and they have scaled back the time on the tokens. $1:00 token = 1 min or less ?. But you need 2 tokens to start the bay. sucks when your time runs out and you only need 30 seconds more time then you only have a $10.00 bill to make into 10 tokens ( used to get 12) :-( Then the it steals 3 tokens before I moved my car ,all soaped up to another bay. :-((( Never go hear they are capitilzing on the fact there is no other DYI car wash in the area due to the other one mysteriously burning down. Only criminals do buissnes this way.

This used to be a worth while event. Not so now. Bays are dirty and on last visit drove across a dozen 5 inch spikes left in driveway. No on site staff, dirty bays, no siap in soap application and becoming a dangerous place for vehicle tires.

Is a very good place too wash ur own car n one of the only places in the area to wash your vehicles with pressurized hoses. Has a small car repair shop atached to it for small repairs and oil changes, and is located right next too the keg and steakhouse. 9 stalls and 1 automatic car washer. The regular stalls take $2 to start using and that lasts for just under 2 minutes!

Was skeptical about this place based on reviews BUT for me it was great not sure what people are crying about. I just came back 930pm Used bay 5. 2$ to start gets 3 minutes of time so 1min 30 seconds a dollar. I washed my 1500 pickup truck in 15$ total in this order... 1-Soap 2-foam brush (foams great and works) 3-Rinsed and even had time for a quick run around on 4- spot free rinse, everything was fine, my money didn’t get eaten, pressure was great foam brush was pumping foam. Only thing is I can see how people may get scared of the area at night, but just don’t go at night then. Great experience for me, foam can be seen in the pic on the brush

This place is pretty awesome. Reasonable prices and tons of options. I can usually wash my sedan for about $5 if I rinse, wash, and rinse again. Sometimes I’ll spend $10 if I go the extra mile! Will definitely come here to wash my car in the future.

I used the cash machine that dispenses the tokens for the DIY car wash. It took my $5 and dispensed just 4 x $1 tokens. I couldn't find the person who oversees this location to report it. You have to insert $2 at a time, and the amount of time you get per $2 is really, really brief! Great pressure on the water jet but man you'd better be quick about washing the car! If you want to be short-changed at the token machine and short-changed on the car wash then this is the place to go.

Completely agree with the previous rater. The place is a disaster. Equipment is either overpriced or doesn't work. The credit card machine for the touchless wash doesn't work. I could go on.

Ended up at Suds City as the other one in the area was closed on a Saturday (just not publicly noted on Google ????)... It was a fantastic experience. I went touchless and wasnt happy with the result. The owner Dennis was cleaning bays as I approached. He was apologetic and very helpful. He spray washed and waxed for me, gave me some helpful tips, and offered another time thru the touchless. I was very impressed. Chatted a bit and found out he grew up in this area. He was a happy and helpful guy....rare these days! More than happy to support this business in future. Thanks all on Facebook "For the Love of White Rock" page for the recommendations! ????????

Worst car wash in the lower mainland. No staff, coins get jammed in every machine, vacuums are absolutely terrible. Brushes might as well use sandpaper on your car. If you want to flush $15 down the toilet, come and get your car washed here!

Used their dog washing service today and over the last few years...it's always filthy, LOTS of hair in drain, only one ripped apron between the 2 rooms, broken dog leash to attach to dog (this has been broken for more than a year).....today it was the worst yet - poop left in the bath...AND hair. The owners of this business do NOTHING to maintain it. (and users of this service do nothing as well).
