I would give them negative stars if I could. Their website states they have free courtesy cars. When my car was towed in, I was told there " are no cars available" and nobody offered to rent one for me to meet that obligation. The back window of my car was smashed out and all of my personal belongings were in the back of the car, having only arrived from Alberta the previous night and not yet at my destination when this accident happened. I specifically asked what they would do to secure the contents of my car, and was told they would cover up the window and have the car brought inside to secure my stuff. When I went to retrieve my belongings, I am now missing $3500 worth of emergency road supplies, tire chains, booster cables, tools, fuel, fishing gear, and some personal effects. My suitcases have been rifled through. Plus my car is a write-off. The decision to write off my car was made before Christmas, and I was never contacted to be advised of this. Had I had known, I would have made an effort to get my stuff sooner. So I'm out of pocket for three weeks of rental car, I'm out $3500 worth of stuff, and I have no car. I'm stranded here with no money, no car, no tools, no job, three days worth of clothes, and no way to get home. These guys suck.

Having used them before for repair work, we knew they consistently delivered excellent end results. But it is also the initial point of contact, the time in-between and the PEOPLE that are the icing on the cake of this great business that does fantastic vehicle repair work! Right away we were very impressed with our lovely estimator UB (pronounced 'you-bee'). He was professional, competent, thorough, pleasant, helpful and kind. We left there knowing that our vehicle repair cost was going to be on target for doing a proper repair without over charging. True to form - it was. No surprise there are great staff there, as the Manager KYLE takes great pride in ensuring his team/crew create and maintain excellent customer relations. Of course the high quality of work is kept to a standard that ensures they (Maximum Collision in South Surrey) has repeat business and plenty of referrals. The door handle was broken and paint scratched badly. A back widow had been broken as well. The car looks brand new! And while they had my vehicle for several days I had a car of theirs to drive. What a pleasant experience after all we had been through.

I can't say enough about these folks. All I know is that I will be returning again when I need to service my vehicle. After an unfortunate situation with a stolen catalytic converter I was looking for someone to replace it and found them. They have been so great with communication and beyond fair with their pricing. Was quoted by a dealership to fix something would be $800. They fixed what was actually broken for a lot less. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Two separate incidences caused my husband and I to bring each of our vehicles into Maximum Collision within days of each other. I picked M C based on location and reviews. We must have received the B team because without discussing it until later we had filled in customer evaluation forms similarly. The young woman at the front desk was not friendly, no smile, just matter of fact with forms and signatures. I was given a time to bring car in for service but no quote until after I inquired by phone. I didn't catch the name of the woman who drove me home after car drop off but she was very professional/friendly. My husband found staff to be indifferent, he didn't get a quote either, he phoned them and received info a couple of days later, and his rental car had no heat. A friend of mine who was with me at pick up time commented (without knowing my experience), "They don't seem friendly." Maybe too much business meant they didn't have to try as hard.

Ok wow. So I was 2 hours late for the appointment (long and painful story) and they stretched to accommodate me. They also got me into the paint shop despite there being a 3 week wait-list. Then let me pick up my car 3 days late with no extra charge. Good price for superb work. Matching black paint on an 11 year old car cannot have been easy. Car looks new again! Really appreciate them basically giving my car a free detail too. Even the interior was immaculate. Ps. Customer service is great too! Very happy with the results. Not cheap, but quality car repairs never are ????

I have been to Maximum Collision before and they outdid themselves with my repair to various bumps and dings. (Townhome garage walls kept moving when backing in) Suffice to say they are so nice, so kind, so aware of any personal circumstances. I was happy to bring home a nice looking vehicle instead of one that looked like it had been in a fight with a group of baseball wielding thugs. Sold it at a great price and then brought my hubbys car in. They fit me in despite having a very full schedule and had it ready within a few days. I know that could only have been done with the type of customer service mindset all the employees seem to have. I hit my car in my garage and i tried to remove the paint but to no avail, so I went in to Maximum amd Collision in South Surrey and ask for a quote to repair and repaint the car. Brandon came out to check it out and told me that he think he can do something to save me from spending thousands of dollars. So he did got something from the back and wipe it off and the paint came back to normal and as for the lower bumber of my civic he call Harvey to check it out because he thinks that it just needed some clips. Harvey came out and checked it out and so he did his magic and repaired it right away. Saved me a lot of money there and didnt even ask me to pay anything even though i insisted. True customer service there! Didnt expect this to happen! Thank you so much guys!

Not very satisfied with the quality of work provided here. Got my car back and the window crank handle broke in my hand when I got home since the shop broke it and glued with glue. A body panel was not clipped back into place and the next day, the window they replaced fell out of alignment. Had to fix the issue myself. Would never take my car back to this shop or recommend it to anyone. Also, the "ICBC quality" window they put in is full of scratches.

Service advisor explained all pending repairs and options, and did not hesitate to answer any other questions that arose. He was meticulous in explaining the difference in a "90% budget repair" versus a "100% proper repair." Extremely helpful and pertinent advice. Their staff also deserve major kudos for providing above expected customer service ---- for those having to endure the pain of renting from Hertz -- in the same building!! Had a crack in my windshield. I called to make an appointment, but they said it wasn't necessary! So I stopped in, got a quick estimate. Everyone was very polite and professional. New windshield was installed 2 days later. Dropped off my car in the AM, picked it up after work. Car and windshield look great. My issue was upon my return to Maximum on Saturday when my car was available for pick up. I had to wait 10 minutes for them to bring me my car (there was no other customers in the building). Don't know why it took so long to get my car. When the car jockey brought my car I inspected the vehicle and noticed there was still a scratch on the car where the work was performed. I went back into the office where another customer had come in while I inspected the work. I went into the office and told the Customer Service representative Cheryl that I still had a scratch on my car. She stated that the estimator would be with me after he dealt with this customer who had just come in. I said I had been there for 20 minutes and was not satisfied. She told me that Brandon would deal with me after dealing with this customer who had just come in. I was not happy. I waited an additional 15 minutes before he could deal with me. While I was waiting I went back into the office as I had to speak my mind and ask why I was not dealt with first as I was a customer they had not finished with. Cheryl repeated continually that Brandon will be with you after he has dealt with the other customer. If you have lots of time and want attitude go to the office when Cheryl is your customer service representative.

Thought a good job was done until further inspection. Massive paint run on the front ride side of my bumper, another one under the grill and also a clip broken on my grill. Instead of sanding my bumper they just painted over it and the paint is already chipping under my headlight. Would not recommend whatsoever.

Was in a car accident and my car was a tow in. I called Maximum Collision to see if they'd take it because a friend suggested them. They were busy and said it might be slower to fix than normal but would take my car if I wanted them to. I had ICBC tow it there and they have been great. Brought my car in for rear bumper repair on May 16, 2018, received my car May 28, 2018. Small visible lump on bumper may have not been sanded properly. Traces of white film on bottom rear bumper panel. Paint color is close but not exactly a match to the body of my car. There was no complimentary car wash. On car hood there was bird droppings. Very unprofessional job. I came here based on google reviews. Boy was that a mistake!
