Joey & Raj are professional and friendly. Booking an appointment online is easy. With help from 2 others they detailed my car inside and out in an hour and a half. Their mobile service is very convenient. I'll definitely book them again.

I had a terrible experience with Define Autocare. I purchased a Groupon and I booked my first appointment. They never advised me I needed to be ready for a call so, as promised, I left the keys in my office so they could access my vehicle. They ended up not showing. The next time I booked they showed up 1.5 hours late. I was also in a meeting this time, but I went out to give them the keys and get them going. They started complaining that it was raining and it would be much better if I take it to their shop. I didn't have time to deal with them, so after mentioning my preference a couple of times for them just to do it, I said fine and asked them to text me the info for the shop. They never texted. So, finally, when I called to try to book at their shop, I never got a return call. Groupon was good and gave me a full refund, but I would recommend staying away from these guys. This was supposed to be a good way for me to save time, but I would have been much better off just taking it in to a local shop.

I booked a Groupon for the mobile detailing and was pleased when 4 guys showed up, and they were early too! They got to work right away and were quick and efficient. They did a great job. I am a Realtor and having a clean car is important to me. The convenience of having them come to me is incredibly valuable. They were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Great value and outstanding customer service. I got the Kenzo paint protection coating and window protection and got my Jeep back looking better than brand new. Joey is awesome, truly passionate about his craft and enthusiastic about delivering a truly excellent result. You would be hard pressed to find anybody who cares as much as he does about the quality of his workmanship and client satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect detailing spot downtown! Located in the Fortis building underground parking - very accessible, especially if you train at Equinox. They offer a variety of services, including a mini detail which is great for monthly touch ups. Super friendly and professional! They also cover your parking time ???????? Highly highly recommend!

I brought my Honda civic to them and it was straight out of the body shop. The civic had mould and alot of dust deep inside of the panels and Define made my civic come back to life. The interior was professionally done and i was just amazed of the work that they did on my car inside and out. I highly recommend this place.

One of my Friend's recommended Define Auto Care for their excellent work so I brought my 2017 f150 here it was pretty beaten from all this weather.I got a cut polish and interior shampoo. I went to define auto care with my sister’s car which we just bought it had a weird smell and when Joey examined the car with the light, he found mold on the seats and he went the extra mile to pull out the seat belt fully and discovered mold inside the seat belt. He did a full shampoo of the car! Honestly couldn’t tell if I bought a used car because it looked so new. He even took the time to steam clean where the spare tire goes. Not a lot of people would provide that good of a service from my experience. Overall, since then I’ve brought my own car, my parents cars and many of my other friends have been here too! Never heard a bad thing! They’re the best! Definitely recommend! A lot of respect for Joey and his team for going the extra mile for us and giving spectacular service!

They did a great job inside & out, including under the hood, which few places will do for the same price. My wife commented that the car looks new again! The biggest challenge was finding them, as they're in the very bottom level of an underground parking lot off the laneway behind their street address on Georgia, with only one small sign which is easily missed. That was the only negative experience I had with them as I ended up being late for work and no one was picking up their phone line. So make sure you get directions from them when you book your appointment. Otherwise I would definitely recommend them and will return!

Amazing experience, will definitely be going back next time. The employees were polite and the service was above expectations. Our VW Tiguan came out sparkling clean and we had zero complaints. I would definitely recommend to anyone, but would also include a tip: this business is in an underground parkade accessed by a back alley (can be a bit tricky to find since Google maps doesn't direct you to the entrance). Once you are in the parkade (take your ticket from the booth, but don't worry you won't pay for parking, Define Auto takes care of it) you have to drive allllll the way down to P4. It takes a long time, but it's worth it so don't be discouraged. Cheers!

Never seen a place can make car wash like detail. My car is so clean that looks like a new car, they even clean the inside of the wheels. The smell is fresh of the interior, very recommended.
