Their service is a joke, to the point that I almost felt like going to an automatic car wash afterwards because it was THAT bad. Spent about 10 minutes undoing a mess they made when I got home. Yes, not only they do not clean properly but they leave the car in an arguably worse condition then it was before. The backseat was wet, not just a bit but you could see droplets everywhere. They don't even remove the soap on some areas. It's the worse service I've seen in a while and definitely the worse car wash I've ever seen. And guess what, it costs 28 dollars. What a joke. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

I got home and looked at my car that I bought 3 weeks ago and there were huge circular scratches on the roof! I went back to tell them and he said there's no way they could have done it, he even tried to tell me a bird did it. I washed my car myself 2weeks prior and there were definitely no scratches anywhere. They wouldn't even give me my money back for the terrible wash job they did.

Yea def not worth the $34. The work they did was more like $10-12 worth. They dont even bother cleaning anything other than driver and passenger floor mats inside...lol. like for real.

A quick, simple clean, good service. They did a nice vacuum of the mats and seats, got all the plant debris and bird poop out of my windows, and did a quick wipe of the interior. Will definitely go back!

Honestly, I'm a little shocked that most people are dissatisfied from the service here. My truck was sitting in the underground for a couple months when I brought it here for an exterior wash, vacuum, inside wipe and tire shine. $48 taking about 15 minutes...you get a good enough job for what you pay for. Exterior and interior clean was better than I expected especially after reading all the distraught reviews on here. I used to spend at least 2+ hours detailing my truck and I'm thinking that that's the quality people are expecting over here (or pay $300+ at a detail shop). Anyway I thought it was great job done. *picture is from a few days after the wash*

Don't waist your hard earned money here! The worst car wash in town, hands down. It's as though they are going through the motions, BUT JUST DONT CARE!!! The first time the wash was so bad when I got home I had to rewash the whole car again myself. Didn't touch the wheels, nothing around the bottom or the doors was clean, and there were unwashed areas all over. I gave them a second chance and tried to talk to the person I charge about my last experience, I'm not sure they understood anything, and again the worst experience ever. Don't give them your money.

You will over-pay for a sub-par clean! I have a light pickup truck with canopy (ie: a small interior space) and they insisted on charging me the max amount possible - a price that was higher than anything on the pricing board - $45! This pricing was even more than their "tax included" price of an oversize vehicle (the Sequoia is defined as a "large SUV", no definition for over size). No explanation was given as to why the charge was so high, no one to speak with about it there. I did receive, however, three shoulder shrugs and five head shakes. Upon completion, I took a look at my vehicle and their were missed spots, soap streaks, and nothing resembling a "hand detailing". Go to M&J down the road.

Always driven by and seen them quite busy so i thought I would give them a try....friendly and fast but did a terrible job, just embarrassing. All sorts of dirty spots still, streaks on my windows, wheels barely touched. Will never go back.

The staff must not get paid very much because the attention to detail is deplorable. The rims were left with brake dust all over them. All they do is a lazy brush over. The vacuuming was also just a once over. They didn't even move items out of the way, they just went around it and the van I had was pretty much empty. Wipe down inside was very lackluster as well. I don't know how they are still in operation after all these years.

They've repeatedly left my car still dirty and there were so many missed spots that I may have well just waited for a rain day to drive really fast to get the same result. Two stars because they got the garbage from under my seats that I forgot was there at least.

I hate to say it, but expect the typical Chinese service. Pay, get the bare minimum, get out. I came in with a very dirty car that had been sitting outside for a while. I asked the boss to just take care of the outside (not inside) for the regular price so they can focus on getting the outside clean. I don't think he even told the staff about that request. They did their thing and tried to get me out as swiftly as possible. Most staff don't even know the 5 English words they need to direct the customer. Some girl were arguing and yelling at each other. Service was poor. Will never go again.

This place is a joke... They didn’t even rinse my car enough that it still had so much foam on the body, and they just wiped like they didn’t see the foam at all... also they charged extra on cleaning foot pads and they basically just spayed some water on them...

$24 for a quick hand wash inside and out. Friendly staff and efficient service. It seems a bit intimidating at first but the staff guide you through the carwash. First you pull up and park. You get out of the car. The staff vaccum and detail the inside of your car. After you pull through to the "spray area". The car is first sprayed clean. Then you pull through to the "wash area" and the outside of the car is washed while you sit inside. After you drive the car through a light rinse and air-dryer before you get to the polishing area where the staff hand dry and polish your car including the wheels and inside. You wait on the side while this is done. The process takes less than 20 minutes. I left a big tip as they were so fast and hardworking. Thank You!!!

If you like your car even a little don't go here. Automotive abuse. Brutal job on two occasions. They missed so many spots on one side my car looked like a chess board. They put dripping wet mats back inside. One guy tried to use a stiff bristle rim brush on my paint as I yelled at him not to. Never again.

I recently brought in my admittedly dirty SUV after some gravel roads on holidays. I was charged $55 for what amounted to 13mins of cleaning, with many areas of the truck inside and outside left untouched. If this was the first time, I'd cut them some slack... The owners are clearly waiting to sell the valuable property.

STAY AWAY. Horrible service, they want you in and out of there as fast as possible. No one can speak English and they are not friendly. They did a horrible job and I ended up re-washing it myself. Even the vacuum job sucked (no pun intended), no idea how you mess that up! Further more, they used equipment that had rocks (likely from being left on the ground) or something abrasive attached and scratched the heck out of my wind shield. Now I am battling ICBC in a claim to replace my wind shield because they refuse to take responsibility. What a joke, how are they still in business? STAY AWAY from this company.

My boyfriend just had a joke of an experience at Century, which was so disappointing, because we had a fabulous experience a month ago. It clearly states on their sign that the service we are looking for is $24. However, the attendant was not willing to give that price, and kept saying, no, ill offer you it for $___. After my boyfriend kept pointing to the sign and saying, look, this is what your advertising, the car wash representative said "no more talking, this is my final offer $__." I was astonished by this rudeness, and professionalism. Not to mention, they did a really poor job this time around (even with added on extras). After our first experience, we were telling all our friends to support this business, and now, we have a super sour taste in our mouth. I'd suggest updating your marketing materials with proper costs, so your customers don't feel like your taking advantage of them.

Don't waste your money, paid $22 and the car was not clean at all. I had to point out bird poop and bug splats multiple times to workers. I eventually gave up and started scrubbing the car myself when the workers would not do a good job. Save your money and head elsewhere unless your car is only slightly dirty.

I have to speak as I find and I was impressed with the value. $26 for a vacuum, wash and Turtle Wax rinse, was money well spent for me. The outside of my car was sparkling and the interior was left absent of all crumbs and dirt. Good job and recommended.

You have to check the job then ask them to do it properly. Most of them don't speak English or just act dumb to avoid listening to your complaint. NEVER AGAIN!

Half decent wash, way over priced. $45 for a F150! It wasn't super muddy or anything. Might be worth it for a full size, one ton truck. The blower stopped drying half way through my truck. They didn't wash the top of the tonneau cover and didn't dry it. Seriously, I could've done a better job, faster, at a self service car wash for about $12-15

Good logo, bad business. Dont fall for the marketing. Not only they do they do a poor job but they leave the car in an arguably worse condition then when you arrived. Easily the worst car wash I have ever had. I went here simply to get all the salt off my vehicle, could have saved my money and skipped right to the part where I wash it myself as that's what I will be doing today. Very disappointed. They should feel guilty for charging for this level of service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. A total of 9 people worked on the car from start to finish and it looks like an 8yr old cleaned it. Spots missed everywhere and interior windows look awful! Brushes were also old and worn so should be fun waxing the scratches out. Do not risk going to this place!!!!

A quick way to save time instead of making time to wash the car myself. Who knows when the water restrictions will kick in? Everything is done by hand except for the blower that pushes aside the water from the top and sides of your car.

Quick service, sometimes spots get missed though. It's easy for us to get to, and we generally are really happy with the quick detailing - no vacuum, no Armor All, no inside windshield cleaning, just basic dusting and wiping the outside of the car down so there's no water spots. We will always return until the inevitable sale and immediate knockdown of the plot and building.

Do not recommend. Twice they have put my front mat back in under where my steering wheel turns. I was unable to turn the wheel and was VERY close to an accident. Very dangerous and lack of awareness on their part. Not to mention the cleaning is subpar at best.

Worst car wash ever! It's like the staff are blind. They just lost my business and I get my car washed often. I just went there to ask them to re-wash just the outside for doing such a terrible job and they refused. I'm going to Ultra Shine from now on, which is on West 2nd Ave. just before Main St. I recommend them as they do a much better job, are friendly and know how to run a business!

The inside of my cars are often messy thanks to a wide range of activities that involve dirt. The folks at Century did a credible job cleaning in all the nooks and crannies for a very reasonable price. Not to detailing standards, but if you are looking for your vehicle to get a pretty thorough once-over then this is a good choice. Full disclosure: I advised the team at Century that I would be writing a review when they started the cleaning job.
