I will never use a company like this I called to get my truck in to be detailed but how ever answer the phone was rude and came up with a lie saying they had no time to take my truck in and yet I'm always out that way and they are never busy. Just like last year I wanted to take both my car and my truck in to be rust checked and I have never heard from them. I don't know why people like him have a job you want the money but you don't want to do the work.

After one too many drive-in movies at the Can View over the summer (so. much. popcorn!), I took my car in for a full detail. They did a FANTASTIC JOB. They were super efficient with their time, and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back annually to freshen up. 5 Stars. Would recommend.

I bought new rims for my car worth 700.00 and 1 1/2 years later the paint started to peel. The owner of Elite throws hIs hands up in the air and says nothing he can do. Stay clear of this small time operation who has no problem taking your money but will not stand by the products they sell.

Took my car in for a detail. Windows were full of nicotine, there was dog hair everywhere. When I came to pick my car up it looked like a completely different vehicle - brand new! Usually I clean my car myself but there were a few stains I had in my carpeting and seats that I wanted taken out and wasn’t sure what to do. First time taking it to a detailing centre and I couldn’t be happier with the way it came out. Peter has always treated our family fairly, and doesn't look to find thing he can replace, but what needs to be replaced/repaired. The only time he suggests extra preventative maintenance is when the job includes a lot of labour and replacing another part will save you the second labour charge if a part fails or when parts should be replaced in pairs. In all cases he explains your options so you can make an informed decision. He has serviced by truck from new, the dealer has only ever done warranty work.

Purchased 4 snow tires Jan 2016 - then in March 2016 I notice intense shaking in my front end, I brought to "real mechanic". They told me who ever installed the tires didn't hub clean, and didn't use the correct torque. 2 nuts were stripped and 8 nuts not torqued properly and came loose. This completely distroyed my driver side front Mag Rim, the other wheels just barly escaped damage. I went to show Peter at elite the damage and all he did was repeat the words "that's impossible " over and over. All I wanted was some type of reasoning for this as a wheel falling off could have easily killed me and anyone else on the road. He wouldn't even speak to me other then saying "that's impossible". Then told me to leave his store. Clearly he doesn't stand behind his workmanship, there is no excuse for loose and stripped nuts 2 months after purchase. 600 dollar snow tires from here ended up costing over 1000 including damages....

I first bought tires from Peter at Elite Tire about 7 years ago. I had gone back every year to have my tires rotated (offered as a free service when you buy tires from them). About two years ago I was driving down the highway and heard a very loud rattling noise. It sounded as if my truck was falling apart. I pulled off the highway and headed to Elite Tire. Peter knew exactly what was wrong. He looked under my truck and said the heat shield had rusted out and had come loose from the bolts holding it in. I asked him how much to replace it and he gave me an estimated cost. He then said that it wasn't necessary to replace it,but if I wanted, he would order the part for me and install it. I chose to not replace it. Peter then removed the broken heat shield and sent me on my way. This year I needed new tires. I purchased the same brand and model of tires as I had before, as they were excellent and served me well. I talked with Peter about getting new rims, as mine were heavily corroded. We also talked about the possibility of repairing my old rims. Peter recommended a place that does powder coating. I decided on having my old rims powder coated there. I only have one vehicle,so, I couldn't have my rims done all at once. I had to have them done one at a time, using my spare as the replacement for the wheel being done. This process took 3 months to complete. Peter had ordered my new tires and stored them at his garage. Every two/three weeks, I brought a completed rim to him. Peter put a new tire on the rim, balanced the wheel and mounted it on my truck, after having taken off the next rim to be repaired. Peter repeated this process until all of the five wheels were done. I offered to pay Peter extra for his time and for all the hassle that it took to do each rim separately, but, he refused. He said that it was part of the service he offers. I am so impressed by Peter's integrity, patience and dedication to his customers. While at his garage, I met many happy and loyal customers.
