Three years back they did perfect job. Last Saturday I took my car for inside detailing and got very disappointed with the job they have done. They just did general cleaning that I would have done by myself much better than them. Just wasted almost $200 for nothing.

Had the Premium package...not worth the price. My car was clean, but not to the level expected at that price. Door jams weren’t cleaned, finger prints all over the interior, gas lid not cleaned, under the hood has lots of leaves and dirt remaining. Overall not even close to worth $300.

Very dissapointed. $259, and there was still dirt marks on the dashboard, I expected a new car feel for the price paid and ended up with what I normally get from a drive through wash with an interior clean that normally costs around $40 from the place in Kitchener. Sorry but I cannot recommend this service, it is way overpriced and the quality of work does not match the price tag. I own a small SUV, and expected much better for the price charged.

I got the 319.95 package this covered everything. To be honest they did an excellent job inside and out the engine and everything. They picked up my car and dropped it off which is a bonus for them. The price is slightly expensive but it's all worth it when you get the finsihed product. This package will leave your car showroom ready and if you r looking to resell a vehicle just having this package done will instatly get u offers. My car is as I picked it up new from the dealership. Great job guys!

4/5 . Went for the premium package that costs $282. Was mostly happy, got rid of the smell that persisted in my car due to an accident. -1 for finishing touches. For the price it seems they did not take the time to go over there work. The car seats and spots on the car were left with wax stain. All in all, good if you are trying to makeover your smelling or dirty car. Far better than car washes

Great customer service, my car was nice and clean with the general cleaning package. Next time I would go for an add-on service to get the carpets cleaner though.My car hadn't been cleaned/detailed for several years and with two young kids it was likely a big job. Happy with the results.

I seldom write reviews, but if it were possible to give these guys 6 stars I would! My vehicle was a mess and I needed it cleaned for a sale inspection. They did such a thorough job, it was unbelievable. My only regret that I didn’t order the wax treatment for my leather seats. Would strongly recommend them!

I can not comment on the detaining aspect however I went in for a Rust Check treatment and they were able to get me in quickly. Everyone there was friendly and helpful! I plan to be back next year for my re-coat!

My car was in desperate need of an interior cleaning. I took it in for an interior shampoo and they went above and beyond. My car looks brand new inside and it's an older vehicle. When I came to pick it up they noticed the dashboard looked a little dusty and added a clear coat, which really showed me how much detail and care they put into cleaning my car. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality, it was money well spent.

I do not recommend. I went for an anti rust treatment with the truck and my chrome rims were dirty, they dirty my windshield which I can't remove anymore and when I told them I want to see under the car what they did they said I wasn't allowed for my safety ... zero stars ...

I just wish I went to this place sooner. I never went because I polish and was myself, but now I will just come here lol. Chris and the rest of the stuff are genuine, and they took out calcium deposits that vinegar wouldn't even cure.

Had a bit of a puke incident in the back of my car. I cleaned most of it out but wanted to be sure it was all gone and wouldn't smell. They took the car in right away and had it ready in a little under half an hour. Very well done job. Would recommend.

My car is exceptionally clean BUT they only left garbage backs on the front seats. They didn’t cover the backs of the seats or the backseat seats. Even the carpet and my mats were completely soaked. When I called them to complain all she did wasn’t offer another garbage back for the back of my front seats? And said if I want it to dry I’d have to leave it over night.... they were SOAKED. My jeans are soaked even from sitting on the bag.... so my fiancé called to ask for at least a partial refund and they flat out said no because the job was already complete. This took 2.5 hours by the way! And I was left with a completely soaked car! ????????

The inside of our Santa Fe was crusted with winter salt residue in all the floor mats and carpeting, and it had started to get baked solid with this warmer weather. But you were able to remove it completely! The vehicle looks brand new. Well done.

The place is clearly struggling, they manage their jobs on paper, they do not appear to be able to balance their workload. As mentioned in another review, they appear to have lost some quality employee and their attention to details (not ideal in the detailing business) appears to have been lost. Finally, they do not appear to subscribe to the notion that: "The customer is always right, especially when they are wrong", as it denotes mismanaged perceptions. The are lucky not to have much competition in the immediate vincinity. I decided to drive my business farther where.

This was my first time to take my vehicle to a car detailing shop. A1's staff were extremely friendly and informative about their services. I had no idea that I've been cleaning my car wrong for years. They informed me how a simple coat of wax could last up to 6 months when I was applying it every other week. This will save me time and money, and I will be coming back here every time! I was surprised with how great the vehicle looked and turned out. They restored the interior and exterior as when I picked it up from the dealership. You guys deserve these 5 stars, and I hope everyone else will see the huge potential A1 offers. Thank you!

After a whole bunch of adventures this summer with our Jeep, camping and our dog and general spills made a right mess. A1 did a great job and our mud covered (inside and out) Jeep looks brand new. Thanks to the A1 team for cleaning out the dog air and old coffee stains :) would definitely recommend!

Verry, verry disappointing! Brought in my full sized dually truck in for what I hopped was going to be a high end job. I didn't mind paying over $400 detailing my $90k truck, but what I got was an insult. They did not shampoo the back rest of the drivers seat like I specifically asked and there was still plenty of salt traces still on carpet around mats. The gauge cluster, which you would think would get special attention, was wiped with a dirty wet cloth, hence the dried dirty water marks smeared across it. The windows got the same half effort treatment evident in the early morning when the dew was still on the windows. The polishing on the aluminum mags was done up to a little over an inch away from the lug nut and center cap covers and looks like just a little more effort here would have been needed. I had them clay bar the paint to remove a few contaminants which seems to have been well done BUT someone was broke one of my rear marker lights in the process of doing the exterior. Finally, whoever drove my truck out of the shop and around the front of the building left it in 4 wheel drive lock. The thought of what damage could have been done to my gear box driving a big dually on dry pavement in diff lock puts me over the edge of my tolerance for incompetence. I feel my blood pressure rise in writing this review. This was a rushed job on a very expensive truck and I feel ripped off.

I went with the premium package and my little Chevy Cruze looks brand new , they even got the “Bermuda triangle” of lost change between my seats lol. After spending over $300.00 (incl tax) I expected a better job than I received. I was charged $30 extra to clean the interior rear of my small SUV but they didn't even touch this area. When I returned to get the job done properly, there was no apology or credit give.I paid for shampooing and vacuuming the interior. Later I discovered they hadn't even bothered to tip the rear seats back to either vacuum or shampoo the cargo area. I won't be going back. There are better and cheaper places in K-W. My advice: Go somewhere else!

Took my car in for a general cleaning. Ok service they were able to take me in the day I called hence the 3 stars. Once I picked up my car I noticed the dash was still dusty and still had coffee spills in my cup holder. For 84 bucks (after tax) kinda thought I wouldn't have to re-clean my car.

The person at the desk was kind, but that's about the only positive takeaway from my experience. I brought my Nissan 370Z in for an interior/exterior wash + wax + polish. The overall exterior wash mediocre, and terrible on the rims. Absolutely no attention was paid to the inside of my rims, something that has been commonly done for me in the past. Even the 'outside' of the rim had some residual dirt left in some nooks. I had a crack in the paint on my rear bumper that tripled in size after I picked it up. It went from a minor blemish to an obvious eye sore that I feel compelled to repair now. I left the car with them for over 8 hours, did not receive a call telling me it was complete. They forgot to wash the interior of my car so by the time I showed up at the end of business hours, I was annoyed and shocked to find a dirty interior, something I was really looking forward to. I now have a waxed and polished car with an interior that has been dirty since the winter. VERY LITTLE ATTENTION was paid to myself during the appointment setup and seems even less attention was paid to my car. Will not be going back, I do not recommend. I was given a discount for my inconvenience but I'd rather have paid extra to have a good job done anywhere else.

I bought a used car from a smoker. I took it to A1 and asked if this was an issue getting the years of smoke out of the seats and interior. They said no problem. I was skeptical at best as the car just stank of smoke. When I picked it up I couldn't believe it was the same car interior. It looked and smelled brand new. You never would have known it was a smokers car and the smell never came back. Amazing Job A1.
