Ok first off I must say that I had brought a customer’s vehicle at another detailer in town (Super B’s Auto Clean) to remove paint overspray I had done on a job. They did a poor job of it, insulted my client in front of me, and I was left with a delicate situation to deal with. And then someone told me about Autoshine Plus on PVR as being the best in town. I went to see the Manager there and told him the situation. He actually listened to the issue of the overspray and reassured me he could fix the problem. Not only that, but they contacted my client directly and took care of the shuttle between Coldstream and PVR. The client contacted me afterwards to let me know how great of a job these guys did, and how professional they are. And that’s the way you do it. Thanks again for helping me out.

I write this review on behalf of my mom who got her 2017 MINI Cooper Clubman brought in for detailing. After a hard winter last year we decided to bring in our black MINI for a complete interior and exterior detail and the first thought my mom and I shared when we saw it was how the results of the detail completely exceeded our expectations. The paint was showing some hard scratches and the car literally looks new again. It was because of previous reviews that I was led to give Autoshine a try and I am so very grateful to others who went before me and took the time to share their experience with the general public. Since reviews helped me personally to make a well-informed and therefore wise decision, I think it's only proper that I do the same courtesy toward others. In this day and age, we need to hear truth and not hype. And it's only proper to give credit where credit is due! Deciding to go to Autoshine turned out to be one of those wise choices we all hope to make in life. I initially went in (unannounced) to find out what was offered, what I could expect and at what price. Since I am an ordinary person (not a car dealership or car rental agency), any money spent on detailing a vehicle must be considered just as carefully as choosing a quality mechanic. Aaron greeted me with a warm smile, stopping the hard work he was up to his elbows in doing to take as much time as I needed to ask questions and allow him to explain what would be done. I wanted the whole nine yards, meaning detailing was to be on interior, exterior and motor. He was thorough in his breakdown of what would be done, as well as friendly, yet professional (wasting no time in idle conversation). After speaking with Aaron, I was satisfied enough to book an appointment, but due to such a high demand, it meant the earliest appointment was almost two weeks away. Now admittedly, I misunderstood the booking, expecting a call to tell me what time to drop the vehicle off. No call was forthcoming, so a day or two before the appointed day, I went in to find out exactly when they expected the van. Apparently it can be dropped off anytime on the scheduled day; however (understandably), the earlier the better. I was greeted by Lance (owner), and shortly joined by his lovely wife. Lance offered to have his wife drive me home after drop-off and pick me up when the van was finished, in order to save me the cost of a rented car. I was more grateful, as well as surprised, than I can possibly verbalize. Amazing! Plans were made for me to drop it off first thing (8 AM) on appointed day. The van I owned was in excellent condition mechanically, even though it was a 2006; however, as the 3rd owner I must admit that although it had been vacuumed inside and run through some car washes, it certainly had never been cleaned professionally, and it showed on the light coloured material. There were no rips, tears or stains, but it needed cleaning! Knowing the excellent condition of the vehicle (which had less than 98,000 kms despite being a 2006), detailing was crucial to do, in order to really drive home the value of the van. (...selling it ONLY because where I live, a 4x4 is required and any money made would go towards a good, used one). So, in my case, hopefully the reader now understands the importance of getting quality detailing done. I wish that I could post pictures of before and after. The light coloured cloth interior looked new, which truly revealed to the naked eye the exceptional condition of the van. Lance and his crew truly did an impressive job on the exterior as well. There were some fine scratches on the driver's door, which I suspect came from a parking lot incident. They buffed them out to a degree that made them difficult to see, even for me, who knew where they had been. The back towing bar had been painted by an amateur that left paint on the underneath bumper. A bit of surface rust was visible from the salt of the past winter. The bumper was meticulously cleaned of all paint over-spray; then, the crew removed surface rust and professionally painted the bar. Windows, trim, everything outside shone like new. As for the motor, suffice it to say that a neighbour of mine said that someone could eat off of it. That is no exaggeration! How I wish I could post pics. Overall it was a monumental job, absolutely remarkable, and they did it all in about 6 hrs (give or take). Need further proof? The van was sold a mere two days after detailing was done! Amazing work! Brought in my wife's Ford Focus and that had milk the baby had spilled between the seats, and other stains and such. When I picked the car up I was genuinely shocked at how good it looked. The leather was beaming with cleanliness and they even dyed some of the carpet in the front to match and remove some of the stains! They took the time to clean the console, glove compartment, trunk. Lance and the team at Autoshine are INCREDIBLE! We have taken our vehicles to them for several years now, and each year we are genuinely astounded at what they can do with a years worth of wear and tear, producing a vehicle that looks like it could sit on a show room floor. They are incredibly personable, conscientious, explain each every step they take, and the finished product is simply incredible. Lance is 100% hand-on in the process, and you will usually see him at the end of the day inspecting the completed vehicle and ensuring every little detail is perfect. If you want a vehicle cleaned for the season, this is the place to take it! If you are looking to sell a vehicle, this is definitely the place to take it - I personally received $4,500 MORE when I sold my Toyota Tacoma than what I was initially offered (after I had tried to spruce up the truck myself) after Autoshine Plus did a 'complete' detailing on the vehicle. I was blown away, and it goes to show the real value of the ASP service. Their work is impeccable, and you will absolutely be delighted with their work. I'm not sure what the negative review above is about, as I have NEVER heard of anyone being less than pleased with Autoshine's work. Over the past 7 years, there has never been anything less than 5 star service from ASP with our family vehicles, and I would give more stars if it were possible! Looking at the reviews, I guess I'll add mine to the fantastic pile they've got built up here! Very accommodating- I showed up after hours and later found out I didn't actually have an appointment there( long story- someone made me an appointment somewhere and apparently forgot where). They still managed to get me in the next day, and even let me pick it up on the weekend- when they're not actually open. The one guy Aaron I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. The detail done was absolutely spectacular. My 2004 looks like a 2017! The best part was he took the extra time to pay attention to my rims and touch them up a little( I got an interior detail- and let's be real I'm a jerk to my car). I 100% will reccomend this place to anyone, and will definitely be a return customer!

Wow!!! All I can say to Lance and his team is GREAT JOB!! I took a buddy there to pick up his truck after getting it detailed, he uses them twice a year minimum. I asked about the process and what he does and i was very impressed with his attention to detail, even when explaining what he had done or has done. Several people from Hoban Construction take their company and personal vehicles there for a heavy duty cleaning with a show room shine to top it all off. Construction vehicles get incredibly abused, mistreated and covered in asphalt, mud, oil and silica dust which is like razor blades on paint. The constant abuse that these vehicles go through completely disapear after a day at Autoshine Plus. My father is an Aircraft Mechanic with an eye for detail and imperfections, even he was astonished at the inside and outside of my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500. The black has never looked so deep and the leather has never been that supple or clean. i could have swore he reupholstered my tuck.

Picture taking a 5 day road trip to Ontario. Then commuting everyday, to and from work, in filthy construction clothes for a few months and then another 5 day trip back from Ontario. All of this with a full grown disaster of a Saint Bernard riding in the back seat. People the drool alone, I'm telling you. Present Situation: The vehicle is definitely cleaner now than when purchased. Dog forbidden from riding in said vehicle.

Our Hyundai SantaFe was long overdue for a good clean. My wife and I were too busy to do it all ourselves, so we took it to Autoshine Plus in Vernon. I called the day before and the staff was able to squeeze our vehicle in for a clean the following morning. Before starting, the staff went through the vehicle with us and discussed our needs and any problem areas. We settled on a mid-range clean package -- a complete clean, but no carpet shampoo, vent washouts, or other extras. Once the package was decided on, we left the vehicle with them for the morning. Basically, Autoshine performed a full inside and outside clean, including acid-bath wash the rims, tire dressing, vacuum interior, surface wipe-down, re-tint of stained carpet areas, blow-out of vents, etc. etc. -- they did an extremely thorough and impressive job. In fact, I told my wife that the car was CLEANER than when we first bought it! The prices were very reasonable for the work performed. My wife and I were really impressed. Great job!

One of the rare businesses that exceed expectations, and provide great value (which I knew, but didn't fully appreciate at the time). I brought in a vehicle which I was putting up for sale, and talked with the owner Lance, heard the passion in his voice to deliver 110%, and watched his crew hard at work. The price made me hesitate, but those with a drive for perfection can recognize it in others, and I knew that even if it didn't live up to my exacting needs, it would still be fabulous and so decided to bring it in for a full detail. When we went to pick it up the next day, my girlfriend noticed a jeep parked in a shelter and said "Is that ours? No, it can't be.". Sure enough, when they brought it out, it was ours, and almost unrecognizable. 10 years old, yet sparkling like it was hot off the factory floor. All of the pinstriping (as jeep owners like to call the scrapes and scratches inevitably gotten from exploring the BC outdoors), the copious pet hair from our two dogs, and years of trail dust completely gone inside. Again factory like results. When looking under hood, the same jawdropping cleanliness I've only seen on show vehicles stared right back. In the end, once listing the jeep, I came to realize the real value with the phenomenal responses, offers, and comments we received. It has since sold (in a matter of days), and I easily recouped my cost for the detail and more, in my time, and in my wallet. Thanks so much to the Autoshine Plus crew! p.s. No I didn't get paid for this review, and I have only reviewed two other companies in my life, in both cases places that deliver more than promised and provide exceptional - sometimes intangible - value. 5 star all the way.
