The communication between us was poor - I'm sure I was partly to blame but I'm not sure if they double booked my spot for a mini detail (everything but the shampoo) but it took quite long and when I picked it up I was told it really needed a shampoo and next time I should do the full service. Fair enough but upon driving off, my windshield wasn't properly cleaned and the sun was reflecting off the wipe marks. There was still dust and dirt in the crevices of my steering wheel, center console and door handles and the back seat didn't even look vacuumed. All in all, I would not return here for detailing as I could have done a much better job in the same time and saved $130. Quite disappointed especially since this was the 1st time I have treated myself to a professional detailing instead of doing it myself.

I always get my SUV detailed here. They always fit me in and do such a great job. Very respectful of property and belongings left in the car. Timing is spot on! Kim and lou are my favorite! Such nice people.

Let's put it like this. My 2003 Pontiac was in a pretty disgusting state when I brought it in. Spilled Soda stains on the floors, the engine was greasier than your McDonalds fries. Stains stains stains, just kinda everywhere. I brought it in with high hopes - which I don't often do in an attempt not to be disappointed - and they exceeded my every expectation. It is an older car, 17 years old, and when I picked it up the other day I was shocked. It looked brand new, bordering on showroom quality. Thank you guys so much! I'll definitely be coming back in for work when the time comes!

Extremely disappointed. Had to book almost 2 weeks in advance for a mini interior and exterior detail, which I was told included everything but a shampoo of the carpets. I went to pick it up, and thankfully I was shown the work before paying, because if I had had to pay I would have demanded my money back! It looked like my vehicle hadn't even been touched! The sand was still in the carpet and on the seat, the door jambs had not been wiped or cleaned, the coffee drip was even still in the cup holder! I had asked for the leather seats to be treated and the sunroof jamb to be cleaned, both of which had not been touched. Once the employee saw how shocked I was at the lack of service, she at first offered a discount, but it became apparent even to her that the vehicle was not touched. The finger prints were still on the windows!! I thought they may have just forgotten about my car, but the fact that my tires had some armor all on them indicated to me that someone may have started..? It was obvious that no one had inspected the work before calling me to pick it up, or maybe the shoddy work might have been caught! Even though they didn't charge me (rightfully so) this was a complete waste of my time, and now I'm going to have to do the work myself. Not impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????????

I have never received the type of service the staff at 29th st Autoplex has given me every time Ive been there. I honestly feel so lucky to have met those kind hearted people. Everybody there works as a team and they honestly do the best they can for you. Both times I went there they ended up getting me in early then expected and completely eased my mind on the problem at hand. I recommend anybody who has a mess they cant deal with in their car to go straight to this team.

Everywhere was booked out many days in advance, including here, but they were the only ones that said they will always take emergency spills (or vomit in our case). They did an amazing job, on top of it all.

I called at 9 am asking if I could get in the same day for a detailing on my truck. I was told they could find a way to fit me in and they did. They did an amazing job. The customer service was great and they even threw in a little extra shampooing to help me out. Would highly recommend.

My car had sustained some damage on the front bumper, which appeared to be from another vehicle's tire. I could not get the marks off my car but the staff at 29th Street Autoplex did their magic and made it look almost brand new!

On a recent Saturday, after an unfortunate latte incident, I was very impressed with the staff at 29th Street Autoplex. They were able to get me in without an appointment, same day, to shampoo my seat before the milk and sugar could set in. Outstanding customer service, I will be back for a full detail! Autoplex went so above and beyond my expectations. 10/10 would recommend their services. Their team went the extra mile to diagnose and fix my problematic engine light and squeaky brakes. They got me very decent pricing on all the parts I needed. The manager was so nice and down to earth. He called me beforehand to update me on the issues found and was transparent about all the costs. Honesty is always appreciated! I also applaud the incredible amount of work they accomplished in a day. Even washed the ash off my car. I will rave about this business any day. If you’re looking for a full service shop, look no further - you will not be disappointed!

Great service, friendly and professional. Not sure about previous reviewer's experience, because they went out of their way to help me with gasoline odor issue. They fit me in that afternoon and were efficient and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a new truck that had been smoked in for many years. The interior was clean but we needed the ozone done to remove the smoke. The team scrubbed spots in the truck I did not even realize were dirty. The ozone treatment worked and the truck feels and smells so fresh inside now. Thanks again. I will be back.

Today was my first visit to Vernon auto plex. I had previously missed an appointment for a full on cleaning two weeks ago and unfortunately missed it due to being evacuated. I called to apologize and reschedule, they were so caring and understanding. My appointment was today. I dropped my filthy stinky car off at 8am and picked it up later in the afternoon, completely shocked at how clean they got my car. It smells so clean, my dash and console are shiny and I can see through my windows again. My day was topped right off when I went to pay and was greeted by the manager with the most amazing kindness. The generosity and positive attitudes of the staff is unbelievable, makes it feel like small town business really DO still exist. I will never go elsewhere.

Was here 2 years ago and returned today for another odor issue. I was super impressed with the professional and efficient service! Chris the manager is so friendly, he genuinely listens and wants to help. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again or to recommend to anyone. Just go there and you will see what I mean! ;)
