I really don’t like this place I hade to spend 1000 fixing the marks that the machines left to my car body paint.????????????

After 6 months of washing here my brand new car paint job is completely ruined from swirls by the machinery. The tire sine dose not cove the entire tire. The vaccums are pretty neat. Would recommend single use. This car wash will destroy your paint.

I went in for a transmission fluid exchange for my honda civic. I was told that the Automatic transmission fluid that they used was "fine with all those asian brands" so I went with it. Turns out it wasn't, they put in the wrong fluid and I had to pay $1500 for a new transmission for my car. When I called back to ask them what kind of transmission fluid they used, so I could make sure that there wasn't any more damage done to my engine, they wouldn't even give me the make or type of fluid used. when I called back a day later I was hung up on. I am now going out of my way to steer anybody I know away from this place, they will damage your car for the sake of a quick sale. From now on, i'll only send people I don't like to this place.

it's a car was. They're oil shop attached is expensive. it is located close to major routes so it just happens to be busy for car washes mostly. Nothing special. You don't really interact with anyone cause it's automated even the payment method. So it is what it is.

The only place in NJ o get my car washed at. Prices are fair for the services provided, getting through the lines are quick and easy, and their monthly program is priced fairly as well. Utilizing the old DiDonato's building for a large, enclosed vacuum area with free towels justifies the pricing at the gate.

I went through the car was & apparently 1 of the lines were broken & no one knew so I had some sort of oily substance all over my car. I told management & the best he could do was wipe off my driver side window & the front windshield of the drivers side, unless I waited for the line to be fixed. I was PISSED because I'd just spent almost $200 on an oil change, filter, etc.

Watch this place. I thought I was buying car washes for one month for $23. Turns out my card was charged monthly several times. When I stopped in to resolve they said I should have checked my account more frequently. They didn't care if I haven't used their services past the initial month and would even refund the full amount for the current month. Cost me $46 for 2 washes. I'm sure this happens to a ton of people because the attendant was a pro at doing refunds and ready with apathetic attitude and BS comments. I'll never be back and urge everyone to do the same. The car washes aren't even that good. Go elsewhere.

Great idea for a car wash meaning after you chose your wash selection to clean your car you have a very large facility which allows you to touch things up as you wish. Great idea in providing dry towels(clean & used) and also vacuums provide great suction. I'm set-up with the monthly valet so I LOVE just pulling up to the divider & driving on in. Very reasonable pricing for whatever your needs are.

Had my 2004 CTS washed at lalor Street location I came home I noticed the rear cover panel was missing that covers the two backup lights went back and asked them if they could find the part they did give it to me it was cracked yes if they had coverage by insurance company they said no they have a sign posted not responsible I think they should be responsible their equipment cracked this panel which is very hard to get for that year car you could see where the part is missing above the middle of the Cadillac emblem

Only reason I am given this car wash a 1 is because they keep increasing pricing for washing your car. By the way, the owner has several spots in Mercer and makes millions a year. I find it pathetic for him to continue increasing prices in the middle of a pandemic, when he should be doing more for the communities that keep his businesses functional. If I were you, keep away till he goes back to 6 for a basic car wash...which he increased to 9....and now to 11.

Buyer beware!!! Don’t go here to get your car washed. The attendant had no clue how to get the cars on the belt. The car in front of me got stuck and the car behind me slammed into the back of my car. The manager tried to say it was my fault and I should have gotten out of the car while the water was still running. When the attendant did show up he let the car that caused all the problems drive off. The car raft hit me had no insurance per my company and now I’m out of pocket to fix my car. Three cars got damaged and the Trenton Police has to come. The manager wouldn’t even come over to talk to them. This place is a joke. They shouldn’t even be open. When I tried to reach the company they refused to response. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The wash club that they offer is a great buy for the price. However, the scanner technology that they use did not work on my vehicle. I would have to try to get the machine to scan the barcode on my windshield multiple times before the attendant would come scan me in manually. They said the windshield on BMW 750’s and some other large vehicles were too thick for the machine to read the barcode. I look forward to rejoining once they upgrade the service.

Apparently, When you get to the facility they wish you to sign up your Rights to (Sue) Even if they had fault in damaging your vehicle..Whaaat!????? Makes no sense if you have business insurance for a large facility, I don't see why it shouldn't cover any damages to anyone's Vehicle/Human Life when being serviced. That means I should let any random person from the Streets to work on my car????????‍♂️. It'll be cheaper to buy the oil and filter possibly borrow the tool and pay the guy $20 bucks. Total of $50. Lies. I took a picture of the form and it explains in clear details. And none of it says due to covid. I went before covid started which I was asked to sign and practically after covid which was last week same thing.

On friday, my mom took our car so it can get it's usual oil change. After that day, our car started doing a strange noise. On monday, after shutting off 3 times on the road, we realized that the car never had oil. Today, when my mom went to get the situation fixed, Jose (Person in charge) was very redunant and rude to her. Acting as if it wasn't a big deal. He put the oil, and the oil would spill. All of this happening, because when going for our regular oil change, the filter had been broken. One of the other employees had told my mom that 5 people had gone before her with the same issue. Responsible and professional should be working here. 20 years she's been going there, and it's changed. Which is why, throughout time, people just don't like the dirty and unprofessional work.
