When you first call Jen expertly handles the booking. The visit to the office is efficient and safe. The treatment last approximately 30 minutes. Masks are worn in the waiting room. There is also a beautiful walking trail across the street if you prefer not to wait inside. The car is very clean and protected when it is returned to you. Warning advice and suggestions about drips are given as you take possession of the car. A great staff and business. Known Trenton is a well oiled machine.

I take one of my vehicles to Trenton and the other to Belleville. There is no comparison between the two. Trenton is so much nicer. The shop is very clean and has a nice outside seating area. My car was done on time and was clean and shiny when done. I also got my complimentary product without asking.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and was advised to utilize an aftermarket rust inhibitor system. Krown Rust Control in Trenton was recommended to me, and I was very pleased with their whole process. The team is very professional & communicative and they explained their system benefits in detail. I scheduled an appointment for the following day. Within about 45 mins the vehicle treatment was finished, washed down and ready to go. They also took the time to explain a few key things post application and then advised to repeat the process again in 12 months. I felt they really provided exceptional service and they were very friendly in their approach. Location features ample parking and seated waiting area, it's well organized and I believe they also offer wifi if needed.

I own a nice car that has never been rust proofed...hard to imagine in Ontario! Especially because it's a Toyota Camry that rides low to the ground. So taking it to Krown was a bit intimidating. They were great, even called me after I dropped it off to make sure I knew they were going to drill holes in the doors etc. That was very thoughtful of them. They were fast and thorough and I feel I got great value!

Fantastic service. Had car done in under half an hour. Guys treat vehicles with respect and do a very thorough job. Car came out not only rust proofed but clean and shiny as well. Reception staff is great, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend Krown Trenton for great rust-proofing and great service. :)

Rust protection service is a definate 5. Car wash , wax and tire shine needs some work. They washed and waxed my car. Mirrors and windshield were still foggy with oil or wax residue. After they wash vehicle and make it so called pretty. They park it out back in a mud pit which renders car wash wax and tire shine absolutely useless. Glad I did not pay the $70 value for wash wax tire shine and aqua repel. Aqua repel leaves a fog over your window after use of windshield wipers as well. I do not recommend.

Took my pickup in today for rust proofing and I was totally impressed with this operation. They were on time for my appointment, had 3 techs working on the vehicle and did a thorough job in treating it. They did advise that they could not get 1 tail light out due to a stripped screw so they could not treat the inside of the fender. But, the manager told me to bring it back if I could get the screw drilled out and he would do the missed fender on the spot without an appointment. The truck was washed and ready do go within 30 minutes of my arrival. Great service! Thanks guys,

Nice guys. Had my truck done today. Did a decent job just missed some finishing touches. There is no plug for the hole in my tail gate. I'm now missing plastic clips that hold my engine bay insulation in and the insulation its self is definitely in worse shape then what it was originally and not put back properly.

UPDATE FROM BELOWS REVIEW I was contacted by phone. I went back in as they offered to re spray the door panels and all upper areas. I was already satisfied with the under vehicle spraying. Upped to 4 stars for their proactive concern in calling me directly. This type of coverage does run and drip. Hence if there isn't any coming out the door drain holes its obvious little spray was in the area. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW Good friendly timely etc. - chassis spraying is very good and attentive by Josh. - body panels is lacking and this is the 2nd time its happen, a real disappointment. Its a waist of my time and waiting to get in and have to deal with poor job in the critical panel areas. - someone else was doing the passenger side and I noticed when doing the front door he did NOT put the tube in all the way, maybe 1/3 and out it came. Rear passenger went in all the way. - There is no dripping of the fluid from the doors and no long tube used in the single rocker panel area. It could have just been a fog coming out as I had that happen at a shop in the GTA years ago. No fluid whatsoever and was caught. - I pay the specified price and expect the application to be more than sufficient. 15 min and it was done. I drive a long enough way and its not worth my time or theirs to keep coming back - bottom of all doors and tail gate have drain holes and the tail gate was the only panel with some fluid coming out. Maybe a wee bit on the side Josh did but not near enough. I had been using Krown for at least 40 years. Resent job to see what Rust Check does was WORST and cost more on my wifes Sorento. So I brought my unsprayed vehicle back to this location figuring they'd remember me and past experiences. Apparently not.... the stars given is more than I should give.
