They told my wife that the oil change packages they offer for my 2010 Ford Flex start at around $108 for a full synthetic package and that it would be more $ on top of that because these vehicles tend to hold more oil than a normal vehicle? After I finished laughing I went to Canadian Tire and bought an upgraded oil filter plus a premium synthetic oil for $55. Thankfully I did not fall victim to these crooks. Do your research, change your own oil and save yourself some money.

Moved to trenton from Scarborough, needed a quick oil change, (no Mr Lube out here), I ended up getting Phil! Such an enthusiastic, positive individual! Honestly told me straight what I would need and what I wouldn't need. Only went in for an oil change, but then realized my reverse lights, signal lights and a headlight was out, he honestly found the best way to save me money and got me out asap. Thanks again Phil, will be seeing you again!

I have been going to this location Great Canadian Oil Change in Trenton for a very long time, several years . I love that they have a system where you get a free oil change after you have your GCOC card punched their indicated amount of times. It is a great way they give back to their repeat customers. I have always appreciated the convenience of their business. You just wait your turn and your oil change is done quickly and professionally. The employees are very curtious and have exceptional interpersonal skills. I have gotten quite a laugh there. They were very nice to my dogs that joined me today for my free oil change I had earned through their rewards program of so many oil changes received your card is punched and then a free oil change. I cannot say enough about all the good experiences I have had with this location in Trenton.

Staff were great and although they were fairly busy I was in and out quick. A bit more expensive then my Subaru dealer for the same service, however getting an appointment required better planning theni managed this time around so the drive in nature worked great for me today. I had to toss the free air freshener though. Had sort of a Wintergreen with hint of cinnamon smell and most people would probably like it but I wasn't a fan. But it was free.

Be very very weary of companies that upsell extremely aggressively. I was highly pressured in getting several fluid changes on my brand new vehicle that was less than a year old with less than 10,000 kilometres on it. Do not recommend. If you need an oil change take it somewhere else not here

Fast service. They seem pretty honest, told me basically nothing much needed to be done beyond the oil change. I'm used to places like this always finding extras that "need" to be done. They show you all the fluids and the condition. I don't know much about cars and would trust them anyways, but it's nice they are trying to be as transparent as possible. All in all I was about an hour from when I pulled up, but I think I had bad timing as the cars ahead of me had all recently pulled in.

Service is TOP NOTCH & with 3 bays the wait may be longer than predicted, but still quite quick... However, while I understand paying for convenience, I still find the pricing FAR too high. The loyalty program does help to offset the costs a bit when you get your 6th for free, just not ideal for the average person in these financial times.

They run through their sales pitches but never pressure you to buy anything you don't feel you need and educate you on things that you may! Judge a business on what they do when things go bad. This local business deserves 5 stars for their exceptional customer service. Recently, my partner and I took her brand new Ford Escape for it's first oil change. Everything went well, the young gentleman assisting us was kind and polite. Everything seemed to be typical. However upon driving away, white smoke was coming out the exhaust. We turned around and went back to Great Canadian. In no time they had us back in the bay to re-do the oil change at no cost. Car was started back up, seemed fine, so we drove off once again. At this point all hell broke loose in our car. The engine began to shake, and the check engine light came on. Something was very wrong. We limped back to Great Canadian. Marco and Phill both came out to help us. They looked visibly concerned and let us know that that Jared would take care of us. After some back and forth discussion we figured our SUV needed to see a mechanic so we left it with Great Canadian and Phill went out of his way to drive us home in his personal car. He was candid and really put my partner at ease. Jared (the owner) called a short time after Phill dropped us off. Jared was paying to have the car towed to the mechanic (Lange and Fetter Ford so we could be sure our warranty on our car was not going to be impacted) and he was covering all expenses, including offering a rental car. This alone would have been great, but after the car was seen by a mechanic (spark plug was fouled, Jared investigated the work that was done and believes the gun that pumps oil into the engine malfunctioned overfilling the engine. A simple accident with no one at fault.), Jared drove the vehicle to my partners work for her so we would not have to drive to Trenton to pick it up. I really want to thank Jared, Phill, Marco and all the workers for their great service and their great handling of what could have been a terrible experience.

Unlike most places I've gone to, they don't try to push services onto you, they just check it and suggest options, but you don't feel pressured, and they give you a copy of the checks after, anyways. I went to the great Canadian oil change and wanted an oil change . I always bring my own oil and filter plus air filter. At first they checked my lights and said alls good . I told them the last time I was there they took out a back up light . This time they ignored it. They checked the lights and my one blinker was out but said they all worked. Again they lied . When the oil change was done I asked if they top up all the fluids they Said yes and I asked did u top up the power steering they said yes. I got out of truck grabbed a bottle of steering fluid and filled it up . It was down a qt again another lie. This was the poorest quality and shady work to be had Unreal. I told them I won't be back they said good threw the receipt at me and I didn't get a mileage sticker . ALMOST 60 BUCKS AND I USED MY OWN OIL BEWARE SCAM LIARS BIG TIME

Not a fan. Went there because I needed an oil change and every other place was super busy and unable to help me that day. Long waits. I get they are doing oil changes but I find there is a lot of employees talking to each other instead of getting the work done in a timely manner. I don't appreciate being pushed to buy certain items and when I do say no thank you and that I will take care of it later of necessary I get the doom and gloom it will he the end of the world if we don't take care of it. I feel sorry for the ones who go there that don't know better and get charged an arm and leg for items and work. Only going back if I have absolutely no other choice. From now on I will be waiting at basically any other place for an oil change.

I have been going here for years and loved their service but this past visit did not impress me. The lack of detail was surprising. They only changed my oil but never did they check the air filters, top up all the other fluids or even check tire pressure and oil all the doors. Their attention to all these are the reason I travel from Belleville to Trenton..as a lot of other establishments do not. It's even stated that all of it is included in the price. Very disappointed.

There's a lot of great things to say about this place. Every single person I've encountered that works here has been extremely courteous, professional, and above all knowledgeable. They provide the service you've requested with expert efficiency, and inform you of other options that may apply to your vehicle without feeling as if they're giving you the "hard sell." I went here for years and then purchased a new car. The dealer of course implied my warranty was at stake if I didn't continue to use them for regular service or maintenance. Well, my dealer blew it on a minor maintenance issue and I came to these folks after almost two years away - and THEY PERSONALLY RECOGNIZED ME AND REMEMBERED MY OLD CAR. You can't tell me they don't care. Bottom line, these people are all class acts and I sincerely don't think you'd be disappointed if you made them your oil change place on the regular.

I had went for an oil change and my car was diagnosed with an “oil sweat” which I had paid an additional $50 for which was supposed to fix the problem. I’m now looking at a $4400 bill for a turbo needing to be replaced due to oil being everywhere and the additive having made matters worse. A waste of my time, money and so much damage caused.

With the distraction of my daughter squealing in the back seat, I forgot the manager's name (Dale, I think?), but he was as quick as he could be to ensure we got in and out promptly. Last time I went in they went above and beyond to get my car taken care of since i had some air filter issues and when they didn't have the part we needed. (My car is pretty old and parts aren't exactly common place for it) they made phone calls left to get it managing to get it overnighted. So these guys get an A+. Thanks for being great.

Friendly staff and do a good check over of your car, about all that good there. Spilled bunch of oil on my exhaust and just let it burn off. Tried all the up-selling tricks (compared new to used tranny fluid showed used oil was darker didn't have particulate matter at all) and on top my buddy has a 5.7L truck and I have a 1.4L car both semi synth and costs the same. Only reason to go there is if you're in dire need of an oil change and you can't get to a local mechanic.

They tightened the drain plug to tight end cracked the oil pan and I had to replace it at my own expense 500 dollars I would not recommend this place to anyone
