Love it here! Priced right in and out quick. The staff is always friendly. The bathroom is clean. I bought a package so I pay a monthly price and I can come as often as I want. Best value by far. It’s a season pass to a clean car!

Brought my Armada to Broad Street Car Wash & it was the best car wash I’ve had. They are currently open even with the COVID situation. You stay in the car and they do exterior only. The owner is so friendly! I can’t wait to get the full interior/exterior experience when the current situation is over! 10 stars!!

I won't invest my money there again! The wash job was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the vaule. I bought floor mats, on an impulse buy I was told that the staff would place them down; they never did. So after a few days I put them down myself and find out they're too small for my back seat floor. Naturally I go to return them and the owner tells me he can't accept them cause they are opened! However no disclaimer of that nature was on the receipt or anywhere in their facility. In situations like this customer service should trump all yet they obviously lacked that philosophy. Based on my experience with them I'd say their quality of customer service needs much improvement before they get positive feedback from me.

Staff and the crew did a decent job and very courteous and I enjoy watching my ride go through the wash. I paid for the premium wash and was sadly disappointed with the attention to detail. While everyone was working extremely fast only one side of tires has the wheel wet applied well. I had to roll down my windows to get the window edges myself as well as open my doors and get the door lining and frame areas. The inside had a section of plastic railing that had some small dirt foot print still there from my son and all I had to do is use there terry towel I bought after wards to wipe it down. So it appears it was completely missed. I expected a little more dirt the price and perhaps a quality control check by a supervisor of sorts before sending me on my way in such a rush. They were very busy, but I paid $30 for the full job and feel like I only received a middle of the road job.

I like this car wash. Used to go faithfully every Friday but stopped because I have a few parts on my car that I don't want to end up getting knocked off the car due to anything. Plus I like to wash my car myself anyway. Good prices and fast service.

As you can see in below picture, a basic job of vacuuming sand was not even accomplished. I understand that this was not a detailing, however for $15 + tip, it is ridiculous that I witnessed 5-6 guys inside the car “cleaning” and this is what the end result looks like. It is definitely my last time giving this place business. People deserve to see poor service also.

This is my go to place. Have to lower and give one star. Last Saturday came in everything is going well and then one of the workers could not get the a car to turn on. It got bumped and they stopped the track. They got the vehical to turn on but instead of notifying any one they acted like nothing happened. I checked my car it was ok but will think twice on going back.

I do have the monthly club service. I think they do well. My only issue is the vacuuming as said before but thats minor. I have been thinking about having them detail my Tahoe for winter. Have to check the prices.

I've been to this car wash a couple of times and I am done using them. I am quite often the person to give the benefit of the doubt and have done so when I l've driven away with a car wash that my children could of done a better job at. I drove away today with the inside of my car looking seemingly untouched by a rag. Footprints on the side of the doors and the back of the front seats. My suv has leather interior a wipe down is both effortless and quick in order to provide a quality job to the customers who patron your business when there are so many other options. When I called and tried to speak to someone regarding the quality of the car wash the women who answered the phone was short and dismissive. Will not return again.

Great service specially if you have the platinum package. 15 minutes and you are out. 30 minutes when is completely full but is worth the wait. They leave your car or truck looking brand new.

Arrogant, impolite people. They did a very unprofessional work. Didn’t vacuum well the car and scratched my car. There were glue on my car. I will not recommend this place to anyone. All the employees are very lazy. They have done a reckless job. Shame on you!

Laziest car wash I've ever been to. Put all my belongings in bags before I went to simplify things. they didn't even move the bags to vacuum. Interior is still dusty. Just all around embarrassing. My kid can do better.

The people who work there are careless. They forced my car into the rail of the washing station, and as I pointed and yelled that the car was not in correctly; the man kept forcing my car into the rail. Causing the left side wheel to have a problem later down the road, and I caught them laughing. Good for them that im a God fearing man. IF YOU DECIDE TO TAKE YOUR CAR THERE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR CAR. Or skip this place altogether

I use my car for work and I purchase car washes With the monthly plans they offer. They have three different monthly programs all priced fairly. When my clients get into my car I always get Complements on how clean my car is and I tell them it’s not me it’s the car wash next to McDonald’s on south broad.

Be VILFy Plant-Based Journey

Very basic wash. Nothing extra since workers do a rush job. They are less concerned about actually cleaning your car. More concerned with moving the line. They post signs advertising services they don’t provide. Owner Doug doesn’t care about customer service or actually providing the services they have posted. They do not tell you they actually don’t offer the advertised services until it is too late and you are already stuck in the line. Not going back to this place.

They do a great job but to purchase the unlimited wash they require a credit card and the explanation was they accrue fees every month, I can't understand what that has to do with my credit card, it sounded a little shady so I decided not to go with the unlimited wash, don't think I'll go back

The best car wash in the business. I washed every car that i owned @ this location. Even my 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme that's been sitting for 7 years.The best service is the $19 dollar one, the supreme. That service cleans your car thoroughly. I also own a 2013 Ford Fusion. It actually makes my car shine like it just came from a showroom floor. I would rate it 10 stars if I had that option....

I went in there the other day the owner is out there washing cars with his employees. The owner starts making fun of me for wearing my mask in the car. Which was rude and unprofessional. 2nd he is always making comments about how he will never learn Spanish to run a business in America. However all his his employees are Spanish. He seems racist and he does value his customers.
