Three weeks ago, my husband and I were traveling in PEI when our AC decided to stop working. As we were traveling from PEI back to New Brunswick we decided to stop in at this dealership to see if we could have our Acadia looked at. We were informed that our car could not be looked at until 5pm (it was about 2pm at this time). My husband informed the service staff that we had our 4 month old son and that we were on our way back to NB to pack up and head home to Ontario. Upon hearing our situation, the service manager Marvin Weeks, immediately told my husband to bring in our vehicle to have it looked at. We were immediately served and within a few minutes our car was being looked From the moment we stepped foot in the dealership, we were made to feel at home and were so impressed with the friendliness of staff and I needed to express our sincere thanks and appreciation!

Well, I felt it was time to trade in my 2013 Chevrolet Sonic. So, I decided to look at Township where I originally got my car. I noticed this beautiful 2016 Chevrolet Cruze. After talking to salesman Simon Bruce, and sales manager, Chris Smith, with Ed Shea, I was able to trade my car for the Cruze. Simon was really personable towards me and my mother, and really helped me get into the Cruze. I would recommend going to Township if you want to get a good car.

I wasn't yet due to trade in my car, however there was employee pricing available as well as a vehicle available that I had my eye on to trade with. The process was great and I had a great experience with the Sales Representative. I would highly recommend Township as my experience was definitely a good one!

The Township Chev GM Service Department has deteriorated greatly from previous visits I have made. The new Service Advisor was very inexperienced and seemed to take more interest in up selling unneeded repairs instead of providing the reliable and trustworthy GM Certified service I have had here in the past. My appointment took over four hours to complete and it was an MVI and an annual brake service. This GM Dealer tried to use non OE aftermarket brake parts that were over inflated in price. When I requested OE GM parts I was quoted a largely inflated price to try and discourage my OE parts request. I later found out they had no OE parts in stock. In the end I ended up paying well over what I was quoted when I booked the service. To make matters worse I left Township Chev with brakes that were not functioning properly and signed off as MVI “passed” by the GM Certified Technician. When I got home I received a text message from Township Chev asking me to leave a five star review and in return I would receive a free car wash! I was so insulted by this bribe and still squirming from the customer service I received that I contacted the business owner. When I explained what happened he offered an apology and an invitation to return snd have a talk with him. He explained it sounded like there was a “communication issue” and he wanted to know what could be done to fix this and prevent future occurrences. I declined the invitation because it came across as very insincere and an obvious “flag waving” attempt. He would not even own up to what his business just did to a dedicated GM customer of 45 years. His parting response was “thank you for the feedback.” I ended up telling him that he should already know what needed to be done without another visit by myself. I have since ordered online the required GM OE parts at less than half the price quoted by Township. I will not return to this dealer for Certified GM service. I an very disappointed in the service I received and in the Owners lack of an acceptable resolution. Buyer be aware! This GM Service Department is going downhill.

Our sales person, Helena, was awesome and continues to be. Not pushy at all and very knowledgable about all the features on the vehicle. Finance experience was not fantastic. It felt scripted, robotic and impersonal and was pushy when it came to buying added features. Thankfully our sales person saved the day and the sale. She genuinely cared about us and it shows. Eddie was also fantastic to deal with. The vehicle is amazing. It drives and feels like the luxury vehicle I had hoped for. The sale was three months in the making and I highly recommend Township. Fantastic. I turned in an old leased vehicle for a new leased vehicle. Right from the start, David the business manager was very kind, very genuine, this is extremely important to me, along with respect and empathy . David very competent and I liked him from the get go. Then I met CJ who again was very genuine and competent. For a young man he was very intuitive. I spent most time with CJ what was most impressive was his ability to relate to a much older female customer. Most times in this circumstance from my perspective is a very uncomfortable position because of the age difference. Right from the start, we got along. CJ listened to everything I stated. He has an easy way about him, that is comforting . We talked about our dogs. He was always present, unlike many young people around much older people. David and CJ have a great sense of humor and very engaging and helped me find my perfect vehicle. I spent two days and close to six hours at the dealership and I felt very comfortable and more importantly in good hands. From a female perspective, all this is of the utmost importance, the feeling of respect and dignity. In my experience of being a female, many people, especially men are condescending and disrespectful and unresponsive and dismissive. At no time did anyone at this dealership made me feel irrelevant. I dealt with Don the financial manager who again was very easy going and never "talked down to me " He was very competent and proficient and knowledgeable explaining the entire process. Very nice respectful person. I really appreciated the free tank full of fuel and having all features of my new leased vehicle fully explained. CJ called me the next day to ensure that I was completely satisfied with all aspects of my experience and how I was personally and if there were any issues and/or questions and if I were enjoying my new vehicle. I was and am very satisfied and conveyed my feelings and sentiments respectfully. I mentioned about connecting my phone and Google music and CJ stated he was working until closing and stop in and he would handle all inquiries. I did stop in that evening. CJ set everything up was very upbeat. David came to say hello and another sales representative, Helena actually took the time to introduce herself . I was initially scheduled to deal with Helena. I liked Helena right from the start. She is very upbeat and approachable and I am glad that I had the opportunity to meet her. She assured that she also was here for me at anytime. Amazing (: An interesting fact is that, initially upon learning that Helena would not be my representative and that I was to he dealing with a male representative caused me to be apprehensive. I was doing this transaction by myself and was very happy to hear that I was going to deal with another woman. My apprehension was immediately replaced with upon dealing with David, CJ and Don. While at the dealership, I had an opportunity to observe my surroundings. I immediately noticed and felt a sense of community, a very comfortable environment among the entire staff. They worked together like a well oiled machine. While I noticed that everyone was busy, it was a very functioning environment. I was greeted by anyone passing by. I was offered refreshment on several occassions by anyone whom I was interacting. To my surprise, I noticed that everywhere I observed, everyone appeared to be happy. As a person who worked in a poisoned environment, I couldn't help but feel happy. It is always wonderful to deal with happy satisfied people. I think that this should be noted and commended for I honestly can't say that I have ever been in such a pleasant enterprise. To me, this is unheard of and I believe that head office should acknowledge this dealership. I am very satisfied and would not have a problem stopping in, if I have questions or needed assistance. My Colorado overheated, had them check for leaks as coolant was empty. They replaced a clamp on the rad hose, 8 dollar clamp ,,, total for bill $260.00 ... not a good way to retain customers. do not recommend them.

If I went on the interaction I had with Kim and Lynn then I would have been able to make my first visit to Township a 5 star experience! I Booked my appointment with Township as I was not able to get into Hillsides for a few more weeks and wanted to get my winter tires off. My appointment was at 10am it took 2 hrs for them to change my tires, I believe this is a ridiculous amount of time to change a set of tires. I will go back to Hillsides for the rest of my service, they even give you a free car wash!

Found a car via Social media I had been keeping an eye out for. Township staff were quick to answer my questions and have me behind the wheel to test drive. Within the matter of a few hours I was the new owner. Finance staff worked together to have me approved within minutes and the paper work was quickly and efficiently taken care of. I have to hand it to my Salesman Bobby Berrigan for putting up with all my questions and concerns. Bobby was easily reached at anytime of the day and made sure all my concerns were taken care of. I did find myself concerned with the verified inspection and expressed that to management which in turn had Earl from service go over the inspection with me and clarify any concerns. Overall I think Town Ship is a reasonable dealership to work with and if you have any concerns with the process of purchasing a vehicle their staff will do there best to make sure they are met.

I wish i could give 3.5 stars.... Sales: Banky was a superstar here. He worked with my pricepoint. Which is admittedly fairly low. On a used vehicle. Come out with a 13 cruze 1.8L appeared to be in great shape besides a rocker panel. I have no beef with that as my pricepoint was again low. Issues with the coolant system start shortly after purchase (near 3 months) and now we get to service: The service manager is awesome. Fair, polite, will work towards issue resolution with a mutually positive outcome. Service advisors: this can be hit or miss. Kim has been great and even tries to do what she can even with our service contract (ext warranty) provider who is sometimes less than cooperative (shout out to agreements section in sales for advising to get one. Worth it). Other advisors feel like they have a goal of pushing you through and charging a quota of diagnostics time. 1.5h for an issue thats throwing a code with obvious symptoms is far too long just to see whats wrong) courtesy car issues are likely out of their control at the moment. No beef there as they at least will give you a cab one way or another. With the right techs this could be 5 stars all day every day. But 4 visits to diagnose a water pump 2 visits to diagnose a sensor that was mentioned as worth checking by the client thats unacepptable. Kim and Marvin have retained me at this point. Communication is so important and those 2 are great at it.

Our car broke down, even before our day had begun. We called ahead to the dealership to let the service department know what had happened. We had our car towed, then diagnosed. We were given a rental to get us back on the road. Within an hour, we knew what was wrong. Within a few hours, the car was fixed. Although it proved to be a very expensive afternoon, service was extremely fast, even though the waiting area was full. We really appreciated it.

Reply to the owner: I called your staff but as expected it's just the excuses If you're an international student, recent immigrant, long distant buyer or someone who doesn't have much knowledge about financing a car, please dont go in here. They could trick you saying attractive offers initially and delivering something else at last. And if you still think to go forward make sure you ask them about the interest rate and total price including the interest rate. Once you buy something from them, they will not even care to exchange it or do something else for you. Also make sure what are the accessories that you get with the car, including tyres, no. of keys etc etc. Overpriced and will not give you a clear picture on anything unless you ask specifically.
