Quality, professional, and personal service from pretty much all the guys and gals at the counter. They're knowledgeable, and helpful with any question you might have about servicing and maintaining your own vehicle. The parts can be pricy, but every once in a while you'll find a part that beats out any online price you can find. The tools they carry are of excellent quality, if you want to spend money. I wouldn't recommend buying the lower price options as far as tools go, as I haven't had any luck with them.

I went to napa to buy 1 gallon of spray nine and some disposable gloves and I asked if they have N95 masks and they gave 2 masks to me for free. It was very thoughtful of them.

Looked for over a year for parts to fix my treadmill, as a last resort I dropped in to Provincial Auto Parts and Daryl was able to supply me the bearing needed to fix the treadmill. Just finished a 1 hour walk, works great.
