Good car wash, bright and clean. Wash worked very well, strong spray from.wand, cleaned off all the road dirt. Change machine worked well for $20 bill. Machine was quick to switch between wash and rinse too.

They left the office early on the Victoria Day Holiday despite me having my uHaul rental scheduled for that afternoon. NOT a reliable uHaul service outlet. I can only imagine what else they half ass.

Ok first off, I would like to just state that in NO way am I a hateful, and rude person... but the experience I had at this car wash with the owner (she has a SERIOUS attitude problem). I'm a university student at Laurentian in Sudbury, and my boyfriend came down to visit from Waterloo, and I thought we'd both wash our cars for fun... so we headed to the closest do it yourself car wash in the South End, and it was Tommy's Car wash. I went to get some change from the inside area, and there was this larger woman, with dark short hair and a terrible look on her face... and she said yes can I help you? 1. Is that how you greet your customers? I hope not, and if so.. shame on you 2. Why the miserable look? If you're having a bad day... take a day off, and don't rub your attitude off on your paying customers!! Anyways, I asked for change, and then I inquired on the cost for a rental for the following weekend (didn't want to add KM to my car) to go home, and she just plainly said we are sold out and our cars range on the most expensive side ... THAT WAS IT...I was so offended and disgusted by her seriously! Her parents seriously failed at teaching her any manners and I know she was probably from the same cultural background as me, and in our culture RESPECT, POLITENESS and courtesy is VERY important. She failed failed failed... I walked out just baffled, and this old white man asked me if I needed help, and I was surprised at how kind he was, so I asked him who that lady was and he said oh that's sharon our big boss. I was STUNNED that someone like her would be running any type of business. The man was very friendly, easy going, and he even offered to detail my car and try to get me a discount for the awful experience. But I know me detailing my car would only put money into that woman's pocket...so NO thanks. I seriously suggest NO ONE uses this car wash!

I'm going to leave an honest review. I'm friends with the owners son, who has for the most part taken over as operator of the business. He's the kind of guy that spends months perfecting what he's interested in doing. That being said, he's invested considerable amount of time in trying different high quality products, watching instruction videos to offer a high quality detail. He's there six days a week so needless to say he's devoted. I know there's a couple bad reviews but I wouldn't make my decision until you see the quality of his work and the good price that goes with it. Alas with any customer service business you can't make everyone happy but I bet he'll make you drive away with a nice shine and a good feeling.

The bays need to be sprayed out as they where all filled with mud .. last thing you wanna do is try and wash youre car while standing in mud.. other than that I like washing my car here.
