They dont do your car if u have animals because his guy is allergic either get a new guy or take allergy pills or someone else do it. No way of talking to people owner or manager i spoke to clearly not interested in helping... Horrible Customer Service ......

Despite other reviews, I had a very different experience at show room shine. I showed up (unannounced) with a VERY dirty truck, both inside and out. I was given a time to return and a time it would take (roughly 30mins) and got back a spotless vehicle at an incredible price. I am more than happy with the service, the price and the end result and I will use Show Room Shine any time I'm in Sudbury.

BEWARE! There are many words to describe the owner, Owen but professional isn't one of them. 4-letter words best describe this surly, cantankerous character. At best he's unreasonable; at worst, vile and repugnant. Not sure how a nasty, unpleasant service provider can remain in business. I'm sure he has a toxic reputation by now.

Seeing people complain about it not being $20 anymore piss me off. It's $30 now for an in and out, you can't beat that price anywhere, not even in your own garage. I'm a smoker and you wouldn't even know that I've been smoking in my car after they're done with it. Hand dry too. Been going here since I bought my car 4 years ago and I'll never change.

Made an appointment for a car cleaning. Showed up and he told us the car was too dirty for a cleaning (very dusty as it's a work vehicle but nothing crazy). Only bring your clean cars here for cleaning.

Atrocious service - should have listened to the other reviewers. Sign outside says $20 inside/out. Called to book appointment, was told SUV would be $40-50. Booked anyway and dropped off vehicle. As he was about to start it, Owen calls me to say price is $80 because my kids brought sand into the car. Don't waste your time.

This was my first visit and even though the truck was nice and clean...the service was absolutely horrendous. He treated me poorly because I wasn't there 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. My appointment was for 9:00am and I walked in the door at around 8:57am. I wasn't aware you had to be 10 mins early for a car clean? This was my first and last visit for sure.

Show Room Shine was recommended by a local car dealer (Palladino) to clean my vehicle..and after my first experience a few years back, I have used them every time. This time I have decided to write the review because Owen and his crew exceeded my expectations--I brought in my Honda Civic 2015 to a complete cleaning and wax job (ask for waxing--results amazing). I noticed that when I dropped it off, part of the plastic trim had become loose in my back seat, left. When I picked the car up the next day, not only did it look great--but that trim problem had also been fixed. What's not to like about these guys!!

Awesome work ! I’m very picky on keeping my vehicles clean. The ceramic coating and interior detailing was over the top. My 2016 Chevy Silverado ( 5 years later ) was nicer than the day I picked it up out of the showroom. No issues with my first experience, and will definitely deal with again.

If you have dogs you are not welcome at show room shine. I’m not sure why this is not advertised, I was unaware I needed to notify them of this. When I picked my car up the man working was very and angry and rude with me.

I am putting this review on behalf of my parents, as per their request as they are not good with technology. My elderly parents own a GMC truck and my mom called Show Room Shine for a quote. She was quoted 250 by the man on the phone. When my dad went in and had it done and my dad explained that he was quoted 250. The guy at the store claimed he never quoted my mom this. My dad argued it then eventually got the quoted price. Once my dad returned home, my mom called Show Room Shine and asked how much to get the same work done and he said 260. So then she questioned him on why he would change the quoted price once my dad arrived and he denied it all. Then my parents good friend called and asked for a quote for the same job on her truck and he quoted her 500. So she questioned his prices and he replied "if your not happy go somewhere else". Wow! That is not a way to run a business! Will never return. Not even worth one star. Other businesses in Sudbury are charging 80 dollars for the exact same job!

One star is 1 too many. I have never seen a businessman that so did not want to work. The owner is the rudest man I have ever seen I would rather have anyone but him cleaning my car. He needs to learn how to treat a potential customer.

They do amazing work...for the comments below I seen some of thoughs cars go into the shop for cleaning..they look like pig style's. I would hate to see their homes. I don't blame him for giving the keys back & refusing to do them.

Obviously does not need business. Went in today to book an appointment since phone is often not answered. He told me to call next week to book an appointment. I said then please answer your phone. His reply: a sarcastic "really. Go somewhere else . And you will pay more. Would not recommend this place to my best enemy.

giving one star is one to many. This man has zero manners, is arrogant, and no social skills once so ever. I brought my car to his shop, he opened driver door closed it and said he wasn't cleaning it, was to dirty. I reply by asking him this is a car cleaning service. His response was yes but you have to help out !!!! Ummmm no I'm pretty sure that the service I'm paying for is to clean my car. Also make sure you park close to his shop, as I had parked a few feet from his shop and he rudely said to me go get it I'm not running 2 blocks to look at your car. I have never encountered such awful customer service.

Oh my god!!! I couldn't believe how rude I was treated. No way to treat a customer and expect any repeats or recommendations. ...especially when it's a cash only deal (lucky for them I'm a nice person and won't report) On top of it all I came home and cleaned the dirt and coffee drips that was missed. I'm not a fussy person, and pride myself in putting my best happy face on with everyone, but this experience really shocked me.

Had an appointment today at 1. Got there for the guy to ask me what I was there for, told him I had an appointment... Took my keys and left to get in my vehicle, comes back in 2 seconds later and says, no, I'm not doing this. Told me I have too much dog hair due to the fact that he's allergic (which my dogs were only in my vehicle about 6 months ago) and said "you guys" wait too long to get your vehicles done and that this isn't an "in and out" job, this will take a few hours. Let me inform you'd that while making the appointment the only question that was asked was what kind of vehicle I had. So before going to this "shop" I suggest you have no animals or have never come in contact with any animals and probably get your car detailed before bringing it to him to get detailed. Probably the worst place and I agree will the people that said it doesn't even deserve a rating. Brutal!
