Il me dit que la communication est mauvaise... j'appelle à Sherbroke, la demoiselle est de service et tente de m'aider mais le malheur, elle possède le même numéro de téléphone que moi vers le même gars qui ne sait pas un mot de francais et ni d'anglais! WOW. J'ai donc une laveuse qui ne fonctionne pas flambant neuve super garantie que personne ne peut appliquer ou gérer. Donc, magasiner chez Home Depot c'est bien mais faut pas que ça brise car c'est plus cher que prévu... J'ai meublé casi toute la maison avec Home Depot. J'ai des regrets... et surtout une peur bleue des bris car aucun service et ce même si vous payez la garantie prolongée... vous aller vous faire un compte sur une autre entreprise qui vous réfère finalement au fabriquant.
