I absolutely love this newly remodeled place! The self serve wash bays are excellent! The water pressure is certainly one of the best I've ever seen. Haven't used the vacuums yet but I'm certain it's fantastic! My only concern is that, I'd wish the panel where it shows the time could also display how much money is being spent as I'm doing the wash when I use my debit or credit card. But its just a small concern, nothing major. The lighting in and around this place is great as well.

Awesome place for both self and drive tru service but it can get super busy. Update Dec 2021: not only it can get super busy but after the renovation you can easily spend 15 bucks for a self serve. So keep that in mind and just go for a drive tru anywhere else or the one located here.

Nice carwash conveniently located near Bathurst and Hwy 401. I tried the touch less carwash today. The wash was great, thought the drying at the end didn't fully dry my car. The experience, however, was pretty next level. I love how they put a lot of effort into that because it definitely elevated my expectations for carwashes!

Carwash was fine but my windows froze over immediately after I left and I couldn't see a thing out the window. Drive home was very dangerous, I had to stick my head out the window in the cold wind just to avoid crashing. I should have known better than to get a car wash during a blizzard but the staff shouldve warned me this might happen or at least not offer those services. One star To the owner - you're right that I decided to get the service done and that is my fault. But I am not an expert in the carwash fluids and I had no idea what the freezing point of those liquids is. Your staff are the experts, and they do know what the freezing point is. So they must have known that there was a danger of freezing over. It is only common decency and your responsibility to let me know of that danger. I would have definitely returned in the next few days to get the service done. But I will never come back now since it is clear you care about your customers money more than their safety. Offering those services during a dangerously cold day is shamefully neglectful of you

Tapped my phone there, got charged $19 right away which gave me 4 minutes of time. Taped a card just to check, usually 5 give you 4 minutes of time. Hung the hose and left. So 24 dollars to know that I’m never coming back to that place. And leave with a dirty car. But before it closed for renovation, it was an ok place. (Coins only but still) Next one closest to the neighbourhood is on keel, large but old and dirty. Nothing to compare with those ones in Oakville or Oshawa, newer, larger and with a convince of paying with the card .....

Been using this car was for about 1 year, best cleaning of any car wash I tried before. However... Sometimes after drying, water from the ceiling leeks down on the car while driving out. Also last time I used it, my car was was stopped at the beginning stages, full of foam, frozen instantly at -20C, and the voice over said to exit the car wash. After calling the help number, I was let in a second time of no charge. Worked out well after that.

One of the best, if not the best self-service car wash in Toronto. The place is very clean and the equipment is brand new. The water is really hot and with pressure and without leaks. ???? The only observation I have is even rinsing my car with pressure and then with Spot-Free Rinse, I noticed the water still made a little foam when touching the car. After drying the car with a good towel, it didn't left any spots. ????????

Overall not a bad car wash place to go clean off that winter salt everyone loves so much lol. A little bit on the pricey side for the touchless car wash but I would say it is worth the price as it does a very good job. Getting into the place is a little less than desirable if you are going in rush hour traffic but it's Toronto so i recommend going at off hours. Overall not a bad place if your a car enthusiast like myself and want the touchless service or you are just looking to get a car wash.

Tried using the app several times to purchase the car wash but kept getting a server error message while parked outside the wash , ended up paying at the kiosk but missed out on loyalty reward for my first wash. Otherwise the premises were clean, safe, kiosk was easy to use to purchase the wash. Quality of the wash was good (purchased the top tier wash) , still had some water left over on some areas after the high speed dryer (which was pretty powerful), but was was still great.

Ok this place is decent for a car wash i read all the reviews thoroughly prior to my visit so i had some ideas of the pros and cons of this place. I only used the self serve wash and only used the spray washers not the brushes as they scratch paint especially if you just had a new paint job which i have anyways i used my card during my visit as i don't trust coin payments as i have lost money numerous times at other car washes. you need to hold your card for 3 seconds it tells you accepted and you select your options then you need to wait roughly 30 seconds for it to actually initiate then if like myself your in the middle of spraying at a certain point it shuts off you then have to repeat the same procedure and yet again select your options wait another 30 seconds then continue when your done press stop or you'll be charge full amount. so i wash my car leave get home check my card charges and i have 4 charges two for $10 and two charges i assume are my actual wash time. I'm waiting to see if those two $10 charges are actually only temporary and not posted. if they're only temporary then all good if not it has costed me $37 for 12 minutes use minus the loss of the 1 1/2 minutes wasted waiting for initiation again all in all if my assumptions are correct then it has costed me $ 17.47 for 11 minutes of washing my own car using only sprayer nothing else. i suggest if your ocd like i am it would be cheaper for the vip+ package that you drive through and it does everything including drying your car and apparently 90-94% dry spotless afterwards so the reviews snd website claim. I will see on my future visits and include pictures this time. oh yeah the payment station is also the wash station options under a plexiglass cover you need to lift each time you want to select anything so that also waste time sadly but it's not bad a station considering the renovations but it is expensive considering what it is mind you most other places have increased their prices as well and still have old equipment. This place is da spot where I grew up. They have gone through many upgrades and the facility is looking mint. Everytime I go to wash my car I feel good because I know I'm receiving quality service. To me it's very important to keep my vehicle up to par with how I look like, sexy. I do enjoy spending my time at this car wash and feel like I'm at the fast and the furious meet spot. Big ups styllll.

Made my first visit here today and was impressed. I used the self wash. Although it was very busy when I arrived staff were outside to queue and direct traffic. The premises were very clean. There were no overflowing litter bins or mud anywhere. The self car wash bay was clean, modern and easy to use. I liked that they had clips to hang your floor mats. There are easy to follow instructions posted. Everything was in working order and there is very good water pressure. If paying by debit or credit you are simply charged for your time used when you press stop, so there is no need to worry about running out of time. You can also use cash for a preset time. I will definitely be back here to use the self wash again and will consider using the touch less car wash.

The only place in Toronto I take my car for a premium touchless car wash. The owner is extremely helpful. I was concerned about the undercarriage wash damaging my Tesla's battery, when I told him he turned it off temporarily. Furthermore, since it was my first time there he walked me through the self serve options, gave me free minutes to wash my floor mats and also gave me (again for free) good quality microfiber cloth to use in the future. In short, the owner is helpful and definitely go here if you want an effective touchless car wash.

Touchless wash wasn't bad, got the VIP package - however it seems like the machine they use needs some TLC, the driver side wasn't dry at all and the machine kept on dripping while drying. However, futuristic and very clean. Will use their self serve bays soon!

Probably the best car wash place in Toronto. I've sworn by this place for about a year now and will keep coming back. There are two drive thru garages that do a superb and thorough job, especially if you opt for the VIP+ option. There's no comparison to be made with your average gas station. There are also 3 self wash bays, $5 for 4 minutes, extremely bright and well lit, and the pressure on the hoses are great. Vacuums are pretty good. There always seem to be people around at all hours of the day.

THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED. The change Machine stole my $5 bill. No one was willing to help or review the camera to acknowledge that the machine stole my money and provide temporary conpensation. $5 =4min which is expensive for a coin car wash. Standard is $4 for 5min. First 30+ seconds the machine only sprinkled water so $5 = 3:30 seconds of useful time. Over all i used $7 (plus $5 stolen = $12) and my car didn't clean. I usually get a full selfserve at $4-5 with time for a wax spray which I didn't get to here. Setting changes were slow and bays more narrow than standard bays.

I have been for a wash here about 8 times now and always do the VIP+ because of the extra coatings of cleaner and dry time. This new location is way more advanced then the previous wash and love the way that everything is laid out. However even being the newest technology in the industry the wash does not dry well at all every time it passes it drips everything it dried back on to the car if this was rectified it would be a definite 5 Star.

Tried their VIP+ today and the wash was good. But the drying was pretty bad. Passenger side was mostly dried but the driver side seemed relatively untouched by their air dryers. Seems like a pretty big flaw in their equipment/setup. Update: they reached out and explained what happened and rectified the situation. Great customer service!

Excellent, the VIP wash really cleans well, the owner and staff are truly friendly, generous and helpful, considered by many to be the best no touch car wash in TO. The self service bays are also clean and effective. Hot tip, the VIP wash has a light and colour display that is a delight for kids! Worth it sometimes just for that.

It's OK. I don't think I'm coming back. The touch-free machines are really cool and moderns but my car wasn't spotless and I paid for the spotless option. I ended up having to clean the windshield myself. I paid for the double dry thing, car came out pretty wet. On top of that vacuum is not cheap. I gave it a try since it's closer to home, but I'll stick to my good old carwash. I don't like giving bad reviews at all. I respect businesses, but I definitely think things need to be improved here .

Nice looking place, modern system. Unfortunately, the quality/effectiveness of the touchless wash is not good. I took my car in as it was dusty due to local construction. While the superficial dirt was removed, anything beyond (IE - a bit a fairly fresh bird poop on my hood) that remained on the car. I could accomplish the same thing with a hose or good rainfall. Waste of 20 bucks.

I tried this car wash today (self-wash), my first time since the remodeling, and will definitely be back. It is heads and shoulders above what it used to be, this place is clean, well lit, the soap and foam is abundant and most importantly, the water pressure is perfect. I also love the ability to use my debit card instead of getting a pocket full of dirty coins. I really hope the new ownership/mgmt maintains this place, i've searched all over Toronto for the past 10yrs looking for a place like this! A definite Unicorn in a sea of pathetic Toronto self-serve car washes! Is it a tad pricy? Yes, but you get what you pay for, so if you care about what your car looks like and don't mind paying an extra few bucks to clean your pride and joy, you won't be diappointed.

I choose the VIP+ self-wash. It looks very modern and fun. But quite dissapointing. Sides were not clean almost at all. The windshield the mid was cleaned ok, but sides stayed the same with watermarks. As a fun experience is ok. But doesnt really works. Generally, waste of money.

U paying only because they invest to much money in advertising their carwash and now they want their money back. 19$ for a single wash,it’s not worth it, at all. Just wait for another rainy day, because first of all it will be for free, and rain will do a way better wash then this place. Trust me. I really really liked the touch free car wash. Maybe does not dry the car 100% but atleast 80% dry once your done. It does an amazing job in terms of washing overall and leaving the car shining as ever that’s because they use great products in their wash. Kudos to the team at VIP car wash for introducing such an amazing service in Mid town area

Nice and clean establishment, touchless car wash was very thorough and did a great job (my car is pearl black). Regular pricing was fairly expensive but their winter specials are not bad very comparable to a gas station touch free wash price.

The place looks ok, But the guy in charge is pushing the people like desperate to get more cars in. I do understand that but even though you are paying for the service and time to use the carwash equipment. He is just pushing the people to go quick in and out. last time that I go to this place. I do prefer to go to any gas station carwash than at this place where there is going to be somebody making you feel like you work for him or he is doing you a favour. I didn't even finish my car because he didn't make me feel comfortable at all and I end up just going to a different place to get my car done! I just waste my money at this place!!! Treating people like that you guys will lose a lot of costumers. busy or not I was paying for the service! mine your business! BTW I was one of these costumers keeping your place busy! but rushing people out, you will be dealing with a lot of frustrated costumers and negative comments.

We had a voucher for the basic package. Guess what? The basic package doesn't clean your car. Your car stays dirty and dusty. We complained to the owner. He calls it "road film". I guess the 'basic package' means that basically, you need to pay him more money. I see that he has happy customers here, but perhaps because of that, in our interaction with him he could not care less about our bad experience. That does not sound like VIP treatment to me. We won't be back.

Good facility and very clean. However, they just don't want you to bucket wash. I prefer to handwash with my detergent. So I went there on a Tuesday morning when there were literally no cars. So that nobody had to wait while I bucket wash. But still an employee came and asked me not to bucket wash. I told him that the notice on the wall said no bucket wash when others are waiting and there was no one except me. He argued a little and then let me wash. They also don't seem to like if you stay there after washing, doing wax on your own. Let me tell you. If you prefer to use your own detergent, handwash, and wax yourself, then do not go to this place. They focus too much on making more money, so handwash and handwax is not welcome here.

Tried the self service wash tonight and it is very good! I'd suggest that you let people know how much time the first 5 dollars cover, and how much every extra minute costs. I liked the feature that I didn't have to tap my card again until it reached $19.

Best freaking car wash I've ever been to, will absolutely be back when I'm in town! (And I've been through ALOT!) I enjoy keeping my vehicles clean while traveling around the country and spend countless dollars at both touchless car washes and coin self washes. Recently coin self washes were doing a better job than touchless washes which would leave water spots all over even after the dry cycles....VIP Car Washes touchless wash was not only super cool and unique to ride through but left my ride completely dry AND looking better than when it left the dealership!! I wish there was more locations like this across the country!

I used the touch free car wash service tonight. The cleaning was great, but the drying was really bad. It feels like the dryer needs to do another pass to really dry the vehicle. I ended up driving away with drops of water on all panels of the car and windows. Otherwise the cleaning process was really good and the rinsing was great. Just wish the dryer actually dried the car. Also dropping a star because the price is much higher compared to other places.

Pretty neat cash wash. This place has definitely revolved over the years. Started as your basic cook operated wash and now has a cult following. They have good water and soap in the self serve and also do a good job in the automatic sections (now there are two bays). If you need more cleaning, they have vacuums too.

Their new look is really impressive. If you take the time to read the information panel, you'll quickly realize you don't need to bring cleaners and waxes, etc. Everything is right there! I was very pleased with the result.

Highly recommended! Modern facility, super comfortable access to the bay, Pay stations and the wash both was real touch free and the result was great! their top wash was a little more expensive than Esso but they are not even comparable! vacuum and self service area was super clean.

This is a fantastic place for washing your car with very clean bays and great water pressure. Reason for losing a star is because it takes at least $5 to start and the comparatively expensive than any other ones.

I had a nice experience here today! The owner or manager (I believe his name was Ammy) greeted me personally and helped me through a selection of car wash services. This business is also contactless friendly (accepting tap/Apple Pay at self serve wash stations, drive through touchless wash). There was also a nifty mobile app which runs rather well, allowing me to create an account, purchase car washes in advance which I think is a great innovation given the times. It’s wonderful to have the convenience as well, rather than fishing for cash and having to split a bill at a coin exchange. I did the touchless deluxe wash (VIP+) for $24. It was a thorough wash with state of the art wash world technology and completely touchless so that it wouldn’t scratch the paint of my new car. I would have a liked just a little more drying time though since there were some droplets left after the wash however the business does have parking spots for you to go and dry the drops off with a towel. I’ll be back, this was a much better experience than the typical touchless car washes at the gas station!
