I was recommend to this car wash by one of my client and there was a huge line up that day. I said to myself this better be worth the wait. When my car got to the front they did a really good job on it. The inside was very clean, I never saw my car this clean in a long time. There was one thing that I didn't understand, They didn't wipe my door panels, when I ask them they told me it was not included in my package. I didn't get my truck vacuum because it was full but my doors were really dirty. They ask me in the back do I need my trunk I said no. The guy in the front explain it to me that the doors panels are included in the 26 dollars package. They should have told me I would have paid the 26 dollars package and choose something else. The workers in the front were very nice and respectful. They cleaned the doors panels for me anyway. Thanks Royal Car wash. This will be my car wash from now on.

$25 including tax for a thorough hand car wash that includes; exterior soap and pressure wash, vacuum of the floor carpets and soap & pressure wash of the rubber mats, air and hand dry, interior wipe down of the dashboard with a chemical cleaner, cleaning and drying of the running board, pillars and windows. The vehicle seems noticeably cleaner after they are done. They do seem to rush through the hand drying portion but then again it’s not detailing and I got there towards 4:30, so the guys would be tired. On a scale of 1-10, I would put the final result between 7 and 8 compared to doing it yourself. Total time to complete the wash was 15-20 minutes. They offer a loyalty program where you get a free wash after five washes and that’s a great bonus. I would use their services again.

They also gave good suggestions as how I shud use foot mat as it’s my new car. Overall excellent????????. I Gave them good tip as job was done very well. It took 35-40 minutes. UPDATE: A greatly improved service, they have really upped their game over the past few months. My car was left very clean inside, not so much on the outside. I noticed a young girl spray the outside body panels with something but failed to wipe them down. So I had to wet a cloth and wipe down my car after it was supposed to be cleaned.

Very unprofessional customer service, got scratch in my vehicle, talked as nice as possible still the owner and the female worker kept speaking won’t let you speak , won’t take the blame at no cost , sometimes as a business owner you have to listen to your customer ,upon asking for camera check the girl said for every min she waste on the camera she has to charge for waste of time … told me to go to insurance . And also said they don’t need recommendations as they have many of their own customer … this kind of attitude don’t survive to long .. I wasn’t blaming them I said this scratch wasn’t there and I would like for them to check later I found out this is nothing new about this location always customer complain about cars getting scratched , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE …. You need to learn how to talk to your customers

I had been coming to this car wash for a few years because for the price it can't be beat. Recently however I got my car cleaned here and took it back immediately because the job they did was not satisfactory. The guys wiping down the exterior are really not diligent and left many big areas uncleaned. Additionally, everything behind the two front seats in the interior was not cleaned. The owner told me that his guys are not required to clean the back seat area. This is when I lost my patience. Customers are paying to have the entire car cleaned not just the front half. If that's the policy then there should be a disclaimer on the price list saying " $26 plus tax for half car cleaning". I used to come here because for the price it was good and it saved me a lot of time. I won't be going back because at this point I had to clean the rear half of my car myself and still wasted 30 bucks. If you just want a quick exterior clean and some rags waved around inside your car for a few seconds go to this place. But then again. You could pay 10 bucks for the same thing elsewhere.

My husband took our car to get the interior done and when he got home noticed that they did vacuum the car at all. I called to ask if we could come in the morning the next day because we work until there closing time, which is 6 pm. My husband went on his lunch break to get it done. They said no sorry as they are doing us a courtesy by allowing us to come back. A 'courtesy" even though they didn't do a good job in the first place. Don't waste your time going here!

The place is usually crowded and you’ll know why once you get your automobile detailed or washed here. Good prices and great service! This used to be a great car wash. Perfect mix of hands on and machine wash. You enter and are met by the first washers who ask you to pick a wash. Several options are available - but you are rushed. At this stage they remove and wash your mats, spray down the dirt in your doorframes and columns. Seats are vacuumed and areas that are extra dirty here extra soap. After this your car goes through a machine wash. The beauty of this wash is the end. Your car is towel dried, interior windows cleaned, dash and console cleaned including Cup holders and arm rest and doors. But ever since ownership changed a couple years ago you get all the same service a not too fast, with dirt left smeared on the exterior, dirty rags used to dry , and a mediocre cleaning at best. Be prepared to redo your windows and interior. And not a fully cleaned exterior. I’ve used this car wash for over a decade. The ownership change is what roomed the wash. And to be sure it wasn’t a one off or it was poor staffing - I’ve tried the wash every few months over a the past 4 years - and it’s the same. Disappointment. Expect better than a drive through wash. But it’s no longer worth the $45+ price tag.

First things first, this is not a royal car wash its a money scam. They dont have any equiment to clean the car properly and the wash machines are outdated. Secondly the people you see acts like fomula one pit workers as they finish the car in 5 mins to clean the mats vaccum and details the car is all show off..its a scam of 30 dollars wasting there.. When i pointed that its not dine properly the lady in the cash counter says this is how and what we do.. NO REPSECT and they dont have proper training how to actually wash or use their hands on the car.. Better try someother place...wastage of money..final output is like you splash water on the car and you take out, rather prefer to go for a car wash at a esso or petro canada.

I went for Superwash Today around 2PM and I went from brampton to wash my car as per their good rating on google. But Seriously I Suffered alot. I did Superwash and I paid $40 for cleaning , Vacuuming, Leather seat dressing seperately. Moreover for trunk too. I am Highly Dissatisfied with their service they provided to me. When they said that your car is ready to go. I checked my car and Noticed there are still dust signs on the doors and seats. It seems as if the car was not even touched. Howerver the they did not cleaned my car's trunk when I asked them on my way to home about the car cleaning and trunk they said we forgot I travelled 2nd time from my home to get the trunk done. But still nothing well done. They are only good for exterior wash. But for interior do not spend your valuable money there. The guy who let my car in was full of attitude and Non sensible. Only the cashier is good who understood me but otherwise they do not care about cleaning they just keep the cars come and go. This is my worst experience in Toronto. A Worst Carwash of my life till now for which I spent $40. Do not go for interior cleaning to these guys they make fool. Only exterior is good. By heart I want to give -10 stars to their working quality.

22$ is a good rate for interior and exterior wash. But it is not a very good interior wash. I had to vaccum the car myself later. If your interior is very dirty do this first then little dirt you can do by yourself. Anyways was not expecting too much in 22$.

If I could rate this a zero or negative I would.. This is the ABSOLUTE worst place to get your car washed...They have absolutely NO customer service and the car is not cleaned properly. I had paid for a regular car wash with vacuum and rim and tire shine...They washed my carpeted mats (which didn't need washing just vacuuming which they apologized for after the fact)...only vacuumed the front of my car and told me the trunk is not included...sprayed sheen in my tires and did not wash the rims....I have been coming to this car wash for at least 2yrs before this new management and I never left with a dirty vehicle....I will NEVER go back here again...ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE....whatever they do you can do it yourself and better trust me.

Guys I drove all the way from whitby as most store open around 9 am so I needed the earlier car wash Someone in front of me even told me this guys takes the money but don't do anything like they leave all the dust and don't try hard to even clean the car at all! . This carwash is a rip off! I came in for a carwash, and talk to a tall dark skin tall guy. He told me I can get the $25 package that has just a quick cleaning with no trunk, or I can get the $33 that includes everything. When my car got to the front there were only 2 employees working, and one of them had to handle the office. After they finished the job it wasn't complete. They didn't shine my dash, clean my seats, and shine my tires. When I ask them they said there is no everything package here it will cost around $50 for that. What the hell what a rip off !!! They told me the only difference is you choose something to replace the trunk either dash board shine or tire shine. Why did the guy in that back tell me they do everything for $33. The packages are so confusing, and the vacuuming is horrible! I can do a better job myself There only two guys working in the front how can you get a good clean with two guys. My car wasn't even dried properly. This place is a joke I will not be coming back here again.

Updated based on recent experience: seems quality has gone down significantly, some new face - probably family members, which may not be a concern if my vehicle was cleaned but unfortunately it was not done right. There were streaks on the windows, and back was left dirty, I'm not going back for a while Royal car was offer excellent car detailing services. Especially during winter, they do a fabulous job by cleaning inside and out for just 25 dollars. They clean and dry quickly. Be prepared to line up though. Also love their promotion of one free after five. Just give your phone number

Well, the price is pretty good as long as u don’t compare it to the job done. They took less than 7 min for interior and exterior cleaning; wow that was quick. However, they returned my car dirtier than it was. Literally didn’t even bother throw a candy wrap and a napkin from the cup holder!!! There are lots of spots untouched and uncleaned. Am not picky but windows were cleaner before they attempt to clean them! Funny fact the cashier (what seems to be the owner as well) gave a free wash after 5 times as if am coming back again. Do I recommend this place to anyone?! Hell noooooo. Save ur money and go to anywhere else. Even the workers seem like they do u a favour by cleaning ur car, like if they are forced to work there!! Zero customer service. Zero professionalism. Zero experience. Sum up, their job could be done in any gas station with max two twonies and 7 min of ur time!

I have been coming here for years, amazing quality service Friendly staff and today I had the best experience ever, I thought I had lost a very expensive bracket, and finally stopped looking chalked it up to a loss, the gentlemen who was vacuuming my truck seen something shine there it was, he very easily could have taken it as I was now at the front awaiting my vehicle to come through. The service they did for my car was $25.00 they didn’t even wipe my seats with a sponge to remove the stain on my leather seats. They Didnt even do a proper vacuum by removing the dusts and when I asked they said you need detailing. They just added shine all through out my car . I spoke to the owner and she is extremely rude. Avoid going to this place and wash your car by yourself. You will do a better job . Don’t waste $67 dollars in this

This place sucks...took my car to get a in and out wash. They put a cigarette burn on my seat. They guys who vacuum your car smoke weed and cigarettes. When I complained manger said "yes they smoke but not in the car". Really... he's not back there to see if they do or don't. The burn is in the middle of my back driver seat. Said me or someone else did it. I am the only one that drives my car. And I didn't do it...will be making a complant to BBB. DON'T USE THIS CAR WASH.

Really bad cleaning job. I went here once before and they did an average job. I went back again and this time it was even worst. They charged $33 including tax and their service is really not worth it. I paid extra for dash shine yet, there are plenty of dust left on the dash. Vacuuming wasn’t done properly. The package included tire and rim wash. Rim wasn’t cleaned properly. Not worth it at all.

I waited 50 minutes in line!! I’ve been coming here for months, with my truck. Now all of a sudden there is a $10 extra fee. I never used to pay this. Girl at the front was rude, not professional. I had to convince them to waive the extra $10 because I waited so long in line for no reason. This is my last time coming here. Its foolish for these business to conduct themselves in rude and unprofessional behaviour, as if they don’t know what type of impact one occurrence can cause in their long term sales/reputation.

I was amazed by the service. Looking at the talented staff and team work I knew it was under new management. No complains. Work was perfect. Went for royal car wash deal for 30$. Boys and girls working there are really hardworking and professional. No corner of the car was left untouched. Will definitely recommend to others and visit again.

The service is reasonable. Unless you nag the workers they do ordinary job. Car ahead of me the guy had to litterally make them do things that they should have done. I am not the type, i had to clean the rest myself after i got out of there. If i needed what they did i would have taken my car to any petrol pump and paid less thsn half of what they charged. Not happy.

Amazing work for the price!! They do interior too and a good job. Menu is flexible so you can choose and pay for what you want. I haven't found a car wash that does exterior and interior for $22.

I will never come back here again or recommend this place to anyone. For $25 they did a very horrific job. I could've done it myself way better. They took only 15 minutes to complete the job, no wonder it wasn't done properly. The cupholders and dash weren't even cleaned properly and they didn't vacuum everywhere in the car. They're clearly lazy and rushed the job, even though there was no lineup. Horrible experience and worst customer service. Don't waste your time or money here.

No good, new owners and management. The old guys were great. I've gone here since 2015, never again. The guy at the start of the wash who does the vacuuming gives attitude, saying I should listen to his directions, well his directions were not clear. Then he needed help to put up my drivers window, I told him the same thing he told me "well listen to my directions". He shut right up. Rest of the wash was the usual, and the final wipe off at the end was done well. Teach your guys at the beginning of the wash about customer service, the experience with them sets the mood for the rest of the service. Will never come back here again.

DON'T GO THERE! Took my car in for wash & inside vacuum/cleaning. I ended up with stained fabric seats, a thoroughly soaked carpet - the mats were sprayed with water and dumped inside. And I ended up wiping smears from the dash, door jambs, console, etc. Asked for the manager to take a look at the finished job, but he was not available! This place is so NOT RECOMMENDED!

A waste of your money. Dirt was still stuck on the car (though a simple wipe will do). Had to keep pointing them to clean windows. They charged us extra $10 for SUV but still didn’t do truck or 3rd seat!!! Doors interior not included!!! We don’t do this and that… Mabe you need to bring a lawyer to list every piece of the car to add to the job.

I normally find at least one positive thing to say in my reviews however I unable to find anything to say about this car wash. They have a liability warning about anything broken due to the wash is not there fault. The side mirror broke. The inside of my car was not cleaned but somehow dirtier. All the winter sand was all over the seats and cup holders. The workers inside the wash were smoking while washing the car. I will not be using your services again.

ZERO STAR. This place is a RIP off, took my car for an interior and exterior cleaning yesterday April 13, 2019, paid $33.00. As I was waiting my turn, a few folks returned and were complaining about the service and told me to check the car before I left. Here's the list of of things that were not done. 1. Coffee stains were not cleaned 2. Candy wrapper underneath the passenger front seat was not removed 3. Front mats were placed in the back 4. Front seats were not vacuumed properly 5. Trunk not vacuumed at all, even though I was told it will be done 6. Dashboard was not cleaned 7. Coffee cup holder was not cleaned 8. Pedal and brakes were not cleaned 9. Used dirty cloth to wipe inside of the car leaving scuff marks throughout the interior 10. Windows inside were not cleaned I will not recommend this car wash. Very unprofessional and rude. The cashier who appears to be the owner, is all about making money and getting as many cars done. They need to be shut down or monitored by the BBB.

Absolutely disgusting horrible service ! CAUTION they are complete crooks ! Claimed they would clean the inside and outside of the vehicle. It was evident they did not vacuum or wipe properly, they even accentuated the filth by using a dirty rag ( which they used to clean the grime off other cars) to wash my windows. They left them smeared and filthy. I’m in utter shock that this establishment continues to operate, considering they are nothing more than a bunch of swindlers. Waited nearly an hour only for my car to be ‘ finished ‘ in about ten minutes. I caution anyone reading this to avoid this establishment at all costs. I regret not reading the reviews prior, and wasn’t shocked to see others who fell victim to this sham of an organization .

They should learn how to clean a car before open this place. We choose the very first option , the premium wash for inside and out, and they hand the car to us like this. Then we been asked to go back the line again and wait another 20 mins for a re-wash. And they wash the inside without the masks on under this kind of condition. It waste us total more than 40 mins extra for this. You can easily find somewhere more professional with this much money. And they didn’t gave us any discount, coupon or even an apologize after all these.

I wanted to get a basic wash and the guy talked me into getting “the super wash” and it was far from super. When I asked the worker to remove the water spots, he responded as if I was asking for too much. When I got home I found dirt on the vinyl and water spots on my windows. There are many detailed for 10$ more that will do the job properly.

I have been going here for years. Recently the ownership changed. The new owners removed the $8 regular car wash. The new regular wash is now $12.39+tax. The only difference from the old to the new regular wash is that new regular wash includes tire shine. Hardly worth the over $4 increase in price. Plus when they did the tire shine it was inadequate - huge spots on my tires were missed. This place has gone downhill since the ownership change. I would not return.

Do not pay for any sort of interior cleaning. Horrible job done. I can do better on my own. Exterior wash is worth it!! Otherwise horrible overall. I most likely will never go there.
