I got a deal for detailing spots in my car, the staff is friendly and the work is okay. They didn’t dry my seats after detailing and for the price a drying service would have been better as I had to use car heating system at max for 40 minutes to dry my seats. For the price, some improvements are necessary. Good experience overall.

We got the Grand car wash package which includes in and out cleaning(shampooing floors and seats, steaming). We mostly wanted to get the interiors cleaned and they did a good job! They took 3 hours instead of 2 but the result was worth the wait.The car’s interiors felt brand new! Would recommend them.

I had the diamond package and it was worth every penny. They made my car look brand new. I had a relatively large scratch on one of my doors that they were able to fix. With that being said, I think what sets Grand Car Wash above the rest is the phenomenal customer service. I will be back and I highly recommend their services.

Jay is the owner and the point of contact. Very friendly and happy person to deal with. 7 year old Ridgeline that has been taken care of, but needed some professional work. Paint correction Interior detail Aquapel windshield treatment Engine detail Paint sealant. Reasonable price. Started on time and finished on time. I got a drive home and back. Work was really well done. I would recommend Jay is the new owner of the shop, so please consider that it’s under new and really dedicated ownership/management. And he like dogs. So what’s more to be said.

I went for the Grand Wash package as I needed my seats shampooed (spilled coffee on the passenger side). I made an appointment a week prior and went in for 12:30 pm and got my car back at around 4:30 pm. I paid $113 including tax. The customer service was great but the wash had some flaws. The cars exterior wash wasn't wiped down well and there was residue all over the car. They forgot to clean the cup holder area, rear view mirror, the vacuum on the trunk wasn't done well and the area above the trunk wasn't cleaned at all (photos included). I would probably go somewhere else next time. Pics included.

Nice work done on cleaning and making the car fresh! Inside and outside were cleaned well. Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival and called us when the car was done and ready for pickup. We got the entire inside cleaned up including: vacuuming, cleaning the dashboard, windows, washing the seats/carpets, console etc. I didn't realize the outside was part of the package and was surprised to see that the outside was washed up too! Overall, definitely would recommend for the price to quality ratio. Really affordable compared to other places.

I recommend this place. My brother brought his it was spotless and I got mine as well. It is cleaned as if it is brand new inside and outside. The seats, the floor everything spotless. The 99$ package is the best ???? To me, customer service is something I look for. The customer service here is friendly and they make you leave satisfied and happy.

The people at Grand Car Wash have a very high standard of care. I went in almost close to the day’s closing time and I was the last customer. They had to finish a couple cars before and I noticed that I was taking time and by the time they got to my car it was way past closing time. Only after they started working on my car did I realise why it took so long. The people working at the grand car wash are artists. They bring passion to the art of car detailing. It took more than two hours to thoroughly detail my car and it was 11 pm by the time they finished. But the duo working there, never cut corners. And I’m very happy with the end result.

I'm not the biggest car enthusiast but I like to keep the car clean and well maintained for the sheer amount of time I am in a car. So a full detailing once per year is what I go by. Using Grand Car Wash the first time and oh boy, I would now schedule my yearly detailing with them going forward. With camping, my car starts to get scratch marks from tree branches. I thought the only way to repair those, is to do a completely body work. Jay and Yashna did magic on it! I do apologize that I should've taken some pictures of how it used to look versus their finished work. The picture below is the side where I used to have a major scratch that ran through the two doors. When I picked up the car, it looks like a brand new car with all the major tree branch scratches disappeared. They have advised me to wax the car at least once yearly which is something I will for sure follow. With the value I get from this package comparing to what I used to spend to get the detailing work, I would for sure be a loyal returning customer!

I was a little skeptical about going here as the price was fairly low for a “gold” package. I paid $80 for full interior vacuuming, steaming, leather seat conditioning, window cleaning, salt removal, tire shine and an exterior cleaning. Absolutely loved it. Car looked brand new. Had to wait about 2.5 hours but was worth it. Definitely will go back.

I decided to try this detailing place out after a long weekend of camping. The special we had was $100 for everything and an extra $20 for an engine wash. They cleaned the mats, vacuumed and everything was well done on the inside. The only reason why I’m giving this place 3 stars is because the wiping left lots of streak marks in the window and front windshield. The top also had lots of wet marks and streaks that you can see through the sun roof. Could’ve been done better.

The new owner of this establishment is an amazing young gentleman who's very informed and professional! As soon as I entered the parking lot he greeted me and made me feel very welcomed. He proceeded to explain all the services they offered but did not push anything on me. I was also offered a ride home and picked up. What more can you really ask for? To give context to the picture I did let my friends smoke in my car for 3+ months so its hard to imagine without before pictures but the work done was amazing! Honest opinion, if you want the best bang for your buck, professional service, and something close to home come to this place you wont regret it!

My VW was attended to right on time for my appointment. The staff was very friendly. Covered in salt, my car came out sparkling. Interestingly they used a foam cannon. I liked this since the soapy foam was left on for a short time to help lift the salt and dirt. Included were the door jams and the wheels. My timing was fortunate since they had a special on exterior hand washes. I will definitely be returning to this small hidden gem in Scarboro. Thanks for the great service.

This place is one of a kind, once it was been cleaned by the team, your car looks as if it was brand new. Some may feel it is on the more expensive side, but remember this is not just a car wash, but a full detailing; the same or better than when it was brand new at the dealership! I just got my car detailed last night at 5pm. Everyone was very professional. They were running a little bit late, but I was okay with that, because you will see once you arrive, that this is a very busy place, so with the staff they have, they are doing a couple cars at a time. I got the Silver Package and my car was beautifully detailed inside out. I definitely recommend for the price, and professionalism, you are getting value.
