Terrible because of what you get for what you pay. A toonie does even allow me to circle my vehicle once. Other car washes I use a toonie will let me circle my vehicle twice. If you want value for your dollar go elsewhere.

Went through the drive thru wash, the pressure sprayers for the tires and wheel wells were not spinning, just spraying with no spin action. This is too bad, as this is the reason I like using drive thru washes from time to time is to clean the underside.

I found the rinse water was not clean. It just kept having suds in it no matter how long I ran rinse. Even after the spot free rinse, the car had lots of spots when dry.

It was OK. Usually I'm in and out real quick but the card reader didn't work had to buy a code inside and by the time I got back to the wash I went from first to fourth.

Staff are friendly and the place is well maintained, but the wand wash takes about 30 seconds of your time to switch from whatever setting the person before you had it on. $1.00 gets you about 54 seconds of time. I'd go elsewhere, but this is the closest place.

Spiffy on the west side of stoon is a rip off, put money in, make a selection, walk away thinking the water will start and the machine puts itself on stop, all while the timer is running and wasting money. i can wash my truck at other places cheaper and faster.

I'm all for family members helping out a business but isn't the kid working there underage? He looks 13 and that's not legal. Please correct me if I'm wrong maybe he is 15 just looks super young. Anyways, I like coming here because it's usually not as busy as other locations and the pre pay is really awesome vs timed car washes. Tools and quality of the car wash is amazing and they actually go around and sanitize the tools after each customer uses them. Awesome place to go! Thanks for the reply guys! Always awesome service as usual! I topped up my card and washed my car as I always do. Quick and easy.

Love the convenience of this car wash but on the the office window it says it opens at 7am and Google says 8am. It is 7:10 am and no one is around so I think Google has the correct time of opening. You should change the sign in your window.

As far as I'm concerned Spiffy owes me $1 or 1 minute. It took 20 seconds for the wand to spray pre-soak, 20 seconds for the high pressure soap to dispense and 20 seconds for the water to run clear for rinsing my car. I understand it takes a bit because of the lines but you should then compensate the customer. Either add on 20 seconds for each cycle so I actually get a full one minute instead of 40 seconds or add an additional one minute for the spot free rinse. Rip off.

I came here couple of time. I preauthorized to use credit catd. I quickly finished washing my car. The machine showed less than $4. But after a week when i checked credit card it shows 10 to 11 $ for each wash... Never going here again.

Used the foam brush here on my brand new car. It scratched the paint. All of it. Everywhere the brush touched was hundreds of tiny scratches in the paint. They referred me to their business oartners to get a free wax job, but after it was done my car just looked shiny, and scratched. The owner of spiffy then looked over my car and proceeded to tell me that it was all in my head and his brushes could neeeever do that. He was arrogant and condescending towards me because I'm a young kid. Was my first time going there and I'd never go back. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Avoid getting oil changes here!! Very inexperienced staff. My dad took his 2017 Dodge truck here for a simple oil change. He bought the truck from Jubilee Ford fairly recently who owns spiffy and not even half hour later the engine light and fuel light came on now his fuel gauge completely doesnt work. Spiffy denied any wrong doing so he let Jubilee Ford know and they told him it was just a coincidence and to take it to Dodge he "may" have warranty but they weren't touching it ???? My dad told him the next time hes looking to buy a truck he will also go to Dodge. Bottom line not only does spiffy not stand behind their mistakes but neither does Jubilee Ford in my opinion and unless your buying brand new from Jubilee they obvious dont care the second that vehicle is driven off their lot!! How disgraceful to treat a customer and loyal at that, that way!! Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and satisfaction by both I will no longer be going to either.

When you put in $1 the countdown timer starts instantly... the pressure and the water don't start for at least 15 seconds.... every time... you get 2 minutes per $1 and lose 1/8 of that time instantly... they should adjust their timers to reflect the dead time between payment and actual wash starting.

I've been trying to call for the last 45 minutes with absolutely no response, no call back and not even an answering machine! Jubilee Ford and Spiffy Lube evidently do not care about their service. All I want is an oil change with no nonsense! How much is that to ask for? EDIT: Going to Jubilee Ford is an all day outing away from my car. Oil changes are half an hour-45 mins max. Unacceptable in this day and age to NOT have an answering machine. I got my oil changed at Great Canadian Oil Change earlier today, and even got a deal on it.

Went again just today and paid for the highest wash they have and still the same thing. Dirt on the back windows and doors. One thing is for sure, I will not go back to these guys again!

I purchased a $10 Spiffy card to bath my dog. And was told to push the stop button twice to stop it. I did. But i guess it used my entire card anyway. When i returned days later to wash my car, i wanted to use what i thought i had left on my card. Apparently the dog wash used up all $10, there was a very kind staff member who gave me a free 10 minute car wash to make up for the mistake!! Excellent staff. I would definitely go back.

Love taking my pup here for a bath. I don’t have the credit card issues that everyone else has. Well, maybe I do but I never look at my credit card statement cuz no price is too much for Queen Cleo’paw’tra. My dog literally has a diamond collar and she wears Louboutin doggie boots. This place offers the finest in high class dog washery for all the spoiled doggies. They even have baby powder scented towels to dry off my furry princess.

I wanted to use the drivethru car wash. I went in to ask method of payment. The fellow at the counter had his mask pulled down under his chin. He assured me I could pay at the door. At the door of the drive thru it wants a number but doesn't give you an option for credit cards. The assistance button is broken. I left without a wash. If they are taking the car wash business as seriously as they take the pandemic then that explains most of it.

Bad customer experience with a guy at the car wash counter. Machine ate my money twice. First time he came over and put coin in and it worked. After it finished I put a toonie in and it ate it again. Went to counter second time and he basically said I was lying. NOT IMPRESSED!! A girl was there with him the second time and stepped in and put the missing money on a card. She was great and I appreciated it. As for the guy...maybe he needs to be in another line of work. Best to not accuse customer of lying!!

I love washing my vehicle here, mainly because compared to many automated washed or even wand washing stations around saskatoon- it gives better bang for your buck. and if you service your vehicle from Ford, they give you a wash card with preloaded credit which is plenty enough for a couple of wand washes or a high grade automated wash. weekends might be busy so plan ahead

I've been going to Spiffy for years and have had at least likewarm water. I was told by the girl working there that no car washes have hot or warm water anymore. Is this true??

I was there about a week ago to use the pet wash. They must not disinfect the pet tubs after use because my dog appears to have contracted mange. Used to go there all the time with no issues, but will not be returning. Be careful with your fur babies.

Not only do they recruit staff that relate to one another, they help their employees grow professionaly, while providing opportunities that enhance work ethic later in life. Yesterday I went through the touchless carwash and it didn’t even come close to being clean. I went in to complain/let them know that something must be wrong with their carwash. They gave me a voucher to go through again and the second time still didn’t clean it and when I went in to let them know again that it still didn’t clean they didn’t seem to care. I was here around 2pm went into Touchless Carwash with the $12 package, didn't clean some of dirt at the back of my car and left some residue on the side, I went inside the wand wash and worker name neil explain to me that touchless won't be able to take off most of the dirt especially this season which is understandable. He then swipe his card for me and explain how wand wash chemicals work to clean a car properly and even gave me another ticket for touchless next time. Not only he take his time to show me how the facility works while it's a lilttle bit busy he even showed me how the spiffu/credit card work so I won't waste my money when using them. Would definitely comeback!

It's been months and you guys still haven't fixed that huge pothole at the exit. It's almost like you're aware nice cars use spiffy and just left that money pit of a pothole right at the exit where there's little to no room to avoid it. My car and friends cars have already been damaged due to that.

The staff are friendly and they keep the place very clean and tidy. DO NOT use your credit here. I have had my credit card compromised multiple times and the only place I used it out of my regular purchases was here. Carwashes are one of the easiest places for people to steal credit card information. I only use coins when I go here and my credit card has been safe for quite sometime now. Be aware and it is a good experience.

It is functionally a good facility. But I used a credit card for the wand wash - the machine said $6.50 but my CC statement says $10. Why? Will not patronize if if I can't trust the billing. UPDATE: I went again just now. Used coins which was fine. In fact the maximum cc charge per swipe is $10. When I checked my previous transaction again it was 6.50. So I am guessing the system pre-authorizes the max and then corrects later. The customer does need to follow the machine instructions closely. You must select the wash function after starting, it does not default to the last setting. Also you must press stop twice to end cc billing. Due to this wee bit of confusion I'm not going all the way to 5 stars. No issues. Good experience today.
