Needed to wash my cargo trailer and the owner was extremely helpful in making that happen for me. He allowed me to tie up 2 bays at the same time and didn’t even charge me extra for the hassle. This will be my new car wash now. Very much appreciate the helpfulness!

Was excited to finally check this place out after moving to the area, I go in there after waiting in line and start to vacuum and wash my car. The owner comes up to me and says "You know i have a line up outside right?" I put away the stuff and left, there was no way i was spending my money on a business that's rushing me when i was in there max. 10 mins

Went to Rent a uhaul there and was a good experience. The owner was a nice guy and tried to do a good business. Had a bit of wait to meet him but I was fine with it. I haven’t tried the car wash but it I was clean.

I would say they cheat their customers. There were no suds in soap mode at all. Looks like they dont add soap. Just running water. Very unprofessional manager. When i complained, he was ready to fight with me. I will never go again.

We were trying to find a carwash that would work for what we needed. I checked one of the small doors not knowing that it was a wand wash, then went to explain to my sister-in-law who had small children in her car. The man operating the carwash (I'm assuming) opened the big doors and began to yell at us rudely while we were trying to talk to each other. I responded to him calmly and he proceeded to yell further. We will not be returning. You have lost our business permanently with the behaviour of your worker today. Upon reading other reviews, it sounds like the new management is trying to make it sound like a previous owner acted poorly, but this happened under the new ownership today, December 27th, 2019.

Was in there and no one was there to attend it.. Couldnt get change three people including myself drove in.. Then left due to inability to get change or turn on a machine for a timed wash.. What a joke...

Very expensive and short time!!!! 1$ gets you 1 door washed maybe. What a rip off. Spent approx 12$ to simply spray off my vehicle. There were only a couple other people in the car wash and one was drying off their vehicle. I decided to do the same. The employee came and kicked me out. I asked why and he said no dry time. I argued nobody is lined up and extra bays. I said its not fair he let others dry off the vehicle. I'm guessing they were friends or family because he would go over and laugh and talk with them. He then told me to leave so I did and will never come back. Short spray times and rude staff!

I am sorry to see that some people have shared their negative experiences. I on the other hand, have always had a great experience at this location. The lines are shorter than Golf's and the new owner takes so much pride in his business. In the past, I was not impressed and found the old owner to be exceptionally rude.

This is a good community car wash and I have used it for my vehicles for years. I think the price is right. I do sometimes get frustrated with their foaming brushes--either not enough foam or last time a head that flexed so much you couldn't actually brush the vehicle without holding the brush right by the head. The upside is they seem very on the ball when it comes to cleaning the brushes and stalls.

I just left this car wash for the last time. It's the second time the "owner" has been on me like white on rice for things like taking the brush down ahead of time, and laying it flat on the floor for 2 seconds while I place the wash wand back in its spot. Also ran out of time on the brush and before I could make a move to put more coin in, he's on me for using the brush without soap suds. Extremely disrespectful and rude. Disappointed as I've been coming to this place for years. If you are there when the younger adults are working, no problem. Recommend you drive straight through if the owner is working. #yxe

Lights aren't the brightest, if you have a car it's good place but not ideal for trucks. Small stalls and small place overall. Water pressure is good.

They're corn wash timers are set to less than a minute you're supposed to at least get a minute per dollar. This place is garbage I wish I didn't have to give them a star to make a comment I wish I could give them negative Stars

Mabybe learn how to spell and I will change it to professional. It looks as though you are back peddling a bit. For the record, I don't know of any prank phone callers who ask details specifically about your business. For that I would recommend taking a business course on how to treat a a potential customer.

Worst experience ever!!!! Worst customer service! After washing my car I was wiping my windshield inside the car. I been told by really rude worker to leave as Im blocking spot for other customers. Inside was only me, one more customer and 4 empty spots. Worker was unbelievable unmannerly. as he said he doesn’t make money while Im “siting” there. When I asked for couple minutes more worker said he doesn’t care and walked away. I could understand policy of not washing car inside if he would talk to me normal way. Instead of that I was attacked with anger. Really do not recommend this car wash to anyone. Awful and sad experience to be treated like that by person working in customer service.

Will not go back. I have aftermarket rims on my car. I always clean inside with a special brush. Before I was even finished my first rim. I had a guy over my shoulder who told me I can only use his equipment, stop what I’m doing, or get out. I spoke briefly with him and asked if I could speak with the owner, he said I can’t, then later he tells me he is the owner. I used to spend a lot of money there. . . Bill.

If I could this would be a minus rating. Kid made a mess in the back seat and as I was wiping it up I got kicked out for detailing when I hadn't even started washing yet. VERY RUDE & IGNORANT!!!!. unbelievable customer service. Not to mention he yelled at another customer before me for pulling into an unblocked stall that he wanted to clean. If this guy on Monday morning isn't the owner than he should be let go. AGAIN!! SUCH AN ASS!!!

My husband went to your car wash this morning with my 2 children. he was told he is a cheater because he grabbed 2 cleaning tools at the same time. so he told the owner that he didn't know there is a problem with that and put one it the tools back . So after he washed his car and started drying it the owner came out again and told him he needs to leave while yelling at my husband and scaring my kids. So disrespectful and rude . I won't support a business like this. And I hope my review saves you from having the same terrible experience.

Today I met the most rude car wash attendant I have run into. Got the impression he only likes clean vehicles so he does not have to clean up. 4 vehicles in my family. I guess we will go somewhere else for our car care needs.

Just at your car wash. Thought I would support the community business. Only 3 cars in washing about 4 bays empty. Wanted to wipe car down as it was cold outside but was told I had to leave. Probably my last visit . So much for customer service.

The worst car wash in the city. I used to wash my car here for months. But the service recently is too bad. Foam brush doesn't work or working but almost no foam! I called the owner and he said it's the same everywhere in this city. Bug spray also weak and leaking. Not worth the time and money. Going 5 more minutes to another carwash near 7-11 and it's awesome. Goodbye Suds Car Wash forever.
