Fabulous car wash! Clean bays, hot water, great soap, awesome water that doesn’t leave gross residue all over my black truck! The attendant even came out with a bottle of degreaser and bug spray stuff to help me out when he saw how dirty the truck was. Much appreciated! It’s clear that there is pride in ownership here- I wish there were more carwashes that are maintained so well. Will happily return!

Owner yelled at me for using the brush 10 seconds after the timer expired. He freaked out and turned off that bay. I gladly went to a nearby carwash to finish up.

I have to say all the reviews I've read about this carwash dont really favor them. seems to be more about the young guy with the nice vehicles..NOW I havnt experience any negative things at this place..matter of the fact I've been bringing my vehicle here for years to wash, at one point they sold dry rags which was nice and handy. unfortunately people forgot how you use the garbage and ended up here and there on the ground. I'll keep using this place to wash my vehicle until I do Experience the negative reviews I read or even hear about..as for me recommending them yes I recommend this place on a 3 star note ..thanks for reading and please stay covid safe

Put a twoonie in and managed to soap up my whole car. Time ran out but I had another twoonie so no biggie right? Well the machine ate my next twoonie and then when I went to get more change, the machine only takes $10s or $20s (I had a bunch of 5$s). Had to drive away with a still soapy car. It's almost 2020, get a damn card reader!

Staff member extremely rude. Yelled AT me and as I was leaving punched at my car window!!! He said " to get my attention"...really? Dont touch someone elses car, ever! Then told me to NEVER come back, why? Because I left the bay door open. The horror! He needs to seriously take some anger management courses, and learn how to talk to customer's. Dont worry, I wont be back.

Writing this as a winter warning. My dad washed his trucked earlier and upon exiting the bay, there were ice mounds large enough at the bay exit that it would slide your vehicle down either side. When exiting, my dad's tail light slid into the corner of the wall. While pulled over to the side of the building to inspect the damage a younger man came out at told my dad not to flee for damaging his building. As a business owner you are responsible for the surrounding area of ice and elements that build on your property. We returned to gather photos and evidence. When we returned someone had placed sand on the mounds that didn't have sand on them when the accident occurred. The young man taunted us to take as many photos as we wanted as the building "didn't jump in front of us." If you go there, please be cautious when exiting, as for how this young man handled the situation, it tells me he doesn't care about people, or even their own customers.

Owner is really bad with customer service. I made the mistake of not closing the bay door after leaving the wash, and the owner came running to let me know what I DONE. Went on to saying that I didn't know the English language and that is why I couldn't read the sign to close the door. I even offered to close the door,but he wouldn't listed one bit.

I won't go back to this place because the sassy kid working at the time shut off the power to the overhead doors. Everyone should have the right to close their own bay door on Windy days. They don't deserve your business.

DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH! The owner appears to have severe mental issues. I brought my vehicle in for a wash. The owner appeared to I have waited until I put my money in the machine and sprayed down the front of my truck for bugs. He came out of the office and started screaming and yelling that we were not allowed to use Spray Nine. It wasn't the product that we were using but that wasn't the point. He called us names and was very disrespectful. The facilities are great but this review doesn't even deserve one star because of the owner.

Owner asked us to do some of our cleaning out side then to come in and vacuum after. We said okay as we were pulling out side he ran out to our vehicle and yelled at us about how we are crooks drumping our garbage and leaving. UPDATE: I used to love going to this carwash but the rude and unaccommodating staff have made me have enough. I have driven by several times at 830 and there open till 9, only to find them closing..... I am an efficient washer and was my vehicle often. They would know my face and there is a zero desire to keep there customers happy. Very short during any interactions and almost as if there's a chip on there shoulders.... This isn't all the staff just the two owners. It really is sad because I loved going here.... Was 5 Stars but not after so many negative interactions. This is the best car wash in the city, Simple lay out, HOT water, Good time for the money. I use this car wash for all three of my cars at least a couple times a week. I'll even wash the bay out when I'm done if I'm that muddy.... :) Keep it up.

One of the worst car washes in the city. The staff are hostile, rude and unprofessional here. I forgot to close the door once and the staff came out and ran to my vehicle and demanded that I roll my windows down and screamed and yell at me for not closing his door. I was scared so I apologized and said sorry I didn't know.

Unbelievable ignoraance!!!!!! I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I was vacuuming my car, when i was finished i still had time left so i went to give it another rinse to use my timw up. I just hung up the vacuum hose with two loops to get it out of the way and was going to wrap it a few more times after i was completely finished but the worker came out of nowhere and flipped out about not hanging it properly and then asked if thats how i do it at home to!! I explained that i was just trying to use the time i paid for and was going to wrap the hose a few more times when i was finished. He was an ass to say the very least. Walked away cursing. I was scared and will never ever go there again and will do what i can to make sure anyone i know doesnt either. I dont know if he was thw owner or what. Older, taller, thin and miserable is how i would describe him. What can be done about this guy!!?

Improper signage and very old equipment. Machines only take two loonies, or one toonie. There is no signs telling you this, only a sticker telling you that the machine can take toonies. I only had a loonie and quarters and it doesn't give back loonies if you only put one in. Staff was ignorant when I brought this up with them, I don't think they understand or care. Won't be coming back again.

Very good money saving place you can wash ur car with no rush as long as you have enough coins with you, if not they have machine for $10 coin change, some other car wash place you have to wash quickly otherwise you going to pay lots of money because the more you stay the higher you pay????

This is the only car wash in the city I usually go to. Their customer service is getting better. Coins are always available on their change machine. Everytime the weather is warm they sure are open to serve!

Very nice car wash. Easy to find, easy to get in and out of, clean, well lit, cycle times are good. The soap worked well (my wife loved that it smelled like cherries or something) the pressure from the sprayer was great, and the brushes have nice soft bristles that didn't scratch my paint. From reading other reviews, it sounds like of other reviewers have had issues with the owner/managers but it also sounds like they had trouble following the very simple rules. This is my go to car wash anytime I'm in the city.

I have been going to this a carwash for at least 20 years and never had an issue till today, long time customer. I own a black truck and wipe the truck down after the soap wash to get the film off and then rinse and wax after that. Well the owner now I'm guessing the "son" came out to say that they don't allow hand washing.... So I dropped in my last $2.00 they will ever see and finished a quick rinse after the soap. I was going to spend another $10.00 to finish the job but that won't be happening. Maybe the father can talk some sense into the kid so that he doesn't run that business into the ground but by the reviews here he already has. Lots of other car washes that allow your to actually wash your car so go there. By BY!

terrible ,terrible terrible ....I was harassed, watched, and felt very uncomfortable .today there was a younger guy there he was probably the grumpy mans son ! he was just as rude ! when I finished washing , I noticed no one was waiting at any stalls so I started drying my car ,and he came and told me I had to leave ,I tried explaining no one was there waiting for a stall ,he opened the door and said ...leave !!evertime I go there ifeel harassed ,another time I finished washing and the guy came and opened the door before I could even put my wand away , and I told him im not finished I was going to vacuum , he made it obvious he was mad , another time he told me to hurry , another time my son went there and the money machine wasn't working so he ran to kfc to get change and when he got back the guy yelled at him and told him toleave and never come back there again . ive had one too many bad experiences there .....never going there again !!! clearly that buissnes doesn't deserve customers ....terrible place ....I think if they rush u out of there they can make their quota for all stalls at 1$ a minute that's 300 $ a hour .....so keep those loonies coming steadily every minute !

I just went there this morning to wash my car and I got told I wasn’t that “bright” just because I didn’t know how to do certain things and I got told to leave. I was verbally abused and intimidated. FYI I’m a small female and this was a a grown white man. I literally felt unsafe. I will NEVER go back to that place and I’m telling all my friends too. Extremely RUDE!!

There is an older man that works here with a mustache. He is creepy and was ogling and staring at my 13 year old daughter, introduced himself to her as Renee. Kept trying to stand behind her while i was washing my truck. Acting like a total pervert. I finally told her to sit in the truck till i was done. Is it possible to give NO STARS?! We have been going to this car wash since we moved to Saskatoon and have always been treated lovely by an older gentleman that works there. Today it would seem that I had the privilege of meeting one of the owners. We were organizing the garbage and recycling in our vehicle (into our OWN bags) and using a dust buster around the hard to get crevices prior to starting the vacuuming and washing of our SUV when the owner came over and yelled at me, and told me "this is a business, do this in your own garage". There wasn't single other vehicle at the wash and we had $30 in toonies that we were intending on spending there washing and vacuuming our vehicle. NEVER AGAIN will I go here!!!!

Excellent pressure, long run times and always clean. I’ve been going there for years and I’ve always had good experiences there. It costs $6.00-$8.00 less to wash my vehicle there than at Spiffy down the street. This car wash also uses far better chemical as my vehicle is always cleaner than other local car washes. I will continue to wash my vehicles there for years to come.

Heard lots of complaints about this place, but every time I go there, the place is clean. Last week my last Loonie wasn't working in the car wash do hickey. Went to see this older fella and he said that the weight of the New Loonies are throwing off the machines abit. Gave me another and I was good to go. ????

DON'T SUPPORT THIS CARWASH. It's a joke. The owner isn't just rude, he yells and acts like everyone is a nuisance to him. From other reviews you can see that he's also creepy. Not worth the convenience of short line ups since people are realizing they'd rather wait in a long line at another carwash across town than support this place.

I showed up with change this time because my first visit I only brought plastic. After the archaic machine ate 4 dollars, I tried loonies and toonies, I gave up. There is no one working to help me either from all appearances the parking lot and office are empty. Dont understand how they can be open for business without anyone here. I wont ever come back and I dont think anyone else should waste their time or money there either.

This is was my first and last visit to this car wash . For those who don't know yet any operation you gonna do will cost you 2 $ .In my case i tryed to get foam for 1$ as i don't need that much but mashine did not returned after .ok having no choice i spent 2$ for foam any way just to keep going after i took brush to use the owner or manager i don't know for sure who was that guy came to me and said you have to put 2 $ in mashine to be able to use brush i tried explained to him that i already spent for foam 2$ + 1 $ extra by mistake hoping to get less foam but he won't listen to me and telling me to put brush back anyway and start yelled on me "to leave this place " and "Get out " i asked to rinse foam before leave but he won't listen and said ''Get out again" my opinion its to much to be treated like that being customer .so i have no choice to drive foamy car on the road and of course he did not returned 1$ which i spent by mistake .According to previous negative feedback as well my opinion this place has to be shut down or change different owner .Very poor service and terrible rude staff there .Not recommend this place at all.Thanks

I will probably never use this carwash again...unless desperate. Cheaper almost anywhere else in the city for wand wash. I think it's Vern's(?) carwash on 11th and P that we use, cheap, clean and someone is usually around if you have a problem.

This guy is a psychopath. Do NOT go here. He is abusive to customers, sits watching his TV monitors and yells at PAYING customers. Will not allow you to dry around your doors when it's freezing. Won't allow you to vacuum if customers waiting. Should lose his business license! Hope he goes out of business.

Only takes Toonies. Does not clearly state that. And the machine is set up NOT to return loonies that are mistakenly inserted. Rip off. Pressure is also poor. Bays are too small to wash a full size truck. Just bad. Go to Spiffy across the street. Much better pressure and service.

Machines eat change and there's no option to use a credit card. It's 2019, how have you not invested in simple card readers?! Equipment isn't well maintained and the bays are generally dirty. Would not recommend, go somewhere else if you can.

What a joke. Machines are old and will eat your coins, even toonies. The owner only opens up the bays he wants and is rarely able to be seen. Change machine doesn't even accept a $5 bill. Spend your money elsewhere and do not go here. Go to Spiffy instead.

Alright. What I'm about to tell you might seem a little surreal, but trust me, it's real. Upon my arrival, we had to endure an unacceptable lineup that had no rhyme or reason. There was a very dirty grisly old man, pretending to be a traffic cop. He walked up to my passenger window and banged until my wife rolled it down... WOW! She was scared and worried. He yelled across her to me and said PUT IN IN PARK!!! PUT IN IN PARK! and i was so taken back, it was nerve racking. He ran around to the driver side. He yelled at me till i pulled the parking brake… so weird.. He got so angry he was waving his arms like a retard and started trying to put his hands around my steering wheel. At this point I rolled up my window and pinched his fingers and drove away with his greasy fingers stuck in my window. He had no choice but to run along beside me. I did a couple figure 8s in his lot just to spite him. I got away finally with him yelling about calling the police. He said it was all on video and the entire event was going to put me in jail!!!. wow crazy. It's been 5 days and no phone call or visit form the police. whew… Worst car wash experience EVER

Well...we used to like this car wash and used it everytime we came to Saskatoon but today will be the last for us. My husband was using a hand mitt to wash the mirrors and windows as the last time here we got scratches from a pebble caught in the brush.... the 'owner'... apparently....came out and very aggressively told my husband he was not allowed to use it and if he wanted to, to wash the van at home!!.... Well pardon us! I guess we will....or use any other car wash in the city! There was absolutely no call for the attitude with which he approached my husband and was very unprofessional! My husband has also noticed that you now receive less time for your money then you used to. If you do use this car wash be sure to rinse the brush prior to use as we have learned the hard way! and apparently hope that you never have cause to deal with the owner!

What an absolutely horrendous experience. Equipment is not up to standards, owner is irate, abrasive and incredibly aggresive. I was verbally assaulted because I was "taking too long" then he proceeded to tell me to "f*uck off and get out of here" and shoved me multiple times when I tried to finish washing my vehicle. For reference I am a small female about 110 pounds. What on earth kind of business is this? Never experienced anything like this in my life, if he laid another hand on me I would have phoned the police. Do not waste your time or money, go to spiffy across the way, their machines are actually fully functional and there is no scum of the earth yelling at you.

Had carwash today, looks like the owner approached me not to use the brush without turning the machine, i had enough soap to keep brushing the hood, why keep running the dispenser? more soap needed? don't think so! more soap = more time cleaning your car, = more time rinsing your car, = more money in the vending machine... i guess i'll be better off at Spiffy or fairhaven carwash! p.s. Get a customer service training program!

3 out of 8 bays open with 9-12 cars all waiting. When the doors are closed, the windows are all so dirty you can't see when the other person has left. There is only one window per bay that is kept somewhat clean. That place is disgusting, which makes it fit in perfectly with the rest of the area.
