Gave them 20$ extra to clean a mini that I just bought. Paid for armor all but it was never applied. They did a post poor job at cleaning the car which is surprising since they had it for almost an hour. Never again. Other places do a MUCH better job.

Mon auto a été mal lavé à l’extérieure et à l’intérieure. Pour 23$ plus le type cela ne vaut pas la peine. Impossible de les appeler pour leur dire un commentaire la boite vocal est pleine. Si vous avez besoin d’un lavage grosso modo peut-être mais sans plus. Pour ma part je vais aller à un autre endroit.

Great service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offered me an extra service (remove the salt from my floor) and it was really appreciated as I didn't know they did this. Of course I paid extra but I'm very glad I did it. I like to leave the car and take a walk with my kid. They call me when they're done with the car.

I had a full body car wash (interior/exterior) and they did a very good, clean and steady job. The reason I give 4 stars is they overcharge for the service. I know at least 3 other car wash places in Laval who charge $20 or less and give as good a service as Lave Auto Principale.

was ready to pay 100$ for a GOOD car cleaning since i'm getting rid of my car and needed to have it a+ clean. They told me they couldnt remove any of the ''stains''.... I took a lysol wipe and did it myself... dont waste your time there.
