I have always had great service, always leaving their establishment with a clean shiny car inside and out! I have been going to this car wash for years there attention to detail is incredible.I started using the mobile car wash they offer and these guys are incredible always on time and to be honest wash your car with more attention to detail then I am used to I will always use the mobile service in the summer and there location on St Martin in Laval in the winter I also had them do a Ceramic Pro wax GOLD Package my car looks like a mirror I wish I can upload a picture but unfortunately I don’t know how if you see there pictures my car is there !!!! L’aspirateur a été passé vite en surface et même pas le haut des sièges juste le bas.

Fair cleaning. They sold me the 55$ package when I checked and mentioned some uncleaned (very dirty and sticky) spots. The answer was if all clients were like you, I would be spending too much time. Each car should be in and out within 10 minutes. I am really not over picky. Regardless, that’s not professional. Also, he charged me taxes (which is normal) but never gave me a receipt. He never registered the bill on his POS. That’s another 15% that the tax payer will never see.

Its not the service that gets to me, its really the worker, manager, and the overall status of the building. The bathroom is a mess. Dont even think of using it. Very disgusting. as others said the manager seems always mad, and is not the type of person that is open or welcoming. the staff dont really care either and will give you dirty looks if you dont tip them oh and they dont accept credit cards! why? probably because they dont want to pay taxes. and if you pay with debit they add on a random fee of 2$ for no reason. will not be coming back here.
