They did a great job in cleaning both the interior and exterior and most importantly, they vacuumed very well! Aucune finition voir aucun passage pour essuyer l'intérieur et la poussière bien qu'on paye pour un lavage intérieur et extérieur. Les trois clients devant moi se sont plaints avec raison et poliement. Le responsable les as traité de tous les noms et leur a sacré après. J'ai passé plus de temps à essuyer les dommages et l'eau à l'intérieur et l'extérieur de ma voiture qu'ils ont passé au total sur la voiture. Vraiment pas satisfaite.

Came here for the first time and initially liked it since 3 people did the wash by hand. As with almost every commercial hand car wash, it is done fast. This is probably acceptable if it is only light dust/dirt but when you have bug splatter on the front facia/windshield, additional time/effort is needed. I still had insect guts left over. This place does not accept credit card but has an ATM at the premises.

Amazing experience. My car was EXTREMELY dirty... Years of embedded dog hair, dirt, gravel etc... The car was a disaster and EXTREMELY neglected. They cleaned it so well, it's cleaner than when I bought the car! So extremely satisfied! Will definitely be using them on a regular basis to maintain all our cars. They were also extremely friendly and courteous. 5 star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been going the Excellence for 30 years. They just recently changed owners and they are really nice people, I was not completely satisfied at first when ownership changed. I addressed my concerns and the owner and manager and they really care and made it right. These days it is hard to keep good employees, but this new ownership has really stepped up and wants to offer exceptional service, HATS OFF to them! I will hopefully continue to go there for another 30 years!

By far the Best carwash in Laval have been to lots of other car washes in laval very fast service and my car is always really clean when they r finished with it and the staff is very nice and always working very hard to get the cars out fast and clean I highly recommend this carwash I will be going back to this carwash for many years to come

The first my last time here too much expensive they charged me 18$ and only outside and after they finish there was a lot of spots still wet and needs to be wiped it didn't took them 6 mins to finish like they don't care and the cashier was very ruuuude It was a mistake to go there I don't recommend it

They do a good job on the car. They cut less corners then other hand car washes. I saw they do the vacuum in the trunk, which I appreciate. They will clean the car mats if you ask as well. But things like the top edge of the side windows is not done, the inside of the front window is done pretty quick so there are always touch ups if you are picky. Overall, they do a good job and I will continue to go.

I am very disappointed by the service that was given to me when I went for a cleasing of my car. They said they clean inside and outside too but it was really just an outside situation, the inside was really badly done, barely cleaned my windshield and not even cared about passing appropriately the aspirator inside it. I was told that at this place I was going to receive an inpeccable service but I have to say that I beg to differ. Do not recommend this place at all.

I heared a lot about this place so i thought i will give it a try.... Well. One of the worse Lave auto i have ever used.the car was not properly dried up, the inside was done in a hurry like its been done for free. They placed wet stuff on the back seat of the car and when i told them about it they said well turn on the heater in the car that will dry it up. Will tuen up they heat but never again using your service.

For having done car detailing for several years ... I think I can say that it is not necessary not be very difficult to appreciate the work done. If you have a car that you really want to pamper and take care of the paintwork ... I don't really recommend it. If you are not too picky and your painting is already 'graffiti' ... you should be satisfied. Me personally .. I will not return. Not enough thoroughness. (Original) Employés courtois. Prix raisonnable.. Mais j'ai été déçu du résultat final. Ils ont mal lavé mon par brise à l'intérieur. Ils n'ont pas été jusqu'au fond. Ils n'ont pas lavé mon cup holder qui était très sal ni le compartiment sous la radio. Les panneau de porte intérieur était encore très poussiéreux et j'ai vue un employé lavé les bas de caisses avant les panneaux de porte.... Pour avoir fait de l'esthétique automobile plusieurs années... Je crois pouvoir dire quil ne faut pas être très difficile pour apprécier le travaille effectué. Si vous avez une voiture que vous souhaitez réellement dorloter et prendre soin de sa peinture... Je ne vous le recommande pas vraiment. Si vous n'êtes pas trop difficile et que votre peinture est déjà 'graffigné'... Ça devrait vous satisfaire. Moi personnellement.. Je n'y rerournerai plus. Pas assez de minutie.

Yes they went through the motions and somewhat cleaned my truck, but the objective is to get the truck outta there ASAP. Absolutely no attention to detail and my mats in my truck look they weren't even washed. Gravel still on the floor by each of the doors, the panels on the inside of the door where you step to get out looked like they weren't washed. For $27 I expect a lot more than this man. Last time there for sure.

Went to this car wash three times. The cashier, who also seems to be the manager is very rude. Never says thank you for the tip but doesn’t miss the opportunity to recall you that tips is not included in the price . Which is very arrogant. The first time my wheels weren’t clean, the second time, there was water every where that they forgot to wipe out. I politely ask if they could wipe it, so that it doesn’t let water stains on the car when it dries. The cashier, or manager, answered me « tabarnak ». As if I was too meticulous and demanding. You should understand that when you pay to get your car clean, you expect it to be perfect, and you should always treat clients with respect. The third time and last time I went there, I realized after leaving that they didn’t clean the interior. I was so pissed. Everytime I went there I always gave good tips. Although, never got a good service. Very disappointing. Avoid this place.

I work in construction and they wash my truck once a week and the job is done right! Having your car detailed doesn't cost 15$$.... so call and make an appointment to clean your dump!!!

I had higher expectations as it was referred to go there. I took interior/exterior, was disappointed to see they were not cleaning the trunk and told the guy to clean it.
