Brought in my vehicle for a stone chip repair and they were pretty flexible with the appointment time as I work out of town. While attempting to inject the stone chip however they did end up cracking my windshield. I will give them credit however - they immediately called me back and explained what happened and that they will not charge for the attempted and would replace my window for just the material costs (no labour). Overall its a tough review to give a rating on but they made every effort to make things right. I would highly recommend this shop, even with the added cost of a full replacement they did everything they could to make things right.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Drew the gentleman I spoke to has the most exceptional customer service skills. After I had a terrible experience with another business in town I called Novus and was able to get an appointment in a week. (Which worked best with my schedule) I was quoted the same as the other business. When I called to book my appointment I briefly explained the experience I had at the other business and Drew apologized for it- he didn't have to but I appreciate that. Also thanks for the gift you gave me in show of appreciation for being a customer and for the poor service I had at the other place. You guys didn't have to but you did, so THANK YOU. The job theily did on my windsheild was great and they worked fast. & thanks for dusting off my dusty dash, I was getting around to it lol ????????

Got tinting done here on my my last car a few years ago, took a couple hours and looked great. I recently traded in for a newer car a couple weeks ago and took my new car here for the same tint. 7 HOURS LATER I was SHOCKED. Littered with bubbles. The tint was cut almost a full inch off the back window. Aweful hack job. I brought it back, had it re looked at by another tech there and he said it had to be redone. So i made another appointment last week. Waited another 7 1/2 hrs and it was better, but now my back window button is broken. And window wont go up and down. they acted professional but the quality of work is junk. Dont bother getting your tint here. Go anywhere else not worth the headache and ill get my window button fixed somewhere else.

Had my truck in recently to have a windshield replaced. Mark made my visit comfortable, helpful and explained everything. From a woman’s perspective this is key. I was able to get ride home and picked up. Did a great job on my window and the recalibration. I’m very happy to say that I will definitely be going back. You won’t be disappointed.

We had to have the drivers side window complete unit replaced on our class A RV. They came to our campsite and replaced the entire unit with the new one. They had to supply new gasket material as the new unit didn’t come with a gasket. Very happy with the end result. Thanks again Mark.

Had my car in at speedy for some exhaust work and found out the novus does undercoating. Mark was very easy to talk to and made the experience very pleasant. Got the appointment booked and had it done. Ask to go out and look while my car was on the hoist and they did an awesome job. I'll be going back next year.
