If you need oil and gas, by all means go to Canadian Tire, but if you want superior auto parts Napa is where you need to go. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and honest customer service. Spent an hour of my life that I will never get back in Canadian Tire trying to get a wiper blade to fit my Chevy Silverado because apparently wiper blades are rocket science there. 10 seconds in and out at Napa.

Does not offer curbside pick up, even though they claim on Google they do. Guy on the phone made it sound like such a burden to even consider curbside pickup. I explained why I asked and it's importance. He simply stated back, "Just take the 10 steps from the door to the counter like a normal person." I agree with all the other positive reviews, but that one simple blunt statement will be the reason I take my 15yrs of loyal buying and customer recommendation from this Napa store over to Car Quest who served me with a smile, full understanding, and zero hassle.

Today I purchased a low beam bulb NAPA 9006 which was listed online in NAPA website for $7.29. When I purchase directly at the store in St Thomas they charged me $13.99 for the same item. I don't understand why they charged almost double price at store vs online.

I have dealt here several times mostly because they are within walking distance of home for when I can't wait for the part. Normally I buy my parts online if I can wait the 2 wks for shipping. They do have a good selection of parts available though and also carry a large line of basically no name oils transmission fluid and anti freeze products that are just as good as name brand at a good savings. They are also a CAA partner store where you earn reward dollars towards your next renewal with every purchase.
