Just left! I was in St thomas and thought id try my luck getting my car rust guarded last minute! Gosh!!!! such nice guys working there! They got me in did a great job on my car and were so friendly! Very nice guys! They were really fast...so hopefully it was sprayed well...but looks like it. Will bring my car back and recommend them for sure!

Not good. They finished very quickly, which immediately put up red flags. Now after winter, i can see they definitely skipped my doors.. the bottoms are dry while they should still be saturated with oil. You just assume people working there will try to do a good job.. but apparently they are more in love with your cash and moving onto the next car " cha-ching.."

Fantastic service. Very quick. Meticulous in their work. They also have complete car cleaning service and they do oil changes as well with Mobil 1, which is the best synthetic oil on the market. Get your car undercoated while it's warm outside so it bakes in.

My wife took our van in to be sprayed and they were literally done in less than 5 minutes and their radio ad says they spray everything. Obviously I know they're not spraying everything but what they did spray I could have done that myself. All they sprayed was the door latches and some of the underneath and this winter hasn't been that bad and our van is now starting to rust. I will not be going back to Krown.

(Short version first for those in a rush) Had to take it back twice because they barely sprayed it the first 2 times, and i never even got a simple sorry for the inconvienience or anything for having to go there 3 times to get done what should have been done the first time. (Longer version to actually explain the situation) If you get your car sprayed here, be sure to check underneath of it yourself. After seeing a friends car that was sprayed by another branch of Krown i was very impressed and decided that the $160 cost (after taxes for a truck) would be worth it rather than doing it myself this year. Not only was there so much untouched the first time (i could run my hand along the entire outside of the frame and any of the floorboards and come away with dust on my hand, no oil) but when i brought it back the next weekend for them to see and touch it up, they barely had it back in the shop for 3 minutes then the guy came back inside said nothing more than "there you go" and walked away. I drove around the corner to my house, looked underneath again and too my suprise almost no more had been done. My floorboards and truck bed walls were still untouched. I called right away and asked what was going on and he seemed amazed that i wanted the whole bottom sprayed properly. His words were "why would you want it coated completly the first time? Its better if you get it done twice a year in 2 light coats." $160 is already a higher cost than normal for this job and to try and tell me i should be spending that twice a year for what i can only assume would still not be even 1 proper coating is insulting too say the least. I took it back a third time minutes after calling him about the second attempt and made sure too go in the shop with him and show my concerns and make sure it was actually done correctly. Vehicles are expensive investments and undercoats are very important, but if this is the work that this branch of Krown is doing (and with such a bad attitude after i brought it up) than i can not sugest spending your hard earned money here for such poorly done work.

By the time i paid to have my Ford Escape undercoated i was told it was parked at the front and ready to go. I'm sure i was in the office 6-8 minutes. I can't believe they did a satisfactory job in that short period of time. It wasn't even a month and a half and there wasn't a trace of oil in the underside of the Escape and i only drive it on weekends. Would not recommend this place.

My car was not sprayed properly. Not one drip came off it and owner said that was normal, however this is not the opinion of other Krown centers. I have heard of these issues from other people in the community. Recommended not going here, take it to London!

Took my car in a while back for a undercoat and let me tell you stay away from this place. My car was finished in under 10 minutes, a normal undercoat should take at least half hour. Came home and found that spots were missed and the owner tried telling me come back in a couple months because your car needs a second coat. Please everyone stay away from this location nothing but scammers
