Un bon propriétaire qui n'a rien a se reprocher n'insulte pas les clients insatisfaits, il essaye de comprendre le mécontentement et corrige la situation , tout le contraire de celui-ci. -1étoile juste pour son caractère hostile et ses accusations sans fondement et mensonger.
