Came here for the first time as it was close to home and wanted a quick wash. Did a timed wash and was a little confused about which order to wash my vehicle as I usually go to drive through car washes. Owner saw me and was quick to help! Had a good experience, place was clean, and would definitely come back.

Good pressure and price is fair. Don't come here if your truck is really muddy though, they will hassle you to use the very expensive, long wait time RV stall.

Apparently it matters what you wash. We have been going here to wash crates for an animal rescue. We have been about 4-5 times already. We are fast, respectful, and clean up after ourselves. Today we were told we were wasting their time, even though we paid-just like everyone else. There was NO lineup and no one was waiting behind us. The other large bay was half empty and all but one of the car bays. AND we were done and cleaned up before the large delivery truck in the other bay to boot. We were treated very rudely and will be taking our perfectly good money somewhere else.

Really like this local car wash. I stop by here quick and throw in a toonie or two, and I can do a quick rinse of the dirt I accumulated from driving on the Whitemud coming home from work... Staff are friendly. Most times there’s an open bay too. I’ve had to wait a few times, but that’s good, means they’re busy! ????

Nice car wash been going for years. A bunch of small vehicle bays and 2 large vehicle bays too. It's usually pretty quick to get a wash done. Timers are fair for the price to keep a car clean. Owners are super nice and they keep it running great.

I came today to wash my car and spend lots of money, when I on my way out one of the workers started yelling at me for no reason shaming me in front of all the people that I have only put the wand back but did roll it on the wall!!! I have tired ro calmly explain the I don't not know of that role and he keept yelling like crazy trying to get in to fist fight with me ???? I just left ashamed and disappointed in this place... I usually don't write review like this but this was horrible experience.. if you are reading this review try to avoid this place, there is so many places that respect the custome and don't shame them for no reason in front of everyone. Never coming back to this car wash!!!!

I’ve only used the big bays so I can’t comment on the auto side. The big bays are very good and the owners are very nice. Timers are available instead of coins/tokens.

Bays were clean, however for $2 you only get about 2 minutes. Other places you get about 2 min 40 seconds with more pressure.

Nice and clean bays. I think water pressure on their water gun is higher than the other carwash around there and that really helped me washing out dirts that was stuck on my car for months. Price is in an average range around St. Albert but cost efficient wise this place is worth to visit again.

DO NOT GO HERE! Their soap doesn't work and they won't give a refund. We were in the big truck bay. I was here with my family to wash one of our vehicles. The soap setting wasn't working. So my mom went to speak to the guy to ask for a refund or maybe just reset us some time. Right away he throws his hands up and starts yelling "NO REFUNDS!"....That's great and all... Except we didn't even get what we paid for and she is over 50 years old. I don't care who you are, this is not how you run a business and treat people with such an aggressive attitude.. what is a car wash with no soap? Basically a garage with a hose. They could see from their cameras that we weren't lying. ***Replying to owner's comment below*** As per your 5W1H request: Who: My family (specifically my mother who is over 50). Also the disrespectful owner What: Your large vehicle soap machine not working. Your disrespect towards customers. Your unwillingness to refund. "NO REFUNDS!". And yes, you are DEFINITELY that cheap. Upon reading your comments, I'm not the only one who has had this problem. When: the same day this post was originally made. Why: Because I was not happy with your equipment not working. I was also not happy with you not willing to reimburse the money we paid for your broken/empty machine. How: It is not my responsibility to explain to you how your soap machine should dispense soap. It is also not my responsibility to tell you how to treat paying customers fairly without yelling. Additionally. You should have offered her a refund/carwash when she was at your business while it was happening instead of yelling "NO REFUNDS". Not a week later after you realised it cost you a one star review. My spelling was a bit confusing at the time, yes, but that is what happens when someone is angry for being ripped off. I will not be returning here :)

Spent $36 hoping to get my very muddy truck clean. I'm not sure if the chemical they use is insufficient but after $36 and truck is still looking dirty ...I left. Wand pressure was good, the brush didn't dispense soap properly possibly that is part of the problem. But considering how expensive it is, and how quickly you run out of time, I'm not impressed at all.

At big toy car wash this morning to clean a truck and trailer and the owner comes into my bay and immediately accuses me of being dishonest. She pulls out the coin bucket before I even finished washing my vehicles and yells at me that I'm dishonest. There were two toonies in the coin bucket that I had put in it and even though she's sees it in there, she's still accusing me of being dishonest! Then she leaves and goes into the office. I went in to see if there was someone else I could talk to to try to figure out her problem only to find her son. The mother says something to him, not in English, and he says maybe I should just leave. I told him yes I will and will never be back, his mother says something to him again and he gives me a shrug. Pretty tough to support such a hostile business and I will never be back nor will I ever recommend it to anyone again.

Thought I would give them another chance. Went Back Mar 2019, place has gotten worse. Not as clean but I didn't have any problem with the machine eating my money this time. Same old non-English speaking guy running the place so still no help. Time per dollar is pretty expensive compared to the competition. Previously rated the place a 4. Place is still kept clean; problem is the last two visits the looney taker takes the money and doesn't register the time. The place has new owners so when you go see the old guy looking after the place, he speaks next to no English and just keeps saying put more money, time out. That gets REALLY annoying fast. I have now been beat out of $9. Not gong back here any more till they get some better customer service. Place is kept very clean and well maintained. Not competitive pricing, only get about 40 seconds for a buck, and has two large semi bays for trailers in addition to ten car bays.

This place is nothing but a MONEY PIT i can't even make it around my vehicle if i put a dollar in they need to adjust the time better. You literally maybe get 30-40 seconds per dollar if you live in st.Albert make the extra drive to the other car wash way better for your money.STAY AWAY

Received nothing but horrible service from this place. We rented a spot for our trailer/truck in their storage for close to two years. The storage area is not secure and is just a huge mud pit. Every time we would come by to get our vehicle they would try to say we haven’t paid them but we always kept the receipts to prove them wrong. They accused us of losing the key to their lock which wasn’t true and communicating with them is very hard because they don’t speak English. After two years they tried to increase our price from $75 to $110 as they claimed our trailer was too big now, despite the fact that it’s the same size as the truck we stored here prior. They also told us that we only had 4 days to get our trailer out after we had just paid them for a month of storage. FYI, you can store a trailer around Edmonton for $60. This place is overpriced and the owners are very rude.

The car wash it self is very well pressurized and the staff there are awesome too. Went in there and started pre soaking my truck then found out that even the pre soak was moxed with soap. Gets my dirts off very easy. I'd like to go over there and wash my vehicles even if its like 30mins away from my home!

Not normally a long wait to get in, equipment is in good condition. However if you go though the truck side with a car if they are buy it seems like here is less time per coin.

we were ripped off!!!. Very poor English made it hard to try to explain we paid by coin already. He insisted we pay inside also for time. Very rude and irate. We arrived at 8:45 pm. the doors were locked. the staff seemed upset we showed up. he unlocked the door and said loonie, toonie you go in bay... then when we were pulling out is when he came running up saying we didn't pay and had to pay inside for time. We tried over and over to explain we used coin like he said, but in the end we went in and paid as it was just easier and only $11. I called just now to complain and the lady who answered didn't seem surprised. We will never go back. Extremely rude people.

This place is great for washing. The long bays easily accommodate my truck and trailer. Water pressure is good too. The only thing I would say that would make this place better would be timers on their machines so I know when I'm close to the end.

Came in to wash a trailer in the RV wash and while I understand RV coin washes give you less time than a car wash, this place is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to how much time you get per dollar, you get about 30 seconds. Never coming here again.

Wash my work truck there once or twice a month. Staff is always friendly to me. A tip to all the people complaining about the machine stealing money and such, just ask them to turn the machine on, then it's done by time. Usually cost about 12 bucks to soap, brush, and rinse my truck.

I brought my car in to be detailed. I got a quote for 90- 100 bucks for it with being told it should take around 5 hours give or take. It ended up taking 6 hours they said and I got charged 200 bucks. I was livid since I didnt get a call or anyone who checked in first to be sure that was ok with me. My windows and vents were still dirty. My windows had smeer Mark's all over the inside and the outside had water Mark's everywhere. All in all I was very disappointed. Not to mention my car is like new and I've always kept up with it To add to this I Did infact pay 200. My car is new so want to keep it up kept so yes brought it in to be detailed!!!

i have been coming here for years, including with our big trucks from work. we always noticed the shorter time limit than other places but i did like to come here. today i pulled in with my suv and put a loonie into the machine. i heard it accept the money but when i pressed start nothing happened. i asked the lady if anything was wrong with the machine in that bay because it had taken my loonie and given me nothing. she checked the inside of the coin slot and told me, "nope" then walked back into the office. i wont be coming here again. there are a lot better choices than this location to wash your vehicle. Thanks for the reply. I was there not too long ago and loonies were accepted. Your business model of poor communication and losing customers over a dollar will cost you in the long run. I was tempted to drive there to see how visible your signs are but what is the point? You are lying about there not being a loonie in the machine and are the kind of sneak who would put them up today. Not only did I put a loonie in, the lady saw 4 more in my hand and 2 fifty dollar bills. Cheaters never prosper. Besides your place is a rip off compared to many. Good luck, you will need it. not sure what you mean by your latest comment. you are in a great location and you guys do take care of your building and the equipment. most people will keep on going until they get burned. i dont need a free car wash, infact i dont like hand outs. people should have to earn their way in life as well as pay for services. all she had to do was say that we no longer accept loonies and show me the sign, then it is my fault. perhaps it was not intended but the response i got lead me to leave and post this review. hah no. even if the signs are there, the lady wasnt smart enough to mention that fact and i have little faith in your word after you lied about the loonie. no i didnt change my words, you just dont comprehend. had she said to me, "sir we no longer accept loonie" then i would have moved to a new bay. a smart business owner would refund the loonie as well. i think we are all sick of lying scum bag business owners such as yourself. keeping your place tidy and maintained is just a ruse to cover up your mischievous ways. i hope the small amount of extra money you take in by being a sneak, out weighs the money you will lose due to scorned customers as well as the burden on your soul. as i said, good luck! you NEED it.

Extremely rude staff there, I was in the commercial bay no one waiting and the one beside me empty. I had payed quite a bit to wash my large commercial truck and as soon as I opened the door to my cab the staff came over and said more money or leave. I was literally grabbing more change and this is the hassle I got...also next to no soap came out of the wand. I used to love this place and was there on a semi-daily basis but I’m done !
