The car wash itself is actually large and spacious. You have the choice between automatic and wand wash as your preference dictates. Some nice things, the credit card function means I don’t need to scramble for change or try and use a bill changer. So I found that very convenient. The options were varied and the stalls were pretty large and that’s a plus when you have a truck or large vehicle. Only issue is actually getting there the lights in St. Albert seem designed to add 20 minutes to any trip!

DON~T USE the Automatic wash, paid 14 dollars for a wash and it only did half the car and didn't`even blow dry the whole car off. I went in and complained and the owner shrugged his shoulders and asked what I wanted him to do I said refund my money he said no... NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. It used to be the best in Edmonton area now one of the worst

Great car wash. Each stall has more than enough pressure to wash the dirtiest of cars. Even their pre soak (low pressure soap) leaves your vehicle completely white. And to top it all off, great customer service.

Rip Off! I wash there washing my Mini Cooper. I put $4.00 in and started my wash. I heard the count down warning but was too slow getting another loonie in. I could see on the read out $1.00’credit. So I go to the office to tell him I wasn’t quite finished. He tried to tell me that I had to put in another $1.00 if I wanted to continue. I said No, I’m almost done and I put in a loonie and I want to use the credit I paid for. So he reluctantly started the machine by putting in another loonie. Then he stood there watching me. It was very awkward. I asked “aren’t you giving me my loonie worth of paid time”. He said No. I told him to keep his dollar and I’d wash my car elsewhere. He was rudely standing there he could see the count down. He could have told me when my time was up. Also, I’ve used this car wash many times because I live so close by. But I haven’t always been happy with it for these reasons: When you first start it takes about 10 seconds off your first minute to get soap and it takes about 20-30 seconds to get clear water for the rinse. The soap or water temperature is not great either because very often my car has a film on it after. Whereas I’ve been to others in Edmonton that my car gets much cleaner. But they are so cheap they will rip a regular client off of 50 cents, keep it! I was there about 8:30 pm on Nov 19th.

Horrible horrible , went in there tonight and it was almost as cold inside as outside mentioned to the guy working there he ignorantly shrugged his shoulders and said no. The water is no longer warm or hot this place has gone down hill so bad since the Korean guys bought the original guys out. Stay away these people are ignorant and ripping people off.

First time washing my truck here. Prices seemed comparable to other touchless car wash. 4 options VS 3 at other places. Payment booth didn't work the first time... Will look into my credit card statement if payment went twice. Got the ultimate package and after completion, I inspected the truck and all panels were still very dirty (picture bellow). Stopped to talk to the manager and he made me go a second time using his own card. Second round could not clean my panels. Manager offered to clean it inside but I simply requested a refund and he gave me 14$ no questions asked. Point to improve would be their dryer. The second the wash is complete, the dryers are on and the counter starts. You loose 4 to 10 second before you can drive to it. Then the blowers stops when the counter is still at 5 sec. Overall, quality wash was not met. Service was very helpful. Payment and dryer could be improved.

Used to be a great car wash. I've noticed its darker due to burnt out lights, inside and on the sign, they changed to cold water rinse that I don't like as much as many other local car wash's. I brought up a couple things that seemed to be in need of repair and the man working didn't seem to take it seriously. change the one-star because I finally got sick of low-pressure found two other great car washes in Saint Albert

After spending hundreds of dollars at this car wash over the years, I had a bad experience today in the auto wash. There was a thin layer of dirt all over the truck, and the mirrors were brutal. Usually when I go through my truck comes out pristine, but today it looked like the attached photos. I asked the manager if I could go through again and he said no because it was clean, and then started rubbing the dirty areas on the body with his fingers, grinding dirt into the paint. He didn’t let me go through again, and also refused to give me a refund. This place was good, but after this experience it’s over.

What’s the secret to a good car wash? Hot water. Was wondering why this car wash was so quiet. I was thinking this as I was washing my car. Car wash had nice hot water during the wash/soap cycle but then came to the rinse and I got nothing but cold water. This made for a bad wash. Hard to get soap off a cold vehicle with cold water.

Great place, I love to go here and wash my cars, I always use the self service and do it myself. I start with a prewash then soap it up and scrub it down with the brush, then rinse it off. They also have a handheld air blower to dry it too.

Low Pressure, High Cost, Not much Soap This place used to be great wand wash, never used the touch-less. Now, water is cold, pressure is down, equipment looks ratty, fog is so bad it is hard to see or back up safely. Also, there is very little soap or other chemical, even after spending $10 on a not very dirty car there was still lots of spots that were not very clean. there are a great many places that are far better and not nearly as expensive.

Best touchless car wash I've been too. Same prices as everyone else but actually cleans the car. The only reason I'm taking a star off, is because a few months ago I went and put $20 in and it stole my money. I went inside to tell the guy, he came out and pushed some buttons and Got me a car wash, but didn't give me my change that I should of received ????

The stalls are kept very clean despite the meat head Jeep infants and raised pick up truck losers leaving mud behind. Stalls are not always illuminated but they do operate- I believe that this may be a cost saving strategy. After you put your $2.00 coin in you get 2 minutes and 20 seconds of spray/vac/rainbow soap time- but the water does not start to flow until 2:16. The wash cycle is mostly better than warm but sometimes it is lukewarm and even cool. I believe that this is also a cost savings issue for the owner. I saw another reviewer taking issue with the cool rinse cycle but that is how it should be- test it out for yourself in your kitchen sink as you rinse the wash water foam down the drain. Oh they do make free popcorn- I’m going back up top and moving them to 5 stars! However if this doesn’t recommence after Covid, they are going to 3! Great place overall and very well maintained. One thing to improve on is to add some no slip tape (Princess Auto) to the tops of the slippery mat holder clips, as your palm and wrist gets scraped trying to push these in to place/remove mats. One improvement is to put some no slip tape (Princess Auto) on the top half of the mat clips as your hands slip off the wet surface and get scraped on the metal clip edge.

Best carwash I've been to ever. I work in the oilfield and have to wash my truck 2 to 3 times a week. They are half the price of a Hughes. And you wash with hot and it goes cold when you rinse. And you can't beat the pressure. Highly recommended
